I ordered food from here like i have been doing consistently. I thought they would NEVER forget my fries, but they did. The despair and pain in im feeling is horrific. They took 10 minutes to make my food so im thinking they are making my fries nice and fresh, BUT NO they forgot them. All i ordered was a burger and fries and another fry for my friend, GUESS WHO had to split there fry with there friend. ME i did. They will feel my wrath towards them. Wow this was terrible. Didnt know the viet-cong was back. Bot that the workers were Vietnamese, but the fact my large milkshake tasted like mustard gas. After I scarfed down my milkshake because although it tasted bad I am a "big back" i opened my chicken nugget case to find a used copper IUD in the box. i ipened my sauce packet to find a semen like substance in it, and the workers were rude, and made fun of my abnormally large lypoma on my rump. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The most crusty workers I've ever seen and they denied us our food because my friends mom ordered via app AND PAID and sent over details for us to get our food. It was simply sitting there and they REFUSED to give it to us because we did not have the physical iPhone that the food was ordered on. One star is generous, went to get a late night meal with the boys we had two mobile orders and one ordering at the speaker was told we could only order two meals at a time and ms cruella de vil wanted to be all snarky and tell us we can either get a refund or go wait another 30 minutes in line for the food we already paid for. Anyway we go wait another 30 minutes in line (FOR THE FOOD WE ALREADY PAID FOR) and ended up not getting all our food, absolute garbage food and customer service. So, it's $1.59 for a Small fry, $2.39 for a Medium fry and $2.59 for a Large fry. Here is a photo of what the Hartland McDonalds considers a Large fry. Yes, we received the Large fry containers and we paid $2.59 each for them, but I would say that these are 2/3 full at best. I should have checked them before I got home but I figured since it was all adults working at 11:00 A.M. on a school day I would have gotten what I paid for 04/15/2019 Monday. My husband and I pulled in for a quick breakfast before a long day of house hunting. Apparently, they are going through renovations trying to make their greasy hovel more appealing when in reality they should start with their workers' attitudes. We walked up and we were promptly scolded that the "dining" area was closed and we had to go through the drive through. The man who informed us was extremely rude and scoffed and rolled his eyes like a school child. He rudely pointed to a sign, had the sign been clear my husband and I plus other customers we saw parking and attempting to walk in would not be trying to access the dining area. Have better signs and/or calmly let potential customers know to use the drive through. I get that McDonalds is not a 5 star restaurant but have the common decency to treat people with respect. read more

Today, ordered French fries fresh inside the dining room. Knew I had to wait a few minutes because I asked for them hot. Sat down and waited over 10 min, no one came to my table, they forgot my order completely. When I went up to the register they then proceeded to give me French fries that had been sitting for awhile, so I had to wait again for them to make new French fries. Slow and sloppy service. the girl that works night shifts is awful. always forgetting items in the bag, (chicken, sauces, pop, etc) and has the worst attitude every time i go through the drive through. she should not be working in the restaurant industry, but maybe somewhere where she does not have to interact with any people. my boyfriend and i had to go through the drive through twice in a row because she forgot our sauces, when we asked for them politely and said they were forgotten, she responded with "you are wasting my time" and used profanity towards us. awful restaurant worker. read more

Pretty much the worst McDonalds ever. I can see by previous reviewers that the service has not changed much over time. It's still horrid!! It took 12 minutes to get what my kids ordered, which is crazy for "fast" food. Particularly seeing that there was NOBODY in line ahead of us and only 3 cars in the drive thru. I can't imagine what the service is like if they are actually busy. I figured maybe it was my frappe that was throwing them for a loop, but alas, no. They didn't even make that at all. So I send my kids to a table while I continue to wait. Five minutes later the brainiac that "helped" us turns and asks "Did you need something else?", not sure why in God's name else she thought I might still be standing there but yeah, my frappe. So she does some clicking on her screen and says it's not on the order and walks away! WTF? Like not even, sorry about that, would you like me to place the order?
