Absolutely disappointing. Awful experience. No refund. Terrible customer service. Management was very rude and told us basically that it was our problem and they have a strict policy on how much product they can use. Ive never had such an awful experience with fast food. Also was a 45 minute wait for food, not very "freaky fast" read more

Jimmy John's - Sandwiches Near Me - Hartland, Michigan

Just sitting here tonight for 10 minutes waiting for my sandwich. The two kids working here are probably the worst I have ever seen at a jimmy Johns establishment. Nothing great any fast at this place. I highly suggest avoiding this Joint. read more

Next door to the tattoo shop, but is easy to miss if you're coming off the highway since it's behind the Speedway and signage is hidden. This store is clean and staff friendly. It took me years to learn the names of their subs only to have them change their menu! read more

Jimmy John's - Super fast assembly and nice staff - Sandwiches Near Me - Hartland, Michigan

I order the same thing every time at any location (#6 extra everything and add a couple things). Normally, when I go to other locations, they do not do what is asked. This was my fist time at this location, the employees were very nice and they did exactly what I asked for!! I absolutely love it! My sandwich was BIG, delicious, messy, wet, and dripping with juices!! read more

Ordered online, waiting, waiting, waiting. First 15 mins they claimed they didn't have the order. Once they admitted they got it, they still decided not no to make it. I could have gone the the grocery store and bought all the ingredients, taken them home, and casually made a sandwich by now. read more

We're told when we walked in that our sandwiches would take 20min because they were working on a catering order.

Stopped here while traveling. Location is poor. The area of the strip mall has horrible drivers, people driving crazy in a parking lot The Jimmy Johns was fine. Fast, tasted fine, staff courteous and friendly. I got the tuna which was fresh and cold. I'd stop again if i was passing this way. Again, location and crazy drivers brought the score to a 3. read more

I've ordered delivery from here at least 10x and they are always accurate and fast just like they claim to be. I've also sTopped in here a lot to grab a quick lunch and they are always friendly and the place is always clean. read more

I ordered for pick up online from here recently. It was about 40 minutes til close, so we knew it would be hit or miss. The sandwiches were fresh and ready when we walked in. The clerk even said "we didn't make your drinks since we weren't sure when you would be here." Sounds small but we appreciate small attention to detail like drinks that aren't warm or watered down. I just wish we could experience that freaky fast delivery service, but we live just outside their range which is odd since it's less than 4 miles away. read more

Walked in seconds behind another patron right at 7pm. While the other customer placed their order the girl tells me that they're now closed. This place will no longer be a stop for our family (5 of us) when heading north since they apparently would rather close than make money. Having been in the quick serve business, you never turn down a buck. Good luck to this place. read more

I placed an order a day early to ensure it would arrive on time. I have a very short lunch time. The order arrived 25 minutes LATE. It arrived AFTER orders that were placed on the same day with a "just bring it when it's convenient for you" request. I have a 30 minute lunch period. When I called, I was told that today was a busy day. I do understand that. However, I am really disappointed that my attempts to prevent this problem (ordering early - the day before) resulted in me being at what seems to be the end of your list. I am also very disappointed that the reply is "we were really busy today, that's just how it goes". read more

Always good and consistent, never an issue. Fast and friendly. Oh, and they have the best ice from their fountain drink machine. Great job guys and gals! read more

Horrible experience today. Simple pick up order was messed up. Upon returning home and finding the issue, the manager of the store wanted to argue with me about what was heard on the call vs what we actually received. Simply unprofessional behavior in the service industry. Not going back! read more

Never again. Order is always wrong 2x times before, but today was the worst. Ordered a Veggie Club on lettuce and when I bit into it, I was immediately sick. They gave me tuna, and I am a vegetarian. I am still sick to my stomach! My friend ordered a slim extra meat and extra cheese, they gave her 2 pieces of meat and 2 pieces of cheese total - but charged us 3$ for the extras. Rude kids work there and when we complained, they asked to see the receipt. Its not us who can't read - its the workers. I do not recommend, high prices for terrible service and wrong order. Go to Gus's down the street - super friendly...WAY better food. Bye Bye Jimmy John's and the rude workers. read more

Yelp map is wrong--it's in the same plaza as Black Rock. Fast service, expected quality.

Many of the employees don't even smile and seem really monotone or robotic when talking. The workers just don't seem to care anymore about how the customer feels. I wonder if it's from terrible training or if the boss doesn't care about who they hire. I've been going here for years and it's never been worse. Food is great though 10/10 read more

Went in to get my family good after church and the guy making or wrapping my food had huge hickies on both sides of his neck! YUCK! Not friendly, he was very rude and the hickies made me uncomfortable! Should be professional in this type of business! I love coming here but lately the people who have been working have been sloppy and very rude and seem like they just do not want to work here! Again, this guy was very rude and seemed like he hated his life and the hickies are very unprofessional! I heard the people behind me in line talking about the hickies on his neck as well! Glad I wasn't the only one bothered by them! read more

Always on top of it! My staff and I get Jimmy John's at least once a week and they never disappoint. We get the same girl delivering our lunch and she is always so nice and friendly! The sandwiches are always fresh and delicious! read more

Very fast service as stated in all the ads. They have very good proportions at this particular one and the workers are efficient although not sociable with their customers. read more

I've only eaten at a couple of Jimmy John's restaurants, and I stopped in to pick up sandwiches for my fiancé & I today. The second I walked in the door, the girl at the counter asked me what I wanted. I told her I needed to look at the menu for a minute because I wasn't sure what I wanted. She stared at me as if my looking at the menu was somehow inconveniencing her. I appreciate the business motto of fast service, however rushing people is not at all what I consider good service. When I picked up our food at the other end of the counter, the guy handed me our two sandwiches at the receipt - no bags, no napkins, just the food. I'm unimpressed and probably won't ever return to this location. Slow down and be nicer, seriously. read more

Gave this place 3 tries. Something wrong with each order. Received a sandwich where the bread had paper stuck all over the bottom. Not good, don't eat here until they train their employees better. read more

If there was an option to select zero stars I would choose that! I live in Hartland Shores (0.7 miles away) and was told that we our outside of their delivery range. No wonder they are so freaky fast!!!!! Apparently if you live next door, they are happy to deliver. Simply open your front door & they will toss it in! In addition, I then asked if I could customize my order & was told no. What a joke!!!!! read more

my favorite JJ. the bread and veggies are always fresh. I have never had an issue with staff or product. it's always freaky fast and always accurate. I get the gargantuan and it rocks every time. the king of sandwiches for sure. read more
