It's a fast food burger place. I went in with high expectations after hearing people rave about the butter burgers and cheese curds. The burger was good, but there are plenty of other chains with an equally good burger. The cheese curds were good, but no outstanding. What I did like was that the restaurant was staffed with an army, constantly cleaning, ready to help, checking on you, etc. The staff all seemed pleasant and happy. Pro- The fish sandwich was a perfect portion for me, but may be small for larger appetites. The fish on the sand which is the same as the fish and chips platter. The fish is crispy,flaky and very thick. Better than normal fast food Fish sandwiches comparable to Dune Dog. I got a regular cheese curds with my meal which contained about 25 "curds". I thought the portion side on my meal was decent for me. Cheese Curds- these were very tasty, but they were simply not cheese curds. If you have had real cheese curds they have a distinct creaminess, and flavor. These taste like mini mozzarella bites which is why they are so tasty, but not what we wanted. They are just mini mozzarella bites so get marinara for them. My wife got the Swiss and Mushroom burger which arrived looking sad without any mushrooms. So we asked them to remake it and they did adding 4 mushroom pieces to the burger and not melting the cheese on it. (see picture where we spread out the mushrooms). The seasoning and flavor of the burger was decent, but nothing crazy good or bad just on par with fast food burgers. (Wendy's type of burger) My wife got the small fry which was a good size for her and came with a good amount. We also got onion rings to try and they were also a good portion size(10 in my small order). These were good, greasy, and the batter was tasty. These are a good restaurant quality type of onion rings (a step up from fast food, but very greasy). So last, but not least we got custard. My wife got a concrete mixer with Peanut Butter and Chocolate (flavor of the day) and I got a chocolate malt shake. We both said this is good, but not AMAZING. It's good, creamy, and tasty. I would compare it to a decent ice cream shop. However it is not something I would run back for right away or go crazy for. I have to say many other customers have complained about the drive through wait time and the wait time at the table. We were there a 5:30 so we were in the middle of dinner rush and we to wait five minutes to get our food at our table. We actually went back up and ordered onion rings and they were also at the table in 5 mins. Maybe they hired more people or have figured out how to run it better, but this was not an issue for our visit. Al in all I would give this place 3 stars for quality and flavor. I would give it 4 stars for fast food environment and cleanliness. read more

The burgers here are juicy and tender. The bun is the perfect accompaniment as it's also very fresh and slightly sweet. My daughter eats the entire burger. You know it's good if your 4 year old can finish the entire thing. The kids meals are well-priced and include a side, drink and a custard. What a deal!!! Everything was hot and fresh. Not impressed Went today for dinner and after ordering it took over 25 min to get my burger and shake. I would have gotten faster service at a sit down restaurant. Thus this was slow food not fast food. The burger was not very good. Love Culver's... I'm originally from Wisconsin and for me Culver's has always been a place that has good fast food, and more variety than most fast food places with options of a side of veggies and soups. They hire good people, as another reviewer wrote the employees have a good attitude. The restaurants are well kept, very clean and well maintained. For anyone who has been to an In-N-Out, you understand having a wait for your food because even though it's considered fast food the burgers are made to order. I'm not a fan of their fries so omitted 1 star. Once this restaurant is going for a bit more time, they will get their timing and rhythm right. We are happy they are here in Jupiter! read more

CHECK. YOUR. BAGS. The first time of doing drive-thru I made the mistake of not checking my bags and came home to find my onion rings and all the condiments I requested missing. Not a huuuge deal, but we'd just moved at didn't have anything in the house. The next time we went I checked the bags before we drove off and it was missing a chili-with cheese and onions-as well as all the condiments I'd asked for. I tell the guy and he went back in to get the mussing items. Five minutes later (I kid you not) a girl comes out with the chili-minus the condiments. I asked if they did not give condiments to go? She told me they do if you request them. I told her I requested them, twice. So she comes back with a small bag with handfuls of what I'd asked for. Cool. We get home to find although I'd ordered 2 corn dog kids meals and one chicken finger kids meal, they gave me 2 chicken finger and 1 corn dog. Which isn't a big deal to me, but it is to 5 year olds. Declined in quality unfortunately. The cook of the meat has become extremely inconsistent, there have been several times recently where I have had quite bloody sections (not just pink, bloody and leaning red). Also, the coke usually sucks (not enough syrup? carbonation?), and the french fries have become habitually overcooked. This place is great, if you have a spare 30 minutes to wait for your food to arrive. I have been here 3 times now, two dining inside and one attempt at the drive-thru. No matter where you order from, bring a book because it will be a while. On the positive side, once I have received my food, it has all been delicious! The burgers and the chicken are great! The cheese curds are amazing and all the flavors and toppings for their custards are awesome! Bottom line, come here. Try it, you'll like it. Just don't be in a rush. Great burgers- crinkle cut fries. All young staff- very friendly and sociable. Stephen took our order, he was a great host. The store was very clean. Also a surprise was electric and USB outlets at the tables. Soda products by Pepsi and regular AND diet Culver's brand root beer. Good ice cream deal: 4 pint containers of frozen yogurt for $9.99. A little crowded with small parking lot, but it's worth it once you get in and start eating. Now I know where I can go when the cravings hit! read more

This is a great fast food spot, let me tell you there frozen custard is on POINT! I got a concrete mixers with cookie dough.... yum. Of course I had to try the cheese curds, I have to say pretty delicious. You can't eat too many of those little suckers but they tasted great, the fry on the them was perfectly crispy. Bye bye burgerfi!! If you can't put a char on your burgers you don't belong in the game. And you are too cocky about your beef to even listen to customers suggestions about basic burger cooking. I had a double butter bacon deluxe burger, crinkle fries, and chocolate milkshake for about $9 bucks. Burger was awesome for fast-food and around $5 bucks you can't beat that. My burger was charred, seared, and seasoned. Burgers are thin so a double is a must. Toppings and bacon were fresh. Crinkle cut fries were perfect. Chocolate shake with whip cream was delicious and better than chic fillets. Quality and flavor was spot on despite the fact on this opening day they probably brought in about 100k in sales. Fantastic overall experience! Second time ever eating at a Culver's... my first experience was in Texas roughly 4 years ago. It came up in conversation at my office so I researched and found that there was a somewhat nearby location in Jupiter so I made the drive with one of my co workers and it was definitely worth it. Place was immaculate. Speed of service was great. Hospitality was above and beyond. Special thanks to our cashier Eric. He was helpful and continually checked in on us during our meal. I was excited so I ordered a large selection. We got the Double butter burger, Fries, onion rings, chicken tenders and a chocolate shake. Chicken was truly on point. The butter burger was excellent - great char and that buttery bun was awesome. Rings great, shake even better. The only throng I did not like were the fries. Personal opinion - I am not a fan of crinkle cut. Next time I'll get the Wisconsin cheese curds. Thank you to the staff and to the owners of this location. Great experience and I will be back. This was the first and last time I have been to Culver's. We went through drive threw and waited 20 minutes for our food that they said would be 5-8 minutes. FIVE cars BEHIND US got their food before we did. We literally ordered 3 burgers and fries. The fries were good! The burgers, were greasy as hell. My son and I were in the mood for a burger. His side was the cheese curds and mine were onion rings. Everything came out piping hot like it was made to order. (update to my 5/2019 review) I go to the drive-thru 1-3 times weekly (they usually hand deliver food to your car). Drive-thru menu board is to "busy" to try to add total $ of sandwich + sides + drink. Employees mostly very nice. I get the single cheeseburger--you select the toppings (don't like the pickles have sour taste), or pot roast sandwich meal, or shrimp combo(s), the fries are good. Wish they had more selection of sides such as baked beans or tomato slices, as don't like their mash potatoes (tasteless), green beans w/lots of onions. I don't care for broccoli. The chicken salad w/cashews is fairly good, except I don't like mixed greens as bitter (like iceberg or boston lettuce with a little spinach). I have been here twice now. The employee are always pleasant which I like. The food the first time was so good! Burger was nice and juicy and the fries were fresh. This time, the burger was a bit sloppy and greasy. And each time I took a bite, I kept smelling a familiar smell that was off putting to me. I finally figured out it was the lettuce. I am pretty sure they use bag lettuce on the burger. It had that strange bag smell, you could tell it wasn't fresh cut. I do not like that. The fries portion was also lacking today. It was a little on the small side. Overall, I like the place, just don't know if I will be rushing back when I can easily go to Habit Burger which also closer to me. read more

Great food. Unfortunately in the dozen or so times we've been there, they have NEVER gotten our orders right. For example, today we ordered a double cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard onion and lettuce, and a cheeseburger with ketchup and mayo. This is a fast food joint, it sort of reminds me of a steak & shake/Panera bread feeling. The young girl who took our order was very friendly, and knew the menu like the back of her hand which helped a lot because it was my first time there. They're known for their steak burgers and any kind of shake you'd like to have. Instead of getting French fries, I got the cheese curds which was the best decision I could've made. Food is solid it just takes waaaaay too long at the drive through. I was third in line and it took each car almost 5 minutes to even place the order and I think it was because the employee wasn't ready to take the order. We are so excited Culver's came to Jupiter! My husband is from Wisconsin originally, and although I had never tried Culver's I have read and heard really great things. We have only been once so far and we got an order of Cheese Curds, a chocolate PB shake and a vanilla malt! All of it was delicious! They use frozen custard which is my favorite, so that was a bonus. Very disappointed with today's visit. I've noticed the quality of food & customer service has declined over the past few mths. Desserts are still good, but the burgers & sandwiches are just thrown together like a 5 yr old made them up. New pretzel pub burger was a joke with soggy bacon & barely any cheese. Soggy onion rings & cold limpy french fries. The cheese sauce you add on for dipping would be great if they filled the container & made sure it was at least warm. Nothing special about this place. I went in for lunch Friday, January 20th 2017. I ordered the Cashew Chicken Salad and a side of string beans simple order correct?. First of all let me say they had at least 15 employees in that little place. When I ordered my lunch it wasn't that busy, they just finished the lunch rush. It was 1:30 PM. I got my order to go. When I get home and start eating my salad I noticed there aren't any cashews in the salad. My string bean order was so salty I couldn't even eat them. My friend ordered a butter burger with fries and a soda. The fries were nothing special, small crinkle cut, unseasoned, and a blah burger. I called the manager and they promised to send me a coupon to replace my salad. I have received no coupon so far and it's been one week. If management reads this, don't bother sending me anything. They started out with Ice Cream, they needed to just leave it there. Truthfully, this place isn't worth the fuel to get there. Update on my credit: Finally 3 weeks later they sent me out a coupon for a hamburger basket and a medium cookie dough concrete mixer. Well, that isn't what they screwed up on.
