LeRoy: I have eaten my share of submarine sandwiches all over the country, and my feeling is that Jersey Mike's is the top of the line. I had a very generous Italian sub and I added crisp bacon to it as well. It had 4-5 different kinds of meat and was very, very good. Katie: I got the turkey provolone , I believe it was number 3. Don't want to answer the phone then declined 25 regular lunch boxes ($300) order on the spot without any care. Barely even busy, could have slowly pushed this order through without interrupting other customers. Update: Subway operating with a single employee pushed this through while assisting other customers. Thought that was funny considering Jersey Mike's had three employees. read more

This is my favorite sub place around! I come from Goodrich just for these juicy subs with what feels like endless toppings. One of my favorite toppings would have to be the bacon. It is jaw dropping (literally), it's semi-crunchy and flattering in a sub! I am personally someone with a gluten allergy but it sure doesn't feel like that at all when I'm eating at Jersey Mike's. The gluten free subs there taste phenomenal! They're huge and can be made warm! I appreciate this so much and I am so excited to see what other areas Jersey Mike's can spice up next! read more

I ordered online using the app, when I pressed order I received a message saying to call store to order. I called the store, ordered and then payed when I picked up subs. I don't really care to return here. Waiting close to 20 minutes for our order because they are too busy filling call in orders is ridiculous, and when I saw our hot subs were close to done I walked back up to ask for some toppings and she tells me I should have told her that when I ordered them because hot subs aren't brought to the line; they're wrapped right from the grill. How was I supposed to know? She didn't offer to fix it or add anything just said I should have told her that when I ordered. I watched a little old lady come in, she clearly had never been to jerseys before and the woman taking the order was so short with her, it made me so sad. Elderly people can't hear well and they don't understand how to order all the time. Barking "what size?" Doesn't help, and when she seems confused about what type of bread, barking the choices at her again doesn't help. I felt so bad for that lady. You guys really need to work on your customer service. Nobody was friendly except for the guy that made our hot subs and handed them to us, he told us to have a nice day, but I don't care to return to this location due to long wait times and with such rude staff. I really like Jersey Mikes Sandwiches. Stopped by just after noon on Saturday April 22nd. They had a moderate line inside so I waited. Several people while I was there left as they had waited too long. It took a long time to get to order and after about a half hour before I had my cold sandwiches and a gentleman said "if your waiting on a hot sandwich they haven't even started and are cleaning the grill". No warning to me from the staff on how far behind they were. there were six people working but a couple not doing much finally the same gentleman got fed up and demanded a refund. He was clearly upset but not swearing or threatening. The manager at one point said Sir I'll refund your money but it's not my fault you have a terrible life. Completely unacceptable. Worst customer treatment I've ever seen. The manager continued to talk badly about the gentleman in front of the other customers. Owner should know about this read more

I read all of the reveiws and was so excited to visit this sub shop. I decided to try Mike's yesterday at dinnertime and ordered the #20 with gluten-free bread. Sadly, it was terribly DRY--definitely not enough thousand island dressing. I was already home so it was not worth it to drive back and complain. I won't be going back. read more

Top 2 favorite sub places. I always get the # 8 or # 9. Always get it "mikes way." I eat here every week at least. Absolutely great quality subs and staff is good, no complaints. They cut the meat and cheese right in front of you (for a cold sub) or cook the warm subs in front of you. Everything is always fresh. Their combination of spices and vinaigrette is amazing. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!! I had to give this a star to even post it or I wouldn't have given it any stars. I went into the store and a girl with straight brown hair helped me, she said something and since she had her mask on I didn't hear what she said so I asked her to repeat herself very respectfully and she got an attitude right away after I did that. The staff including two other girls all in their early 20's made every other customers subs right in front of them but all 3 of the girls took mine behind the stove where I couldn't see what they were doing and I asked the girl who waited on me at first why and she rudely replied that she didn't know why, they just made did mine like that. I reluctantly ate the sandwich and felt sick afterwards. I have no idea what they put in my sandwich or what they did to it because they took it where I couldn't see it. That's disgusting and dirty. Never in my life have I been so disrespected just for asking someone to repeat a question and I will never set foot in this place again and neither should you!! And these girls should lose their jobs! It was that bad. Love the subs, usually have a great experience but tonight I ordered 2 #17s and and an Italian. The woman who took my order thought I said #7 for one, no biggie- I caught the mistake and stated what I had actually ordered. She then proceeded to argue with me, told me I DID order a #7. Rolled her eyes and huffily said they would remake it. There was absolutely no point in her attitude, I was super nice about it and apologized even though I wasn't wrong- I think she needs retraining on customer service. I will not be back at this location. I watched her with the customers behind me, same horrible attitude. What a shame. read more
