Experience was terrible. I was asked to pull around corner to wait for food I ordered in the drive thru. After fifteen minutes I went inside. Employee was nonchalant about my order being lost. Acted like it happened all the time and was in not hurry to correct the issue. Eventually someone took my order again and acted like I was stealing from them. Twenty minutes later I received a cold extremely greasy hamburger that still did not fit my original order. In the meantime I watched an employee handle custard with bare hands and place it back in the container after it had fallen on a serving area. Best wishes with staying in business. Food was great. Service was not. The frozen custard was super good with brownie bites and chunks of reeses that werent small. The staff wasnt super great at communicating, both inside and drive thru. read more

So disappointed in this location! I've been overcharged and gotten cheaper meals than I ordered while ordering through the drive thru. They didn't calculate in my coupon on top of it. Not going back. JCWS in AF or Lehi is a much better choice. read more

Great food, but yes, well overpriced. The onions rings are great, the fried cheese curds are good (not great) and their hamburgers are really good, different, but good. I love the way they sizzle the patty. When we went the place was about 66% full and I would say they handled the crowd really well. They drink area is (the main walking area) should have been reworked before this brand new restaurant went in but other than that the restaurant was well maintained, the service we good and friendly. I would recommend you give this place a try, if you have a few extra dollars to spend. read more

Worst food experience I have ever had. What appeared to be a 16 year old boy claimed to be the manager when I pointed out the tomatoes on both burgers were so green they were crispy like apples and terrible. The Sunday was uneatable because someone had dumped salt into it. This arrogant 16 year old manager did nothing. When I complained he gave me a coupon for a free sunday. Not even a coupon for a Pecan Sunday I had paid for but could not eat. He would not do anything else. No coupons no refunds. I spent more than $60 feeding my family at this one setting and this meal was aweful and they refused to refund anything and refused to even give me anything more that a free sunday coupon. The owner was called at my request and he did nothing. I hope the worst for this food establishment. I feel robbed and cheated by these people. They are thieves. read more

Right up there with the best burger joints in Utah. Butterburgers are so good. Reminds me of the burgers they serve at the Fox Hollow club house. Fries are good. Shakes are good. I haven't had anything there yet that I don't like. My wife loves their salads. read more

This place used to be so good but sadly since the owner has passed away it has gone to crap. I used to be greated happily by the owner every sunday morning, now when I go on sundays the place is never ready. Ive been there at 830, 920, 1000 and all they say is, our oil isnt hot yet. Or we arnt ready. They open at 8am, why arnt they ready, they were always ready when the owner was there. Also they have now done away with the loyalty cards they used to have. You could buy 10 value baskets and get the next one free but they got rid of that. Also I turned in a coupon from the calendar and they didnt honor that either. The sign out front says the same flavor of the day for the whole weekend, plain lazyness. The service is horrible and they are rude. Sadly I will not be going to this culvers anymore. read more

Food is okay, but this is the stingiest restaurant ever. They will find any excuse to turn away your coupons. Read the fine print (and with these guys there ALWAYS will be fine print), and expect them to push back in every way possible. Good service. Baby back ribs were RAW... like blood and raw meat at the bone. The half rack ribs were WAY over cooked and very tough. I had a hard time cutting it with a knife. After an appetizer and three enters, it was $60 literally in the garbage. Very disappointed in the new ownership. We will not be returning. :( read more

Always great service when I come here. On this particular visit the girl taking my order misunderstood what I said. When I got my sandwich it wasn't right. When I told the server I offered to pay the difference as she charged me for a sandwich of lesser value. She refused to let me pay the difference and instantly had the right sandwich made for me. I just biked across America and ate at Culver's probably 12 times along the way (once during the Stergus bike rally in Spearfish SD-yes, it was way cool...even if I'm not). It's a good burger chain but my compliment goes to their customer service!! At every restaurant (I'm talking no exceptions-impressive I know) the employees were personable, honest, funny and very helpful! I always ask "what's your favorite thing" and if they say "it's all good" or "ahh, I really don't eat here much you know dude" I have to fight the urge to ninja punch them square in the throat (Legal Disclaimer: I really wouldn't cause that's a misdomenter in most states but I do feel very frustrated). At Culver's I never got that...all the employees across the country were very helpful and gave me an honest opinion (often times telling me what they wouldn't order - I LOVE THAT). Whom ever is running their employee training needs 3 raises, a company car, matching to their 401k and possibly a Grammy for their work. OK, It's an above average fast food chain regarding the food (that is meant as a compliment); but the service took it over the top and made the whole experience very enjoyable which means I plan to continue to give them my business! First off I want to say how much I normally love Culvers! I lived in Darboy Wisconsin where one of the first Culvers was born. I have always been pleased by how wonderful Culvers is, however this particular store did some things that I can't just let myself overlook. As I was ordering at the drive thru, I asked for a mint Oreo concrete mixer. When I got to the window they had forgotten the mint. They then proceeded to tell me that they would have to take mine back, put the mint syrup in and remix it (which makes it less of a concrete and more of a shake), or I would have to buy a brand new one. I shouldn't have to be the person who has to fix their mistake by paying for a new one or having them make a shake out of the one I already had. I've worked in food for over 2 years and fast food for more than half of that time, therefore I like to think that I know and understand the health code In restaurants especially in the drive thru (which is what I worked for a year and a half at another restaurant) I know for a fact that when you hand out food to a customer, you are NOT allowed to take it back in and reuse it. One of the reasons being, they could do something to the food when you aren't paying attention. Example: my boyfriend ate a spoonful of my custard and they asked for it back to fix their mistake. He gave it to them not remembering that he had taken a bite out of it and they used their machines with my boyfriend's mouth germs all over in it. Good luck for all the rest of you who got custard that night because they didn't clean it up and sanitize it after they ruined my custard. I will not ever go back to the Lehi store knowing that they don't properly take care of their mistakes and don't follow the health code regulations. read more

We went to culvers last night and it is now my favorite restaurant. The ice cream there was the best ice cream I have ever had. The burgers where delicious to, heck everything at culvers is the best. The food was great and the service was amazing, highly recommend. read more

LOVE this place. The meat is the best quality I've had .. amazing what a real burger tastes like. Everyone is always so friendly and I love how they bring your food out to you after you place your order. We've had the burgers, fries, onion rings, cheese curds and custards. The only thing I don't care for is the fries.. I just like the thinner style fry though. Also the soda machine tastes like it needs more syrup and carbonation at this particular location but I'm picky about my soda and no one else I know has ever complained. Overall this is my favorite new fast food burger place. I plan to try the fish and mashed potatoes next time but each time I go I can't pass up the yumminess of the burger. They have a variety of specials each week and the kids love the ice cream that comes with their meal. We don't always have room for the ice cream but you can save the coupons up and go through the drive through for them at a later date (the worker told us they don't expire). read more
