We normally have really good service. However I ordered curbside and it said it would be ready at 5:45 pm. I checked in at 5:42. By 6:05 I called and Jacob ended up bringing it out at 6:10 and apologized. He said they were short staffed. Food was still hot and tasted good. What a wonderful place to come and have your concrete mixer. The concrete mixer is your favorite ice cream mixed with your favorite candy option. Yummy!! The menu has lots of comfort food options to choose from. I like the burgers and fries. Culver's has enough choices to keep even the most picky customer satisfied. The customer service at the drive thru was pleasant and the delivery lady was smiling and very nice. The area around the store was well kept and clean. Nice size parking lot and lots of room to get in and out easily. I'll give them 5 stars and be back to have my favorites soon. read more

Your typical Culver's, but I hadn't been to a Culver's in quite a while, so it was quite tasty. I usually don't drink soda (okay, okay, pop ...) so I order things a la carte. I got a single Butterburger with bacon and pickles, and a small order of the crinkle-cut fries. Next time I would get the mushroom and Swiss burger; my burger was a little dry but still edible. French fries were very delicious. If you sign up for their website / e-club before you go, they will send you a coupon for a free one-scoop custard, and today's Custard of the Day was turtle. Also very delicious. They also sent me a BOGO value meals coupon which I will use at some point, though maybe not at this location. Counter people were very polite as well. I always find it so fancy at Culver's that they deliver your meal to your table, too, and one employee delivered me my ice cream and another delivered my burger and fries. Ok, I've always loved Culver's but the last several times I've been here my burgers were cold and definitely not fresh like they're supposed to be. Normally, I roll up to the window, pay, and pull up to wait for my food. Lately, they are handing my order to me as I pay. Also, I don't even bother getting the frozen yogurt anymore. The most important aspect of a business is their staff and how they conduct themselves, and this Culver's location did not fail to meet my expectations. I've been coming here every Tuesday for over a year while my son attends a class. I bring my laptop and enjoy the quiet. All of my orders have been correct, all of my food has been hot and perfect and all the staff have greeted me with a smile. They take my tray for me when I'm done and check on me often. Awesome young staff who work very hard and are genuinely kind. I have a decent pick of places to eat at in this area but always choose to come back here. Management should be proud. You might think that all Culver's are the same, but you would be wrong. This location on Sashabaw is by far the best! The staff is beyond friendly and helpful - seriously, where do they find all these great people??!! Our orders are always done right, just as we wanted, and the burgers rival any good bar burger. My husband has to order the cheese curds every time we come here, he thinks they're the best. They're doing a great job with COVID precautions; every other table/booth is taped off for distancing, all staff wears masks, sanitizer abounds, and refills get a fresh cup. I was torn between 3 and 4 stars, but gave this place 4 because I feel like they do things different enough that they deserve the boost. I don't come here often, but when I do, I really enjoy their menu selection and that seems to be what sets them apart from the rest. It's not your traditional menu, and it's different enough that I like it. I've eaten at a few different locations over the years, and this one's the closest to me. I've tried a few different items, and I have to say, I seem to enjoy it when I'm here. I love their pot roast sandwich with potato's but last night I went with their chicken finger basket. I went with fries and a coke and my date when with a traditional burger basket. We both were satisfied and enjoyed our time here. I can't say enough good things about this place. Granted, it's not the healthiest, but I love that they serve stuff like mashed potato's, pot roast sandwiches, ice cream and a bunch of other stuff. It's a great alternative to the usual, and when I'm around here, I try to stop in. Prices are great, service is decent and the menu has a little something for everyone. Visiting this Culver's definitely proves the point that not all of them are the same. The quality of the product that this location produces is far inferior to the other restaurants in the chain. Just spent a good amount of money on some ice cream pints and some looked like they had been partially eaten and the lid placed back on, others looked like they were made from the melted leftovers of the flavor of the day and were missing all the add-ins that should have been in them. They were basically melted caramel ice cream, re-frozen and put in the freezer. If you can, avoid this one for one of the others in the chain. For the most part, Culver's is typically really good. This one... not so much. I thought since my last inferior dinner here almost two years ago, they would have upped their game. But they didn't. read more

i always enjoys culver's it's always so good and everyone is friendly. HOWEVER, today when i got my culver's sarah(crew trainer) was a complete bitch and very rude. I asked nicely for a concrete mixer with oreo and cookie dough and it was made as a sundae i asked if she could make it correctly politely and she said it was already made in a bitchy voice. I was introduced to this chain about a year ago at another location, and think they do it right. We stopped here for a quick bite before a concert, and as is the case with their other location I have frequented, this place doesn't skimp on quality and taste. Their burgers are great, and a bit like an over-sized slider (in a good way)! The counter service was fast and friendly, and very helpful. Substitutions were not a problem so they appear very accommodating, and the table service was prompt bringing our food to us in about 2 minutes after ordering. There was someone constantly tending to the dining area for our entire visit, ensuring the tables were clean, the contaminants were filled and the garbage emptied. This was a very clean restaurant that pays attention to detail. There was nothing at all bad to say about this visit, and I would not hesitate to stop here again. read more

I like the drive-thru service here and the custard is consistent. The big problem is the quality of the hot food. I just don't think there is any quality control in the kitchen. What really ticked us off was all the tables and seats needed to be wiped down. The only clean ones were the blocked off ones. Went to front asked for someone to come and clean a table. We stood there waiting no one came. I went back up and asked for a rag to clean our table. They said they would be right there. Our food came and we stood there holding our tray of food and no one came then person brought our shakes while we stood there holding them.
