Let's see to start the customer service. Decided to stop if for some desert. Seeing that this place is close to us and we didn't want to drive all the way into town why not! My wife got the chocolate concrete with 2 toppings. I got the really Reese's. We sat down and waited patiently. Our guests that were with us got their order which was also wrong, but they decided to keep it. About 5-7 more minutes went by and we hadn't received our simple custards. I asked my wife to go check and there they were. Melting away on the counter. My wife heard the 2 girls going back and forth "I asked him to take it to them", "no I asked you to take it to them"... at this point I get up and return them back to the young man and have them remake them. Secondly the young lady who seemed to be the owners daughter says out loud "I don't really like the B word I shouldn't use it, I should've been fired by now" which then the other young lady says "you're not gonna get fired, you're the owners daughter".. the young lady taking my wife's order snickers and tells my wife "oh you heard that hehehe".. I honestly have not had this kinda experience ever in my life. Culver's you need to add some additional management to oversee these minors. This is not how a establishment should be ran. read more

Forgot to take any pictures. It's a fast food establishment, I Mena. You need to be doing more if you're taking fast food establishments pictures. Haha. Can't complain on my meal, little slow for in store dining. But Bacon Double Butter Burger came out hot and fresh, the crinkle fries were just the right amount of crispy. Let me preface by saying, we are Culver's lovers from years ago back in Il. Then moving out here and eating at the (now defunct) location in the Woodlands, so I've had many of the menu items before at other locations as well as sampling their customer service. This location has issues with the cashiers not putting thru the orders correctly.In the past we've had missing items in orders but today I just went in to get pints of the flavor of the day and to retry the "pumpkin salted carmel mixer" which we'd had a few weeks ago(one of my very favorite fall desserts). Everything then was just all mixed in which led to a melty mess and I was told"This is the way we make them" when commenting on how I had them in other locations and they looked like the promo pic with the pumpkin mixed in and the warm caramel on top.SO, decided to try ONE more time to give the benefit of the doubt in case each location had leeway in how they make the specials. My order this time was one salted caramel concrete mixer-carmel on top, NOT mixed in (like the pic..and I pointed to the menu board) and 3 pints of the flavor of the day. What I recieved was..the caramel AND pumpkin plopped on top of vanilla custard, and 3 pints of something NOT flavor of the day.Had my son not worked there previously I would have chalked it up to "oh well" and just left, but I went back to the counter and told them my concerns. They remade the mixer which was mostly the way the other locations made them and had to start over on the 3 pints. This whole process took way longer than I'd anticipated just going in for pints and a mixer when the place was not really that busy. Oh lord. What a true delight. The mushroom Swiss burger is so yummy. The fries are perfect. And that ice cream. Oh Lordy that ice cream. Sadly, in the short time they have been opened, I have tried the scoop of the day for the peach crisp (10/10), pecan Carmel (7/10) and brownie batter (10/10) and think about it constantly. I have only ever been in the drive thru but, although there can be a bit of a wait after ordering, have been pretty happy with it overall. My kids love the free ice cream with the kids meal (or you can save it for another day!) and, strangely enough, the broccoli. The kids grilled cheese was not a hit with either of the 2 kids who tried it. The kids opinions of the burgers are hit or Miss- the edges can be burnt and my picky eaters were not a fan. Horrible customer service, lots of young kids working there that simply don't care about the customer. They were throwing food at each other behind the counter. I called to speak with someone about our experience only to be ignored and never contacted back. Just an overall disappointment . Growing up in NE Illinois, im familar with Culvers. This one here, the food is decent but value is poor.

This is place is literally in my neighborhood. I would place it categories like In-n-out, 5 guys and shake shack. It's a great burger and their custard ice cream is awesome. Their fries are also great! If you've never had it I would recommend it because there are only 2 of these restaurants in the Houston area. read more

First and foremost I would like to say the staff was very friendly and helpful. Exemplified excellent customer service. But I rate it a 3 because in my opinion, it's mediocre at best. I got the 'Concrete mixer' with the mix ins being chocolate cake and chocolate syrup with vanilla as the base, and there was nothing special about it. Especially when I spent about $5.50 for a medium (largest they had). Granite yes I did get two of the same flavors, but after a couple spoonfuls the taste faded away in my mouth. read more

Do you prefer Coke or Pepsi? Had wanted to at least try the only Culvers in the Katy TX area. By all definitions it's chain fast food hamburgers. Typical fast food ambiance dinning room. I would consider it on the higher level for sandwich quality. The patties presented as fresh are smashed which gives them a great flavorful crust but often releases all the yummy fat juices. I got a double patty bacon cheeseburger and the cheese and bacon definitely helped the fat moisture content/flavor. The butter buns are delicious and they top with fresh veggies. Like a DQ they have really good dairy deserts which they are known for. Counter service is best in class for a fast food burger joint. Whataburger is often the chain of choice with locals in this area and feel I would still opt for a Whataburger over Culver's. Whataburger offers Coke products and Culver's Pepsi. I prefer Coke. Though overall Culver's is one of the best in class burger joints for me. 3 stars as it's not to the level of many Mom and Pops or Gastropubs. read more

I've tried giving this place more than one chance. As other reviews stated, when ordering any custards there is consistently a long wait. We were waiting for 15 mins in the drive through for a worker to come and say that their vanilla machine is not working. This is after multiple cars that were BEHIND us had been served. We then waited for an additional 15 minutes. Waste of time. The one star is because he second person, that actually brought our order, actually apologized for the wait. Do not recommend. Came in on 2/18 at 12:25pm. Didn't receive our food until 1:20pm. All the other customers were waiting just as long. They also didn't get our order right and instead of remaking it, they just brought what they forgot in our burgers in a side tray. Terrible. First and last time coming here. read more

The Cod and the fries were soggy with no flavor. The Reuben sandwich had good flavor but it was also soggy. I won't be going back.
