Worst experience at a Wendy's restaurant the manager there old lady talks so rude to the workers . Like she had no manners

Came at 4:50pm on a Saturday. The door is locked to the inside. We were going to eat inside. The workers just looked at us and stared. Will not be eating here inside or drive thru. Unsure why they are closed for the inside on a Saturday late afternoon. read more

If I could Leave zero stars I would. This Wendy's is genuinely the worst fast food establishment I have ever been to. Consistently terrible service, there's always something incorrect with the order, rude or incompetent employees. They apparently don't serve breakfast simply leaving papers on the drive through window and doors, close the diner early. The list goes on. Whoever owns this franchise location needs to shut this place down. This restaurant has only gotten worse and worse every single year. For the love of god shut down or find new management. read more

Trash place with trash customer service. Ordered 10 spicy nuggets requested it be made fresh because last time I went they gave me cold nuggets. The gentleman taking my order assured me that they were made fresh. I pulled up to the window and paid and he gave me regular nuggets and closed the window with no have a nice day. I honked my horn and told him they were supposed to be spicy and told him again to please make sure they are fresh he then left to get the correct order. Came back to the window and handed me my food. I left and that's when I noticed the nuggets were not as I requested and they were hard and cold. I've attached the photos of the frosty that was melted as soon as we got it, the disgusting cheese potato, and the terrible French fries. We had to drive through 2 times, the first time to get our original order and the second time because they forgot the fries, which honestly ended up not being worth it because the fries weren't even good. How do you mess up fries? They also said they only had one potato, so they asked us if we wanted the cheese potato or the sour cream and chives potato (which we ordered in our online order), to which I replied the latter, and they later said they already made the cheese potato?? I don't understand the point of asking if they were just going to make the one we didn't want, but okay, I guess? The only good things about this place were the tangerine lemonade, the Cinnabon pull-apart, and the apple pecan salad (they made it without chicken because we're vegetarian). Overall, we had a pretty bad experience and we hope Wendy's will do better for their future customers. read more

Was going to give Wendy's another try. Walked into this place and one look around I walked out. This place needs a visit from the Health Department. Dirty!!!! trash was over flowing, floor behind the counter was filthy, tables had not been cleaned, and flies flying around. This is one of those franchises, that the owner is more concerned about money than about the health of a customer. Stay away from this place! read more

Okay, this location is awesome. I know, I know, it's just a Wendy's. But I had a craving for a Baconator while running errands in the area last week, so I stopped by. The crew here is extremely friendly, patient, and they have great integrity. When I visited they asked me to drive around to the front to wait for my food so they could make it fresh, and I've gotta tell you, that was the best Baconator I have ever had. My experience was so good, I went out of my way to go once again today to make sure it wasn't a fluke. And lucky me, it wasn't. I got the same crew member helping me out; she's so sweet and friendly and the food is so hot and fresh. I don't understand the low rating for this location because I feel they are putting in an excellent effort to be a good example for the (...Wendies?) in the area. Keep it up! read more

Every time I go there I am greeted by the nicest mangers. The inside is always super open so when I go the employees are able to get my food out super fast. Also they have given me many coupons and respect all of my order changes. PLEASE REOPEN THE INSIDE DINNING ROOM. Rude.... I can't even fit all the words on how bad my experience was at this trash hole. The employee had a very bad attitude and sarcasm. First of all she accused us of cutting in line when the people let us get in front of them. Second of all she started yelling at us because we forgot our mask. So she yelled at us saying leave... I don't usally get very mad at fast food workers with attitude but she had serious attitude so I was rude back then we left then after we gave her attitude she flipped us off. I have been here twice in the last month and a half and everything seems to be nice here. We went through the drive thru once and the service was really fast (even though they ran out of chili...which was all i wanted), but it was after 8...so maybe it was late in the day? I am not sure when they close. The deice thru is weird since you have to drive behind the entire complex/strip mall thing to get to it and its kind of spooky on your own. The second time i ate inside. It was nice and clean inside, though the coke machine made crazy noises the whole time. They do have one of the fancy mix-your-drinks coke machines, a fake fire place, and a tv to watch. read more

Just the same old standard tired Wendy's fare. My burger looked like someone had sat on it for a week before it was handed out to me. Also there must be something wrong at the drive thru as I had to repeat everything until the person at the other end paid enough attention to get the order right. Florence is an excellent manager. I've never heard such great drive through etiquette (very sweet and friendly). Don't understand why this place has bad reviews. If Florence is working everything is great that's all I know. Food is Wendy's you get what get. But definitely recommend Florence!!! read more

Your employee/shift lead/manager (Christina) fails to write down that your store owes us a do over for screwing up our entire order and your horrible customer service and you have the gall to call my wife a liar? For a $20.45 meal? Our time is worth more than that except now you have poked the sleeping bear. I'm not stopping here either. I am taking the time and effort to take this disrespectful behavior all the way to your corporate office. Fortunately for you, we are moving from the area so you will never have to face us across a counter or table to discuss this issue face-to-face like adults. I'm so upset right now I came here to pick up dinner for my family. I spent $28 hoping my order would be correct and hot. The line went fast I got my food and checked to see if my children favorite sauces were in the bag before I drove off. First thing there was no utensils, napkins or sweet and sour sauces like I requested with my order in the bag. This place is going down hill fast. They never get an order right and the people there just don't give a damn. Literally. I drove through Tuesday night after a twelve hour shift at work and wanted a number one with a light lemonade. They have one of those million drink makers but the dude I ordered from said they were out of light lemonade. Fine. So I got a Coke and a Diet Coke. When he gave me my food he just handed me my drinks and when I ask which was which he just looked at me and said "I don't know, it's been a long day." Right. Me too. But I don't get the option of just not doing my job or not doing it well. Apparently it's acceptable to just give up after a long day here... Maybe I chose the wrong job. read more

This Wendy's was one of the first restaurants to open close to our neighborhood so I was happy to try it. It just so happens I was having work done next door on my car and I was pleased to have a pleasant place to go. I was beyond frustrated when at 20 past the hour, the doors were locked in contrast to the opening hours posted on the glass. From bad to worse. Ordered food but it was hard to see the sign due to it being dark and the sign was off. I informed them they treated me like garbage. Went inside to watch the food being made because I felt like whoever took the order realy didn't like being at the job. When I went inside Miguel aproached me and asked to take my order I said I am only watching my order being made. He took off headset and said why do you always complain here. I can only assume he is referring to this yelp 12 months ago. I was shocked he said that especially because I was not complaining. I informed him I am not talking down to you this is a job and if you made the food right people couldn't complain. Confirmation on my previous belief he then said do you want to yelp about it again or talk to a manager. Wow are you kidding me manager came over couldn't find my order. Avoid it. Prices are high - service is bad. Food is probably worse than the service. It needs new mgmt.

Great experience at this wendys. Food was pretty good but Florence was excellent. She's the manager and does a great job. Highly recommend!

By far, the worst Wendy's service to date. it took 25 minutes, from the time my order was completed to receive the food I ordered. The drink station had hardly anything working on it. Not 1 single apology after the fact about taking so long, I didn't know it was a privilege to be serviced by the store. Literally has 12 orders on the countertop averaging about 4 minutes per meal made. Yet, they had time to talk and laugh and stand and wait for food to go from 1 employee to the next. Could have gone to ANY place that serves food and gotten it faster. Even a sit down, dine in restaurant. 1 star is the minimum, I would have given a negative. read more

just moved to this katy/fulshear area about 10 months ago and had bad experiences at the Wndys on hwy 1463. Went there as only real option recently and had great experience with Kendrick for past to stops. Got order right and he is always as friendly and professional as possible. read more

First off I ordered something that totaled up to 8.31 and when I came to the window it went up to 9.something. I tried to ask about it and two of the employees couldn't give two shits about what I was saying. Eventually I nicer employee came over and helped me out. read more

My wife and I went there tonight. We usually get great service from friendly and happy employees. Tonight there were different people and the guy seemed a bit "put-off" because of our special order. After paying, he asked us to pull forward. I did so even though there was nobody behind us. It seemed very odd. As we were pulling forward, the guy started dancing. Really odd. Then we waited for a very long time. Another car pulled up behind us and got their order. we still waited. and waited. Finally, the guy was slowly (very slowly) walking up to where we were parked. When he finally made it to us, he made a really fake smile and said, "here you go sir". No apology for the wait. For as long as we waited the food should be hot and fresh. It wasn't. In fact, the cheese was not melted on the frys. After seeing what appeared to be saliva on my burger we decided to get some food elsewhere. We will never be back. I hope that anyone reading this thinks twice about going there. We we easily spend a couple hundred bucks a month at Wendy's. Never again. read more

Started great, the representative made suggestions for my meal, was very polite. After leaving, I noticed my account was double charged. The manager Esteban, and another worker asked to see my account and prove that I was double charged, after showing them, and the person who took my card agreeing that he swiped twice Esteban continued to challenge me and say he's not sure how it happened. I will dispute the charge with my bank, but buy your burgers elsewhere people. read more

This was by far the worst service we have experienced at a fast-food restaurant. Did not give us our change, until we insisted and forgot portions of the order. The next time, they completely mixed up the order and did not want to change it as 'it is too much work to fix it now.' Unreal. We just had a really frustrating experience at this location. We went in just for baked potatoes. I few minutes after ordering the same guy (he was apologetic and nice) who took our order came over to our table and said they were out of potatoes and to pick something else to replace them- he said we could pick anything. Since we were already there and it's a pain to drag two hungry toddlers around we chose burgers. Then a few minutes later a female employee came over and told us that we had to pick something else ... off the dollar menu! The potatoes we paid for were over $3 each and she was telling us to pick something for $1. We got a refund and took our business elsewhere. This employee was short and rude in her conversation and I'm still shocked by the bad costumer service. I'd expect better, even from a fast food joint. read more
