Negative stars if I could. Absolutely ridiculous experience. My original DoorDash order never arrived, so DoorDash issued a replacement order after I instructed them to conduct a welfare check on the driver that had no movement for 45 mins. Instead of simply remaking it, the store refused and canceled the replacement altogether. When I called to ask what was going on, I was told, "we don't remake it until we're paid." That's not the customer's problem. If DoorDash already approved the replacement, why am I being punished for an issue completely out of my control? Terrible customer service, zero accountability, and unbelievably rude handling of the situation. Incompetent mfs read more

Ice cream was on par with what cold stone sells - pretty creamy texture, decadent, nice mouth-feel. Service at this particular store was busy and took about 15 minutes to get my order in. The kid wanted the blue cotton candy which did not taste too artificial even though I knew it actually is. The dark chocolate is rich and sweet but not overly so. It is two huge scoops of ice cream which makes you think it is worth it. However service could be vastly improved upon as it was slow and when your turn to order, rushed. read more

Clean establishment and the employee was friendly. I had a BOGO coupon but the employee couldn't get it to work so they took $5 off my order. I was a bit surprised at how busy it was at like 8:30pm when I went! read more

I stopped in here the other day to get ice cream with a couple of buddies. This is my first time at this location, but I have to say that I am a huge fan of Cold Stone. The lady who took care of us was upbeat and friendly. I got the coffee-flavored ice cream. We were able to get in and out pretty quickly. That is a bonus the restaurant was pretty busy when we went. The ice cream was fantastic, just like always. read more

This location's serving sizes have gone way down. The ice cream does not even fill the cup completely. It hasn't always been like this. The servings used to match the size ordered. read more

I came in for ice cream today and the line was extremely long out the door. I understand it's a 101° day so everyone wanted ice cream. There was one individual working. This young lady's name was Kanina. She worked so hard taking everyone's order. She never complained. She was making ice cream and doing the transaction at the end. It is so deeply disturbing knowing a manager or owner left this poor girl to work this shift completely on her own. This girl needs a raise or to find a better job where she will be supported with additional help. The owner deserve zero stars. read more

Love the employees, great to be a regular! Always have fresh ice cream! Constantly hiring !

We order cookie cakes & pick them up - always taste great! Sometimes there's way more ice-cream than cake and other times it's more balanced. Probably depends on who is making it. But they are worth the cost! We buy the large round usually and it goes back in the freezer after we have a piece. Really easy to eat over the course of a week or 2. Service is always good. They are fast. Store is clean and has some seating. They move through the line pretty quickly too. read more

I ordered the special minion ice cream, although, in a shocking turn of events, they failed to put it in the proper mega minion cup, despite having several on display for my eyes to see. I personally would not recommend this place. The service is falsely advertised, as I did not get the cup and there is less sprinkles than in the picture. 1/5 would not dine again. Also, the other person was served a burned waffle cone, which shows carelessness and laziness to actually check to see that the waffle cone served was burnt. This lack of care explains the unpleasant experience read more

Today I was turned away at 9:11 pm and was told there were closed. I politely left the store. As I was leaving 2 other customers walked in and I repeated what I was told which was they were closed. As I got into my car I noticed the two customers did not come out . So I walked back into coldstone and they were being served. At this point I requested to speak with the manager and by my surprise I was already speaking with manager. I asked for her name and she stated I could file a complaint. Deja was very rude, unprofessional, she racially profiled my party and I, and refused to provide the manager name and number above her. She stated there is no manager over her. read more

Despite coming in maybe 30 minutes before closing, and ordering 4 different flavored pints, the workers there all helped me get in and out in just over 10 minutes. they were all very kind, and the icecream tasted great as always. the one complaint i do have is one of the male coworkers there that had long brown curly hair and a beard made direct eye contact with me and hit his vape two different times. i understand needing a smoke break or whatever but you shouldn't do that directly infront of the customers. he was also trying to clean up in the space where his other coworkers were still trying to make icecream for me and the other customers there. the three other workers were very kind and competent though and i am please with my experience and my ice cream! read more

The ice cream we ordered was delicious, only a few flavors were empty, however this ice cream is a bit pricey. My husband says it's worth it, but I find that I can get frozen strawberries blended into my ice cream anywhere.... Braum's needs to come to Michigan :) read more

Walked in at 9:04PM, thinking they closed at 10PM. The girls behind the counter informed us that the store was already closed and that they couldn't serve us, which was fine. But, just as we got into our car, two people walked in to the store. As we drove away, we saw that they were being served - just after we were told they would no longer serve us. Called the store and the manager claimed they "begged us to serve them" so they did. This is our favorite Coldstone location, but we will not be coming back. read more

it was like 8 girls and the line was still super long. they were all over the place. i have a very lethal nut allergy and i asked one of the girls to make my order on a clean stone with clean spoons. she started to do that but one of her fellow team members stole the spot off the stone that she cleaned for me on purpose. that caused me to have to wait even longer after people behind me in line had their ice cream before they even paid for it, which i already had done. i finally get my order and it's not even the way i told them...i asked for a SMALL a mount of one ice cream on the bottom of my bowl and then the rest of the bowl is filled with my other ice cream. and they could've even simply do that. read more

I was here earlier and the girl working gave me the smallest amount of ice cream possible in a "like it sized cup". It was such a waste of $5. When I checked out she gave me my card back and it was covered in ice cream and so sticky. Not to mention how completely slow it was with only one other customer being in the store. Overall NOT WORTH the time! Go somewhere else instead read more

Having an absolute sour personality does not suit a person for ice cream serving. We walked in and were barked at by one employee who continually did the same to his two coworkers. Killed my ice cream vibe -- but it was delicious once it was finally served. read more

Hidden in the strip mall that isn't easy to get into this location is easy to over look. It's on the west side of woodward at square lake. There's a Starbucks in that strip too so you probably already know it. Come on over, the staff is friendly here even if they appear overworked. read more

The prices are so high because they are trying to sell you the experience-which isn't that great. Why would I care that you mix the flavors in with a special spatula? The ice cream is pretty run of the mill and the flavor is average. read more

Not sure why all the bad reviews. They were so wonderful in making custom cupcakes with less than 24 hours notice. So accommodating. Ice cream is very high quality. Always have enough staff to help out. read more

Today I walked in to order the Red Velvet Cheesecake that has been advertised frequently in my area. Also I have overheard some office chatter about it as well. I decided to sneak out of work and drive to the location to check out the Red Velvet, Upon my arrival there was one worker in the store who told me after standing in line 5 to 7 minutes that they had no Red Velvet nor Oreo Ice cream to sale today. The worker offered no alternatives and when I asked if you would give me one add in for no additional charge he said no. I left the store and will not return to this location. read more
