Who doesn't want to skip the hassle of standing in line especially with hungry kids during the peak busy hours. Try it next time, it's a game changer. This not to detract from the great staff. The service was good at the register but Iree (i think her name was) served us our food and made a comment saying "interesting name choice" and it was just my signature others nickname, I found this a little rude but to each their own. We stopped at Culver's while traveling because we love the one at home. We entered the drive-thru line and about 5 minutes in, regretted that decision as we were stuck, not able to get out. About 40 minutes later we were on our way. To be fair, the employees were super friendly, the order was {mostly} correct and the food was hot and delicious!
