Be ready to deal with unwarranted attitude & be made uncomfortable. The lady with the tattoo around her neck that says "Charles" (which seemed like a manger bc she was training someone) had a very nasty attitude towards me & my sister for no reason. She kept cutting me off while ordering & rushing my order. She stopped the order when I asked for my sauces and told me to just finish at the window. When I got to the window she had her trainee talk but even he seemed uncomfortable by her commentary while I was asking about my sauces. She wasn't allowing him to inquire about my sauces for my order even through she asked us to pull forward to tell them about the sauces. I tired to check my order and she told us to leave the line within 10 seconds of us trying to make check it (there was no one else in line behind us) We drove up a little and heard her talking badly about us.. this location is very unprofessional & unpleasant. after that experience id rather drive the extra 10 mints to my other location. read more

Our family really enjoys KFC and we have enjoyed it more frequently since we started using their app. However, this time we had trouble with the app. I spent 40 minutes on it and still cannot place my order. I'll try it again next time since it has worked in the past. Other than that, the food service and ambience was great. I keep forgetting that there's a KFC here!!! I have gone to the KFC on South Mason Road for the past decade. This is my new KFC. The server was really nice and friendly. Even though there were four cars in the drive-through lane at 9 PM; they got through them quickly. They asked a couple of the cars who had larger orders to please pull into a parking space and the staff would bring their food out. I really appreciated that, since all I was ordering was a single Classic Sandwich combo. I was hoping the sandwich would be crispier. But it was tasty. I haven't really participated in a "chicken sandwich wars". But for some reason the sandwich looks really good in the tv commercials. I also ordered a small coleslaw on the side. I feel like the sandwich and fries needed some sort of complement. read more

The service is horrible, the cashier walks up to the counter, like he is hungover, and stands there with no "hello" or "how can I help you". Then he proceeded to go to the back and fix our food with that messy hair, no gloves nor hairnet. The after we were handed the food, still with no "thank you or "have a nice day", he walked off without asking us if our order was all good. I placed an online order ahead of time. It wasn't ready but that was okay, I waited. Before the young woman in the drive thru window handed me the order, she realized it was made wrong. She apologized and let me know they would need another 15 minutes to make the order correctly. I didn't have time to wait, so I asked for a refund. She let me know she could not refund the online order, I would have to cancel the order or request the refund online. I could not cancel the order online or request a refund online, so I called. I was on hold / on the phone with customer service for 55 minutes & talked to 3 different people just to be told that they could not issue a refund at this time. That they would have to do an investigation and get back with me within a few days. All of this bc someone couldn't just read the screen correctly. Absolutely ridiculous. Went through drive thru during a lunch break. I ordered the #7 combo (5piece tenders). My tea had absolutely zero ice. After requesting ice for my tea I caught a dirty look from the manager working the drive thru window. I pulled out of the drive thru and noticed I didn't have ketchup or dipping sauce so I had to park and walk in and request my condiments. There wasn't anyone working the counter but was able to make eye contact as the same manager from the drive thru as he was walking by. I was totally ignored. Another employee came from the back and asked "do you need something?" I said yes I just came through the drive thru and order the tender combo but didn't received any condiments or ice in my drink. She replied " you have to request that in the drive thru. I believe in the drive through they should offer condiments and ice in the drinks just as a courtesy without having to be requested. The chicken tenders tasted liked yesterday's chicken tenders. I will now refuse to go to this establishment in front of my neighborhood. I will also make an effort to speak freely about the staff and the quality of food this kfc offers. There is plenty of other restaurants in this area, they apparently could care less about their customers read more

Would never go back as this is the second time service has lacked the main food (which is the chicken) and takes 20 minutes to get cooked. Knew it was wrong without checking.. pulled over to check. TRASH! As I pulled up behind a few cars in the drive-thru I noticed them all leaving without getting food. It was 7pm on Sunday 9/5/21. When it was my turn to order, the worker inside said they were out of several items. I don't believe this is because of high traffic, this place is just not good. It was my first time going to this particular location, but the previous ones I've tried all either had chicken that tasted terrible and smelled like radiator fluid or was cold. I was going to give the new Katy location a chance to change my mind about KFC, but it didn't. I'll never go back!
