The custard is really good but everything else is just okay. The employees are nice but seem like they have no idea what they're doing. On one trip to the Lehi Culver's the employee made a mistake on my order. We made the employee who brought us our order aware of the mistake and they said we would just have go through the drive through again. There was a long line so we just left. Hi my husband and I went there for the first time yesterday. We found it very over rated and wondered why there were so many good reviews. The burger patties are way thin and greasy, the meat is very flat and hangs over the bun. A double patty was way over priced. The meat was absolutely tasteless, no seasonings or flavor at all.. They only put a few shreds of lettuce on it and a very small in diameter 2 inches, and thin tomato, usually a tomato is at least almost covers the patty, and they hide it under the meat so you think they never gave it to you aso you ask for it again, You It was 5.60 for double patty, might as well had no lettuce and tomato on it at all. They charge extra for Tomato, Artistically very low appeal, no good features of even a standard burger at Burger King. And I don't really like Burger King but Burger King still has more flavor and is about $2.30 for a double patty. Husband ordered the 2 piece Cod dinner. It was a whopping $10,00. Cod does not cost that much to buy in the store to charge that much money. The breading was way too thick and over cooked and over brown and dry. The fries are also tasteless, their green bean cup was very small. Very big disappointment as well.. Custard sample, had a real fresh Raw milk gagular taste, I never get that gag even with soft serve ice cream. My first reaction was a curl in my stomach. You really have to put all those toppings on it to get any real flavor. The roll was cold and pre manufactured. It was a whopping $3.49 for a single scoop sundae. OVERALL THE EXPERIENCE WAS A BUST. The dining room is ultra teeny like a taco bell. You would think it would be more inviting and larger. Their internet advertising is way over rated. It really had no charm or decor to set themselves apart from a Taco Bell. We will never go there again, It cost us a whopping $17.00 to just order a double burger and the cod dinner. Again Cod is cheap, they charged for the Cod as if it was some special fish. Cod is not. Just way over rated place to eat, no flavor and too pricey. The custard is not as great as they say and much less flavor than even cheap soft serve vanilla ice cream. I am sad I even have to take time to write up all the details, but I would not really even give it a one star or even go there for a first time. read more

Everything was delicious, I had a double bacon cheese burger with the fried cheese curds. They were quite tasty, the one thing that was disappointing was the point of custard we got. I'd give it a 4.5 if I could. Had a double butter burger and cheese curds. The patties are really nicely gilled and slightly crispy. The krinkle fires were well done and I prefer them to in-and-out's fries. Decent fry sauce. Nice that they are open on Sunday around here. LOVE their custard. I have only had their concretes. I've tried ordering food every time I've gone, but they mess up the order. I've had TERRIBLE service there. They have made mistakes EVERY time I've been, and they are very nonchalant about it. They aren't rude, but they aren't apologetic. An employee said something along the lines of: "I know. The owner died and we have new management." I don't really see what that has to do with never getting the order right. I STILL haven't tried their food because the order is wrong every time. My husband and I came in to satisfy my pregnancy cravings. Since we wanted to split a regular but couldn't agree on flavors, the nicest cashier said he'll just split it for us into two smaller cups! We've been to Culver's a few times now. It's a typical burger joint. They set themselves apart by having a wide range of "other" menu items. For instance, instead of the standard fries or onion rings, you can get deep-fried Wisconsin cheese curds with your sandwich. They also have a good variety of frozen treats, shakes, sundaes, splits, etc. The price is reasonable considering the above average portion sizes. The restaurant is clean. The staff is friendly. The only negative critique might be the well-doneness of their burgers. They tend to be on the crispier side of cooked. Pros: Friendly, Clean, Variety, Desserts. Tried this place out for the first time, it's pretty good. People are really nice, their menu is pretty detailed and easy to read. Their burgers are good, their Wisconsin cheese ball side was pretty good, although after a little bit it becomes a bit too much cheese. Culvers is just another burger joint. I got the double bacon deluxe, and it was the greasiest burger I can remember having. I could literally see grease dripping from it as it sat on the table. Flavor was OK. The fries were mediocre. I got a chocolate malt that was below average. Delicious, satisfying family friendly restaurant. Culvers is a family-friendly restaurant! They are conveniently located in Lehi. Their sign is big and blue, and you can't miss it! My family loves it. It's the place where if my mom doesn't want to cook and we are hungry, we go to eat there! They have an app with the menu, all their locations over the country, and their custard flavor of the day. I love their customer service and how clean their restaurants always are. The employees always have smiles on their faces. Some of my families favorite food items are: Their famous butter burgers, their fresh baked fries, fresh custard, and homemade root beer, YUM! And that's my normal order. Another thing that is awesome is the kid's meals. On the bag of the meal is a coupon for a free scoop of ice cream, with whatever topping you want, and a coupon you keep, and when you have about ten you can get either a free kids meal, or a toy. Some toys are a hat with their mascot frosty, frisbees with frosty, or a stuffed frosty animal. And they are blue and pink, perfect for boys and girls! And don't worry if you are in a hurry and want to "grab-n-go" they have a drive-thru! One of my family's new favorite places to eat is Culver's in Lehi. This is the best tasting hamburger I have had in a long time. Everything is fresh and the burgers are not just slopped together like at other fast food establishments. Their fries are perfectly cooked...crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Experience was terrible. I was asked to pull around corner to wait for food I ordered in the drive thru. After fifteen minutes I went inside. Employee was nonchalant about my order being lost. Acted like it happened all the time and was in not hurry to correct the issue. Eventually someone took my order again and acted like I was stealing from them. Twenty minutes later I received a cold extremely greasy hamburger that still did not fit my original order. In the meantime I watched an employee handle custard with bare hands and place it back in the container after it had fallen on a serving area. Best wishes with staying in business.
