have a service dog and was advised i had to eat outside. I politely advised he was a service dog and did not want to sit outside. He went on a monolog about how the last dog urinated on his floor...and if my dog did he would "charge us!" I said we were leaving and went out and got an ADA CARD explaining the law. He still went on so we left. Owner accosted me and my husband as we were leaving the parking lot taking pictures of my car and then stood in front of us and refused to let us leave. This is not so much a review regarding the food but about the service. We ordered through the drive thru and drove up to the window to pay but realized we forgot our wallet. Told them we forgot and asked if they could hold it. The cashier said they had to cancel it and we needed to reorder when we came back. We did exactly that and as we were getting our food the gentleman taking the order, which I assume is the manager scolded us saying "Why didn't you tell us you ordered earlier. We already had your food made and now we are making it again." We proceeded to tell him we were told to reorder, but he was too upset and occupied. He then turned back to the window and scolded us repeating what he said earlier. I looked at him and said we were TOLD to reorder. The cashier finally admitted that it was her fault for telling us to do so. He then responded saying "I didn't know that. Sorry about that." Apology was very nonchalant. I was really excited to try this place and had high expectations given the glowing reviews, so I drove 20 minutes just to try it out. Unfortunately, the guy who took my order literally ruined my night. First timers be warned - make sure you study the menu and know exactly how to phrase your order, because if you happen to have the douchebag I had to deal with taking your order, he will go out of his way to correct and embarrass you. Tonight was literally the worst drive thru experience I've ever had in my life. The guy taking my order (black shirt while everyone else was wearing blue so I assume he's a manager?) was so condescending and rude. I'd never been there before, and when I ordered a butter burger with lettuce, onion, tomato, pickles and mayo, he corrected me and said "no ketchup & mustard would've been a better way to say it." I don't know why someone at his big age can't just keep rude and unnecessary comments like these to himself. Super unprofessional. When I ordered a kids meal with no drink, he literally forced me to get a drink...? He said "it comes with a drink so you HAVE to get one." Like forreal? It just seemed so tyrannical and ridiculous. There were multiple other nasty comments he made throughout the ordering process, and I left feeling humiliated and offended. People like that just shouldn't be working in the service industry, let alone managing other people. All in all just a horrible, demeaning experience. I really don't understand why people can't just treat others with kindness or just basic human decency, especially in times like these. I am super surprised by this spot as I am not a fast food chain kinda person. We stopped here when we were desperately hungry driving home from Ikea and it was not even reminiscent of modern day fast food. The meat was fresh and had a bite, the fries hot and fresh fried, and the custard not, too, sweet and a wonderful texture. Heard about them on the radio today so I decided to try it. I would expect for $10 right hamburger meal that they would get it right. I asked for no cheese no tomatoes and of course they got my order wrong. Ask for ketchup with my fries and I get one packet of ketchup. The burger literally has the cleanest burger taste. You taste how soft the bun is initially and then bite into the hot fresh patty. My husband had the vegetarian burger which he also said was outstanding! This particular day we took my six-year-old and his best friend and BOTH of the picky six year olds gave me two thumbs up!! Do not eat at this Culver's if you are Black. The owner is blatantly racist and very unprofessional. I got all the way home and saw that I was missing food and there was also lack of mayo on my chicken sandwich. I ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals with fries for me and my girlfriend. I took the food back immediately because this was the 3rd time that this Culver's undercooked, overcooked, left out items from our food. The first 2 times we just ate the food and did not go back or report the issue. On this incident, I decided to bring the food back immediately after going all the way home so that they wouldn't think that we were being dishonest about missing a fry for one of the meals. The owner, Mike Patterson, white guy with bald head immediately blamed his employees' age for the reason why they can't properly fulfill orders(putting two fries for 2 meals) instead of taking accountability and being apologetic for their mistake and for me having to drive all the way back. He continue to berate and condescend me in front of his employees and customers and exclaim that my girlfriend and I were being wasteful for bringing back the improper order and not just eating it and coming back later. He then attempted to embarrass us further by taking a knife to open up the chicken sandwich to check for Mayo and hand it back to me to eat. He then told me that I should check my food before I leave because he does whenever he eats somewhere and that I shouldn't trust his young workers to give us the food we paid for. He then proceeds to tell me that there are homeless people who aren't eating and we're wasteful people. Mind you I approached him respectfully from the onset and have eaten at his restaurant numerous times and have never brought anything back even on the occasions that they messed up the order or food. I told him that I shouldn't have to eat my food separately and come back later because then he would've called us liars if we would've ate everything and came back to report it hours later. This guy Mike, obviously doesn't have the competency or intelligence to be an owner operator if he can't train his employees to bag up 2 fries for 2 meals. I've never been so disrespected in front of people in my life and I told him that this is the first time he has every seen me bring something back and I was nothing but respectful to be treated with such disdain. I will be reporting Mike's behavior to Culver's corporate and the media as he is both discriminatory and unprofessional. He is not setting a good example for his so called young employees as he stated-- because they were looking helplessly as he blamed them and me for his utter and woeful lack of leadership and order mistakes. Culver's corporate I will be contacting you via phone and email to report this owner/operator, Mike-- he needs to be thoroughly reviewed and reprimanded. Culver's probably has whatever you have a hankering for because their menu is huge. And they have flavor of the day every day of the month for the delicious custard. This Culver's is bright and clean and appears to be very well run. My daughter enjoyed her hamburger basket and I am adding Culver's to my list of fast food restaurants that I trust to provide real food made with real ingredients. I was curious to try Culver's once construction was complete on Hwy 121. A co-worker told me they have great burgers and to give them a try. The fam stopped in for dinner. The menu had so many options that I didn't know where to begin. The kids love corn dogs so that was a given. Two corn dog kid meals with Apple sauce and chocolate milk. I decided on the Sourdough patty melt with Wisconsin cheese curds and the hubs ordered the Cod fish dinner. My patty melt was delicious, the kids wanted seconds and the hubs hasn't stopped raving about his fish. So Culvers was a pretty good choice. We will be going back! read more

I ordered meals today Jan 9th at approximately 1:45pm with NO ICE, when I got to window all the drink were full of ice. I told the girl that I asked for no ice, she proceeded to remake the drinks with lite ice again I said no ice and instead of doing what I asked she argued with me about how it wasn't that much ice in the drinks. NO ICE means NO ICE. So upon getting to my destination the drinks were watered down. Thanks a lot! read more

Stopped by this place for National cheese curds day, to try their one day only "curderburger!". Standard burger with a fried cheese curd on the meat. There was not too much special about it. I think the cheese curd should have been thicker. I think it needed ketchup and mustard as well. Did not think to ask for it. I have to remember that next time. I give them four stars because of the concept. The burger was a three. The food was hot and spectacular but what made the experience even better was the young man working the cash register. His name started with a J but I cannot remember his full name. Rude experience in the drive thru when I drove up, I said hello, didn't hear anything and was about to pull forward after assuming they were closed and the gentlemen in the speaker said 'uhh well we can't help you if you don't wait for us to respond. I was taken aback at the demeanor and the rudeness of this comment and the condescending tone that accompanied it. I replied & said I didn't realize you were open after getting no response and he said 'you have to wait'. When I pulled forward to address the unnecessary attitude I saw it was the older white bald guy who seemed like he is the manager. I can't say the food overwhelmed me. It's a basic fast food burger joint. What I will say is that it is the most organized cleanest fast food restaurant I have been in. Even compared to Chick-fil-A, it beats them hands down. The staff was pleasant and friendly and truly seemed to be content working there. Unlike other places with grumpy people. I liked the menu layout and the selection was decent. I will be back to try some other options. I will also say they sold me on a double burger saying the single patty was small. It's just too much burger for me. Onion rings were pretty good. I have had better at other fast food places. Just a little hard and crispy and not crispy and flaky. Its similar to in and Out Burger which I had one time and did not understand the appeal. So food gets a 4 overall. The restaurant and the staff would get a 5+ if that were an option. Haven't been to Culver's in a while and decided to have a family meal here while at the colony. Wrong choice!! The customer service was horrible! Sure they greeted us upon entering, and that was about it. They over charged me, and after the transaction was complete is when I noticed. (I should've noticed before) but upon making her (the "owner") aware it was incorrect. She stated she couldn't do anything about it, they don't do refunds or take anything back! I was charged for double burgers instead of single. She said unless you say you want single that's what it is. Most places is the opposite. But she didn't state that. Then she asks the manager "what do you want to do? " But she is the "owner" so together they decided they wouldn't help me by fixing the issue, we hadn't eaten the food at this point yet or nothing. After that I'm just standing there and they just busied themselves as to not face the awkwardness of me standing there. She also added items to my order that I didn't order at all. Terrible. Will never go again. My friend and I have only been to Culver's (separately) once before. We both couldn't decide what we wanted to eat so we chose to go to Culver's for a burger and custard. We pull into the drive through and there is nobody there and we have no idea what we want to eat so we kindly ask the lady if she could give us a few minutes to look at the menu and decide what we want to order. She says yes and we take a minute or two and finally decide what to get, as I go to tell her we are ready to order she says through the speaker if we know what we want and I say yes and order our food. We end up getting burgers and fries with no drinks and custard. Of course since we never go here we didn't know that you could get a combo with the burger, fries and custard and it would be cheaper. But don't worry, the teenager at the window when we pulled up made sure to tell us that it would have been cheaper if we ordered the combo. I had already told her that we've only been there once before so as an employee she should have told us the combo offer. I was flustered she was being so rude to us at the window and said I was sorry. She proceeded to say, "Don't say sorry to me, say sorry to your bank account." And shut the window in my face. My friend and I were appalled and even when the manager herself handed us half our food she was rude, as well as the other employee that brought our food out to my car when it was done. This employee definitely should have said something to us or at least not even commented about the combo being cheaper. Delicious frozen custard for sure! The sundaes come with fresh made custard and two toppings from their menu. My one kid got vanilla with double caramel, the other vanilla with fresh raspberries and cherries. Couldn't pick a winner as they were both delicious in different ways... the kind of delicious where you savor and enjoy every spoonful. I had a small cone and enjoyed every lick.
