Consistently terrible service, there's always something incorrect with the order, rude or incompetent employees. They apparently don't serve breakfast simply leaving papers on the drive through window and doors, close the diner early. The list goes on. Trash place with trash customer service. Ordered 10 spicy nuggets requested it be made fresh because last time I went they gave me cold nuggets. The gentleman taking my order assured me that they were made fresh. I pulled up to the window and paid and he gave me regular nuggets and closed the window with no have a nice day. I honked my horn and told him they were supposed to be spicy and told him again to please make sure they are fresh he then left to get the correct order. Came back to the window and handed me my food. I left and that's when I noticed the nuggets were not as I requested and they were hard and cold. I've attached the photos of the frosty that was melted as soon as we got it, the disgusting cheese potato, and the terrible French fries. We had to drive through 2 times, the first time to get our original order and the second time because they forgot the fries, which honestly ended up not being worth it because the fries weren't even good. How do you mess up fries? They also said they only had one potato, so they asked us if we wanted the cheese potato or the sour cream and chives potato (which we ordered in our online order), to which I replied the latter, and they later said they already made the cheese potato?? I don't understand the point of asking if they were just going to make the one we didn't want, but okay, I guess? The only good things about this place were the tangerine lemonade, the Cinnabon pull-apart, and the apple pecan salad (they made it without chicken because we're vegetarian). Overall, we had a pretty bad experience and we hope Wendy's will do better for their future customers. read more

Was going to give Wendy's another try. Walked into this place and one look around I walked out. This place needs a visit from the Health Department. Dirty!!!! trash was over flowing, floor behind the counter was filthy, tables had not been cleaned, and flies flying around. Okay, this location is awesome. I know, I know, it's just a Wendy's. But I had a craving for a Baconator while running errands in the area last week, so I stopped by. The crew here is extremely friendly, patient, and they have great integrity. When I visited they asked me to drive around to the front to wait for my food so they could make it fresh, and I've gotta tell you, that was the best Baconator I have ever had. My experience was so good, I went out of my way to go once again today to make sure it wasn't a fluke. And lucky me, it wasn't. I got the same crew member helping me out; she's so sweet and friendly and the food is so hot and fresh. I don't understand the low rating for this location because I feel they are putting in an excellent effort to be a good example for the (...Wendies?) in the area. Keep it up! read more

Every time I go there I am greeted by the nicest mangers. The inside is always super open so when I go the employees are able to get my food out super fast. Rude.... I can't even fit all the words on how bad my experience was at this trash hole. The employee had a very bad attitude and sarcasm. First of all she accused us of cutting in line when the people let us get in front of them. Second of all she started yelling at us because we forgot our mask. So she yelled at us saying leave... I have been here twice in the last month and a half and everything seems to be nice here. We went through the drive thru once and the service was really fast (even though they ran out of chili...which was all i wanted), but it was after 8...so maybe it was late in the day? I am not sure when they close. The deice thru is weird since you have to drive behind the entire complex/strip mall thing to get to it and its kind of spooky on your own. The second time i ate inside. It was nice and clean inside, though the coke machine made crazy noises the whole time. They do have one of the fancy mix-your-drinks coke machines, a fake fire place, and a tv to watch. read more

Florence is an excellent manager. I've never heard such great drive through etiquette (very sweet and friendly). Don't understand why this place has bad reviews. I'm so upset right now I came here to pick up dinner for my family. I spent $28 hoping my order would be correct and hot. The line went fast I got my food and checked to see if my children favorite sauces were in the bag before I drove off. I drove through Tuesday night after a twelve hour shift at work and wanted a number one with a light lemonade. It just so happens I was having work done next door on my car and I was pleased to have a pleasant place to go. From bad to worse. Ordered food but it was hard to see the sign due to it being dark and the sign was off. I informed them they treated me like garbage. Went inside to watch the food being made because I felt like whoever took the order realy didn't like being at the job. When I went inside Miguel aproached me and asked to take my order I said I am only watching my order being made. He took off headset and said why do you always complain here. By far, the worst Wendy's service to date. it took 25 minutes, from the time my order was completed to receive the food I ordered. The drink station had hardly anything working on it. Not 1 single apology after the fact about taking so long, I didn't know it was a privilege to be serviced by the store. Literally has 12 orders on the countertop averaging about 4 minutes per meal made. Yet, they had time to talk and laugh and stand and wait for food to go from 1 employee to the next. My wife and I went there tonight. We usually get great service from friendly and happy employees. Tonight there were different people and the guy seemed a bit "put-off" because of our special order. After paying, he asked us to pull forward. I did so even though there was nobody behind us. It seemed very odd. As we were pulling forward, the guy started dancing. Really odd. Then we waited for a very long time. Another car pulled up behind us and got their order. we still waited. and waited. Finally, the guy was slowly (very slowly) walking up to where we were parked. When he finally made it to us, he made a really fake smile and said, "here you go sir". No apology for the wait. For as long as we waited the food should be hot and fresh. It wasn't. In fact, the cheese was not melted on the frys. After seeing what appeared to be saliva on my burger we decided to get some food elsewhere. We will never be back. Started great, the representative made suggestions for my meal, was very polite. After leaving, I noticed my account was double charged. The manager Esteban, and another worker asked to see my account and prove that I was double charged, after showing them, and the person who took my card agreeing that he swiped twice Esteban continued to challenge me and say he's not sure how it happened. This place is filthy! Flies everywhere, filthy tables, brown goo coming out of ice tea dispenser ( old fermented tea probably not changed in quite a while) so disgusting. They also need to repair and paint the walls that are patched over and chipped paint. Just a mess! We just had a really frustrating experience at this location. We went in just for baked potatoes. I few minutes after ordering the same guy (he was apologetic and nice) who took our order came over to our table and said they were out of potatoes and to pick something else to replace them- he said we could pick anything. Since we were already there and it's a pain to drag two hungry toddlers around we chose burgers. Then a few minutes later a female employee came over and told us that we had to pick something else ... off the dollar menu! The potatoes we paid for were over $3 each and she was telling us to pick something for $1. We got a refund and took our business elsewhere.
