this is my first time at a Culver's. I had no expectations really and no frame of reference if what they even serve. First thing I notice is it's really staff heavy. Could be a good thing but not always. I'll start with the cons. There was no personality with this staff. No friendliness, no welcoming feeling, no pride in work.... just "get em in , get em out" With the amount of staff members present you would expect a bit of customer service... NONE. Just recently moved this way and have came to this location more then I have ever been to Culvers before. The whole staff is great, I've never had a bad experience, the food is always fresh and they keep the line moving even in the busiest rush. Super legit location. Drive thru is always quick never packed. Dine in is tidy, table service and the hostesses/hosts always checking to see if you're content with your experience. Generally go on my weekdays off, either for a quick drive through or a solo dine in. Don't forget about the pup cups! Always embarrassed to ask for 3, but I gotta feed the fam. read more

The poor service continues. We actually go to Culvers a couple times per week in Hartland. But no more! We are tired of having the wrong burger when we get home, onion rings instead of fries, and having the ice cream sundaes only filled half way up in the cup. We pay more than enuf money for our meal so you would think we would get the right food and a full cup of custard. I wrote a comment a year ago and honestly nothing has changed. Food and service!! I'm an every day Culver's person, if this was the only Culver's for miles around where I live I would go back to McDonald's! The food was cooked wrong, was like pulling teeth to get corrected, the person that took our order and was more concerned about getting the ice cream scoop token off the bag then getting the order right was clueless to everything! Grandson ended up without his scoop but they took his token!! Fries were greasy and under filled even though we paid for an upgrade. Professional people don't talk about the customer to another employee right in front of the customer either!! Service fell apart like it does at most Culver's and Chick-fil-A's when we asked the person who gave us our food to get us an extra container because I have two children who don't eat a lot who split a meal. That blew their mind and after they went away it on to other people, I asked him again and they said to wait a minute, so we just left. Worth the wait always good I just figure out your spot in line you'll get your food eventually

I go to culver's very often and have never had an order made incorrectly, until today. Today I went during lunch rush on a nice day so it was very busy! The lady taking my order was very kind but unfortunately must have not heard me say that I wanted my sandwich plain! When I received my food I noticed the sandwich was not plain and so I went inside to ask for a plain one. When I walked a man greeted me and gave me a couple options for resolutions. We agreed that it would be best remade. He explained it would take around 5 minutes and continuously updated me on the status. Sure enough I received the sandwich plain 5 minutes after! Amazing customer service! Very happy with this experience! Of course it sucked it was wrong at first, but they did an amazing job remedying the situation!! read more

Great service and always great tasting fast food! The burgers here are the absolute best in the fast food business. The Onion Rings are always perfect and everyone loves the Cheese Curds! Very frustrated. This is the 3rd time my order wasn't filled correctly. I tried correcting it at the window with a second transaction and again when the food was brought to my car and the receipt was still missing an item. Once taken back in to tell them it's not right, he returned to tell me all my items are in the bag. So I drove away. Only to arrive home with an incomplete order. Called up to speak to a manager after arguing for 10 minutes I told him I wanted to speak to someone above him. He said well I'm the owners son and he'll tell you the same thing... so I'm other words. Come up and order what you didn't get because of they if they messed up and didn't get your order right, it's to bad and dad will back it. The team at this Culver's is well trained and high energy. I am a regular and the drive thru has ruined me for all other drive thru restaurants. My two favorites at the drive thru are Matt and Jorden. They are informative, helpful and always have a smile for everyone! I've always loved Culver's ever since I was a kid! The frozen custard is always on point! Every time I order, my food comes out piping hot and super fresh. This location continuously messes up my order. I ask for only ketchup, mustard, and pickles on my double butter burger. Then they ask if I want cheese - to which I always say no. However, I always get cheese on it. To some people this wouldn't be a big deal, but for me it ruins the burger. There isn't an easy way to take it off. Great food, only gave 4 stars because crinkle fries are BS. It blows me away that someone thought to do everything so well, then decided crinkle fries was the way to go. Not the locations problem, probably thought up by the franchise to sell more cheese curds at a higher price, because the fries aren't any better than those microwave box fries. Still love the food, but like Wendy's, you couldn't be more off on the fries. read more
