The menu is pricey. The burgers were fine and the ice cream and fries were good too. But not worth the extra money. You can have a better experience at Apollo or Astro Burger with better fries and burgers and onion rings. The ice cream is good though. Got the caramel and brownie concrete. Should have loved it since I love both of those items A LOT but unfortunately, the brownie tasted weird and the caramel flavor didn't come through at all. The custard is really good but everything else is just okay. The employees are nice but seem like they have no idea what they're doing. On one trip to the Lehi Culver's the employee made a mistake on my order. We made the employee who brought us our order aware of the mistake and they said we would just have go through the drive through again. There was a long line so we just left. I don't know if we just had bad luck, but that was sincerely the WORST burger I've ever tasted. I say tasted because I couldn't bring myself to actually eat it. Texture was awful, it smelled burnt, and it tasted like everything was cooked in the same disgusting oil. I threw away my burger. And I love burgers. read more

My husband and I came in to satisfy my pregnancy cravings. Since we wanted to split a regular but couldn't agree on flavors, the nicest cashier said he'll just split it for us into two smaller cups! Everything was delicious, I had a double bacon cheese burger with the fried cheese curds. They were quite tasty, the one thing that was disappointing was the point of custard we got. It was a raspberry one but when we dove into it there was hardly any raspberry. It was stay just vanilla. But I'll go back for the cheese curds. read more

The food was fine. The value was not. My real problem is the service. They had 8 cars waiting in the "drive through". To top it all off the guy who was walking the food out was chewing tobacco and spitting down the front of himself. Good help is hard to find... Keep looking Culvers. read more

I'd give it a 4.5 if I could. Had a double butter burger and cheese curds. The patties are really nicely gilled and slightly crispy. The krinkle fires were well done and I prefer them to in-and-out's fries. Decent fry sauce. Nice that they are open on Sunday around here. LOVE their custard. I have only had their concretes. I've tried ordering food every time I've gone, but they mess up the order. I've had TERRIBLE service there. They have made mistakes EVERY time I've been, and they are very nonchalant about it. They aren't rude, but they aren't apologetic. An employee said something along the lines of: "I know. The owner died and we have new management." I don't really see what that has to do with never getting the order right. I STILL haven't tried their food because the order is wrong every time. First time visiting-came for the cheese curds. They were very tasty but the burger my husband ordered and the crispy chicken sandwich I had were just ok. Dinning room needed to be cleaned, trash left on tables, sticky booth. Didn't use the restroom, probably glad I didn't. Not sure I would return. read more

Fast food joint quality. The manager was very helpful and responsive but the lettuce here was iceberg and just not that great of a salad. My friend got ice cream that looked pretty good. We've been to Culver's a few times now. It's a typical burger joint. They set themselves apart by having a wide range of "other" menu items. For instance, instead of the standard fries or onion rings, you can get deep-fried Wisconsin cheese curds with your sandwich. They also have a good variety of frozen treats, shakes, sundaes, splits, etc. The price is reasonable considering the above average portion sizes. The restaurant is clean. The staff is friendly. The only negative critique might be the well-doneness of their burgers. They tend to be on the crispier side of cooked. Pros: Friendly, Clean, Variety, Desserts. Tried this place out for the first time, it's pretty good. People are really nice, their menu is pretty detailed and easy to read. Their burgers are good, their Wisconsin cheese ball side was pretty good, although after a little bit it becomes a bit too much cheese. Culvers is just another burger joint. I got the double bacon deluxe, and it was the greasiest burger I can remember having. I could literally see grease dripping from it as it sat on the table. Flavor was OK. The fries were mediocre. I got a chocolate malt that was below average. I'm not a huge fan of in n out, but I would have saved a lot going there and gotten slightly better food. read more

We love going to Culver's as a family. They have lots of choices to choose from on their menu. We like to get their Culver's Double Deluxe Cheeseburger. Very Yummy. We have been impressed with their friendly cashiers. They always have a smile on their face and have good recommendations. What I didn't like was when my boyfriend asked if they had anything for vegetarians and the cashiers responded that they had a whole menu but you just have to ask. Delicious, satisfying family friendly restaurant. Culvers is a family-friendly restaurant! They are conveniently located in Lehi. Their sign is big and blue, and you can't miss it! My family loves it. It's the place where if my mom doesn't want to cook and we are hungry, we go to eat there! They have an app with the menu, all their locations over the country, and their custard flavor of the day. I love their customer service and how clean their restaurants always are. The employees always have smiles on their faces. Some of my families favorite food items are: Their famous butter burgers, their fresh baked fries, fresh custard, and homemade root beer, YUM! And that's my normal order. Another thing that is awesome is the kid's meals. On the bag of the meal is a coupon for a free scoop of ice cream, with whatever topping you want, and a coupon you keep, and when you have about ten you can get either a free kids meal, or a toy. Some toys are a hat with their mascot frosty, frisbees with frosty, or a stuffed frosty animal. And they are blue and pink, perfect for boys and girls! And don't worry if you are in a hurry and want to "grab-n-go" they have a drive-thru! One of my family's new favorite places to eat is Culver's in Lehi. This is the best tasting hamburger I have had in a long time. Everything is fresh and the burgers are not just slopped together like at other fast food establishments. Their fries are perfectly cooked...crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. I also love this restaurant because they have delicious fry sauce. We have ordered other menu items like the chicken dinner, but we will be sticking with the burgers from now on. Experience was terrible. I was asked to pull around corner to wait for food I ordered in the drive thru. After fifteen minutes I went inside. Employee was nonchalant about my order being lost. Acted like it happened all the time and was in not hurry to correct the issue. Eventually someone took my order again and acted like I was stealing from them. Twenty minutes later I received a cold extremely greasy hamburger that still did not fit my original order. In the meantime I watched an employee handle custard with bare hands and place it back in the container after it had fallen on a serving area. Best wishes with staying in business.
