I have worked for Culvers before I even met Craig Culver himself back when I help open a store down in Tampa a couple years ago, and nothing in the store is meant to the standards that that man set, everything took twice as long as it should, and I was the first customer in line in the drive-through, it took me 10 minutes to get my food and when I finally came out the order wasn't even right, I ordered a Wisconsin pub double and the bomb that it was supposed to come on was wrong and it was soggy, I've been in this location before and dined in and it took them 25 minutes to bring out our food but I said I'll give them another chance, bad mistake and won't eat here again the staff is just super lazy and definitely doesn't care but of course they probably want more than their $15 an hour that they're "owed" read more

New restaurant chain from Wisconsin opened up a franchise near the Costco on Parramore Street and just off I-295. Decided to give it a try and I was amazed at the Reuben sandwich, fries and lemonade I ordered.! They were very polite and friendly. Service was quick and easy in the drive through. Check there menu, as they have other options for food such as burgers, chicken and seafood. They're milkshakes look amazing and I think I will get one of those when I return! read more

The food is always great! They have a wide selection to choose from and have delicious desserts. The service has akways been wonderful.

The food was great, the service was not. We ordered our food for pickup and we're totally forgotten about. After waiting 20 mins for our curbside delivery, we had to go in and find someone to get our food, which was sitting on the counter.... When ordering they tell you online orders won't be refunded. I am sure that is because people want to cancel their order and go to a restaurant that actually tries to get people food when they are hungry. We won't be back. read more

My Son and I just went on a date here and ong the staff here were the sweetest most polite people I've ever met. It was yes ma'am, thank you, have a blessed weekend from the speaker, window to the guy who handed us our food. We were so impressed. The food was also great. If I could post without a star I would. My husband and I stood at the counter for 19 minutes with multiple workers walking passed us without any acknowledgement . We walked out and went through the drive through in order to get service. Great food. Horrible staff!! read more

Tried Culver's for the first time today and wasn't very impressed. The line is incredibly long due to it being a new restaurant but it took us 45 mins to go through the drive thru. The burgers are simple fast food burgers; didn't necessarily find anything special about them. We also ordered cheese curds & they tasted like fish so we're assuming they were fried in the same oil as their seafood? The fries were seasoned well & were fresh. My spouse ordered a sundae and it was decent, but again, nothing special. Overall not the best experience & don't know that I'd visit again. read more

Food is great but every single time I have gone here I've had a poor staff experience. All the teen staff are very friendly but the older staff has always been standoffish and rude. The first time we asked for a to go order at the counter, and when we sat at a table an older woman came up and asked if we ordered to go. We said yes. Five minutes later she brings us food for there, and got annoyed when we asked to change it. The second time they gave me the wrong ice cream. I went back up and asked for it to be remade. They handed it back to me (wrong flavor again but whatever) with no brownie chunks. I ask about and the nice cashier goes and asks someone to change it, and I could hear them (not the cashier) loudly complaining about how brownie chunks have always been blended in and how people should stop asking for that and she doesn't know what to tell me. Mind you the first wrong ice cream I was still holding had full brownie chunks in it read more

The food was not great. Got a ten piece shrimp dinner there were 9. Employees lounging around laying in the booth and swearing in the booth. Just hanging out. One employee with pants down under his bottom. Management must not be active in keeping it clean and good surroundings! Or they just don't care. Won't be going back. read more

They must've paid for all these 5 star reviews. Waited in line for 30 minutes after taking my money and order which was #68. Only for the incapable maybe even "special" employee that mistake only 2 cars in the waiting area for #70. I don't understand how you have 2 separate numbers and only 2 cars and still get it wrong. The male employee didn't even have the accountability to apologize himself he sent his female coworker out to tell me they have to remake all the food that I gave to the previous Car because said male have it to the only other car waiting there... maybe they should drug test the employee I'm sure this isn't the first time he's costed them a loss.I worked fast food when I started off in the workforce where the circumstances were much more strenuous, and we did not have the easy layout and numeral system that they have and I can honestly say that culver should be embarrassed if this is the way there employees act or are trained. Went for milkshakes waited 20 mins after multiple cars got there order went inside the pit the shakes in the freezer instead of figuring out who order is missing. I asked for a refund due to waiting so long another employee tried giving me the shakes but manager stopped her because I asked for a refund after waiting 20 mins. Asked the manager for her name and refused to give it to me unless I was giving a good review. Also told me I am getting refund so I should be happy with that. I don't know who train these managers on customer service but that is not how you deal with a customer. read more

Well i have never eaten at a Culver's before today and I never will again! First off I only went there cause i bought a savings card with a buy one get one offer for Concrete custard. To start off they denied my BOGO because it was for another store way out in the middle of nowhere. Second the cashier paid for the car behind me instead of my bill so she had to run my card 2 more times once to refund and once to fix her screwup. Third when we got our concretes there was nothing concrete about these concrete mixers. Mine was gone in a matter of seconds as it was the consistency of chocolate milk. I have heard a lot about there custard but meh I'm not impressed. I've learned my lesson I will stick with the Dairy Queen Blizzard. read more

What a horrible experience. When we pulled in, several cars were waiting for their food. When we walked in, there were several workers laughing and playing around with a line backed up and only one person on the register. It took 10 minutes just to order, the cars that were waiting when we arrived were still there! We were waiting for a our food for over 20 minutes and in the meantime employees were just wandering around and talking. Chick-fil-A is clearly the better option for almost anything and the service is leaps and bounds ahead of this dump. read more

I went here for the opening around 4:45 on January 11th and had the Swiss and Mushroom Cheeseburger and Fries. I have to say it was pretty good with good seasoning and the employees that I encountered seemed nice and had it organized. I would've given this place 4 or 5 stars. The problem was that one of the co-owners that was sitting out front for I guess the grand opening was staring at me frowning like he hated Asians. This was my second time at Culver's, and it wasn't any better than the first. I typically give a place three chances to keep my business, and so far, it's not looking too good for this place. I ordered a Deluxe w/Bacon, w/o pickle, plus mustard on a gluten-free bun. They charge a whopping $2 more for the bun. It came in a meat-grease-covered plastic wrapper, and the burger was in the box. No mayo, no mustard. The lettuce was so shredded it belonged on a taco, and the two beef patties together almost made a regular-sized burger from Mcdonald's. Seriously it was so thin I couldn't believe it wasn't crumbling apart. The taste wasn't much better. I saw the bacon but didn't taste it. :-( Second, on the menu was a chili cheese fry. It was ok, but nothing to brag about. The cheese, whatever they used, didn't taste like cheese. Lastly, a large Rootbeer float. Yes, it was my cheat day. I was upcharge to $3.50 for this, and what a rip! It came in the flimsiest plastic cup I've ever seen, almost collapsing when you picked it up. It had about a scoop of frozen custard. Not really a float if you just top off a large soda with a dollop of ice cream. It must have been a pretty extensive root beer for the price. All in all, it was NOT worth the $21.06 I was charged. Had the quality and presentation been better, maybe I wouldn't feel so slighted for paying 20 bucks on a fast food meal. read more

Glad to have a Culver's that's closer to me than the one in Middleburg. I came here today at a little after 2 and I did not expect it to be so packed for this time of day. Maybe they must be doing something right. There were a lot of people there that it was challenging to find an available table to sit at, with some of the tables being unavailable on account of social distancing and the pandemic (which will hopefully wind down soon). Still, I was able to find a seat, as were at least a couple of families who were dining in. This place and the service was a bit busy but I still got what I ordered which was a butter burger and cheese curds, and a little custard after my meal. The food is average. Sometimes I come here for the curds, other times it's for the variety of frozen custards. This place must be a favorite of people judging by the heavy traffic on Collins on the way here. I hope improvements continue to be made, being that this location just opened a few weeks ago. read more

Cod sandwich was tasteless. Got my mint chocolate chip ice cream wrong 3 times. On the 4th time it was right but was not mixed at all. White on the bottom with chocolate chips and nothing but green food coloring at the very top. Staff was nice and gave me a pint for the issues which I appreciate but I won't go back. read more
