Loved going to Culver's when I lived up north the best fast food burgers around watch for the walleye sandwich

Pulled up at the drive thru on Saturday, July 20th 2019 at 9:54 pm and what sounded like an automated message announced through the speaker that they were closed. As I drove around I could see the employees inside. I called and the answering machine picked up and announced the store hours as 10:30 am to 10 pm. Food is always fresh and very good...I have never had any problems with the establishment..when I crave a good burger I always come back..

Nice cashier, ok food but, really, not that great. I'd never even heard of Culver's until recently. I was excited they had malts but it was waaay too sweet to finish, and so was the custard. The burger was ok, the fried chicken was pretty good. Maybe a little dry. The fries were limp and warm - absolutely no excuse for that in any fast food drive-thru. Blew me away. I have never heard of or seen a Culver's in my life. But i just moved to Tx and i dont have any cooking supplies so I swung by grabbed a burger fries and a shake. Burger was phenomenal, crinkle cut fries , which i always have doubts about, were good, and the shake was the bomb. I am tempted to go back there now as im writing this review. read more

Came by on a business trip from Houston to Dallas. The restroom was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I got a parking spot right up front and immediately noticed that they had a nice covered sitting area which my kids would have enjoyed had the been with me. I got chicken strips, fries, cheese curds, and a small raspberry cheesecake shake. The chicken strips were great. I love that they have several choices of dipping sauces but I always get the white gravy. The crinkle cut fries were hot and perfectly salted. Many times I find fries too salty but these were great. The cheese curds are by far my favorite. The breading is very flavorful and the texture of the cheese is great. The shake is a bit on the sweet side for me so I will only have a little of it but it has a very good flavor. I am always amazed with the menu selection at Culver's. They have an incredible amount of choices from the food to the desert flavors. I also found it very considerate that they offer a gluten free bun which they serve to the customer sealed for their protection. My daughter has Celiac and to see a restaurant be so understanding and accommodating is very impressive to me. Overall a great place to grab a quick dinner or a work trip or would also be a great place to take the kiddos for a relaxing weekend lunch. read more

I normally don't give a corporate fast food joint 5 stars, but Culver's earned it! I love their butter burgers here! All the iterations of it are tasty and full of win whether it's a Culver's deluxe or a Swiss cheese/mushroom burger. All of them have their patties thin but flavorful. The buttered buns are bodacious! Staff here are very nice! And the custard, oh boy the custard! Tastes very light and easy to fall into the trap of eating a lot of it. We always get vanilla with caramel and strawberries mixed with ours. It's so good, we'll often stop by here just for the custard only for dessert like yesterday night. It's nowhere as busy as the Woodlands location, here's hoping they do well and continue to stick around Conroe to save me a trip! read more

This was the worst place I have ever eaten at. I went through the drive threw and it took the cashier 7 mins to take my order once i pulled around I noticed I was the only car in the drive threw. I paid for my order which was the crispy chicken sandwich and a fry. I waited 15 mins at the window before the cashier asked me to pull up and they would bring it out. After bout 10 more mins of waiting one of the workers brought my meal out to my car. I did not check my food because it took 25 mins to get it so I assumed it was made correctly. After I arrived home I opened up my food to find that my whole meal was messed up they gave me a chicken sandwich with no bun the meat was soggy and the fries was old and hard. I immediately called back and made a complaint the cashier Named Candice didn't seem to surprised that I had called back because the buns to my sandwich was still sitting out on the line she said. I had never been to Culver's before today. Great experience. Wonderfully friendly and efficient crew. The food was super delicious and I loved the Concrete Mixer (I think that's what it was called) thing. The only nitpicky thing I can say is that I was disappointed in the lack of toilet seat covers in the restrooms. But that seems to be the norm here in Texas. Very good burgers and crinkle cut fries, no idea what a butter burger is, kinda reminds me of smashburger. Prices are a bit on the high side. Two deluxe combos totaled out to about $18! Man for 18 bucks I could've gotten waaaay more somewhere else! So other than high price would definitely come back again if I were ever in conroe again read more

I am a fan of Culver's. They are by far one of the best fast food chain burgers. Their customer service surpasses all other burger chains. Good burgers and good ice cream (custard). I usually get a Butter Butter with cheese but I have on ocassions ordered chicken strips. My favorite item here is the Turtle Sundae. Although the Turtle Sundae is a bit pricey for a fast food sundae, it is well worth it. read more

I can't even begin to explain how delicious the food is at one of these locations. I have been to several across the country and the food, atmosphere and service is always consistently smothered in goodness. I have tried several different menu items including the chicken sandwich, the Atlantic cod dinner and of course the famous butter burger with a root beer float. We absolutely love Culver's!!! For about 14 years we ate at the location in The Woodlands! Sadly, the location has closed. We came up to the Conroe location and are quite pleased. I love the Butterburger basket and my husband loves the pork tenderloin sandwich basket. We've also had the pot roast and chicken tenders. Everything has been delicious and food seems fresh and good quality. Grandson gets the chicken tenders or grilled cheese kids meal. Root Beer is excellent! read more

It's our weekly Thursday family night stop. The people who work here are friendly the service is fast and the menu is mind boggling! Frozen custard.... If you haven't had it you haven't lived and Culver's is the best for custard. Fried cheese curds are out of this world, the chicken tenders are fabulous, they are so tender they melt in your mouth. People are being too generous on their ratings for this place. I'm from Texas and I like big burgers. Each burger patty is less than an 1/8 inch thick. You're going to eat mostly bread, and it doesn't matter if you order single, double, or triple patty. Fries are nothing special and cheese curds were alright if that. Just left. Culver has good burgers BUT their food handling practices are terrible at the Conroe, TX location . Exit 88 off 45. My family and I literally just walked out after seeing that none of the worker making burgers wore gloves. The gloves were sitting on the front counter! Then one of the guys was texting on his cell, put his hands in his pockets, rubbed his beard and nose and then proceed to make burgers. DISGUSTING!!!!!!! I told the manager Dawn who said, "oh yeah, I need to go tell them about that"....so that tells me that it's not a standard for them. So disappointing because I really liked Culvers. read more
