The burger was made out of a blend of beef short rib and brisquet with fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and a specialty sauce. The sauce while good was something I would change in the future to straight up mustard as I think the burger would have been better based on personal preference. The burger also came with a side where I chose their house fries which were excellent and one of the better fries I have had in the area. Relative to staff and facility, the restaurant has a compact footprint which limits the amount of tables this business has along with counter seating. Something to keep in mind if you are headed here during busy dining hours like a Friday or weekend nite. Staff was very friendly with prompt service and nice followup throughout the meal. Overall a nice dining experience where if Burgers are your thing you should definately check this business out.

I'd rather eat this type of food in house vs carry out since it doesn't keep well until I get home (things tend to get soggy). I liked the chips, not sure if you can upgrade to fries, but I also got a garlic parm waffle fry with their aioli. It was tasty. We also tried the BBQ rip lollipops. They were meaty and filling. They came with celery and blue cheese or ranch, we got the blue cheese. I like that the ribs came with a veggie, good choice not to only do carbs as sides. I am sad that I did not try the lobster roll, but I felt that I should get what they are know for first before venturing outside the box. The people working here seemed friendly and helpful. We were able to order and pick up in a reasonable amount of time, it was packed here in general. I am not sure about using the QR code, I just went to their trailer and ordered in person. This place is a big expensive for what you get, it is typical of food trucks to have small portions and high prices. But, if you are eating here, you are paying for an experience. This is a party atmosphere for all ages. You can eat outside, which we did, or inside. They have lawn games outside and arcade games inside on two levels. I would eat at this place again. I would just like to see perhaps a larger fry portion or slightly cheaper burger price.

Choices are a bit limited where their entree's are an upscale burger/hotdog and mostly fusion style taco's like Bahn M Vietnamese chicken Taco's, 66 Birria Brisket Barebacoa taco's, Umami Bomb grilled tomato taco's, Baja fish taco's and Tempura fried Mahi tacos. Aside from the main entree's they also offer a selection of Tapas and salad selections For my first meal here I got their custom blend cheese burger that had caramelized onions, house made pickles, lettuce, tomato and a house sauce with fries. The burger was very tasty cooked to perfection with a medium doneness (no over cooking here unless you ask for it) where the sauce and pickles gave it a unique flavor profile that I liked. Fries were crunchy and nicely done as well. For my drink I ordered a house Margarita from their tequila inspired craft cocktail menu. The Margarita was very smooth and quite tasty and very reasonably priced at $10. MY only gripe with the drink is it was made with Reposadao tequila where my personal tastes trend towards a brighter Margarita and Blanco tequila. Having said that I could drink this Margarita all day long! Relative to staff and facility, the restaurant is definately on the rustic side where it could probably use an update on the ceramic floors and tables/chairs. It's not bad but it would add greater appeal if they invested a little more money on the interior in my opinion. Staff was super friendly and I enjoyed my conversation with my waitress who also served as the bartender. Overall the uniqueness of this menu and how good the taco menu looked will definately bring me back in the near future as I need to give those guys a try as well. If you are in the area and are a fan of well prepared food you should definately give these guys a look see

It definately is head and shoulders above most of the burgers in the area. The side of fries were well made as well with a nice crunchy texture and nice flavor although not to the level of the burger. The facility itself seems to be oriented to more of a takeout operation versus dine in as there are only three small tables at the front near the entrance where on cold winter day you can feel the chill every time someone comes in or leaves the restaurant. Relative to staff, there is no waitstaff as it is a counter order operation where this is really not a factor here. Overall, one of the best burger joints in the area at a reasonable cost. The takeout nature of business is a factor here to consider if you are looking for table dining as it will be a roll of the dice if you get a table depending on time of day.
