When I pulled up, the drive-thru line was wrapped around, and there were several people waiting inside for service--so the other reviewers were spot on: curbside is the way to go. I decided to test that advice. After a quick stop in the restroom (which, to their credit, was clean), I placed a curbside order through the app for a simple Coke Zero--no ice. From there, everything went smoothly. The turnaround time was quick, and the employee who brought out my order was friendly and efficient. This location was right on my route from point A to point B and I had skipped breakfast at home. I consulted the McDonald's App to see what the deals were and decided on a Buy One Get One Free Breakfast Sandwich deal. I approached the counter for a friendly greeting and placed my order: Two Bacon Egg Cheese Bagel Sandwiches (One Free from the App), and I added a Hash Browns and Large Coffee. My order came out in just a couple of minutes. Everything was hot and the order was accurate with no discrepancy. The taste is the normal McDonald's food that we are all familiar with. A special note on the Hash Browns, it was crisp, hot, and had no hint of old oil taste (you McD aficionados know what I mean) I often encounter at some other McDonald's. Looking around the dining area it was clean and quiet and had several semi-private areas to eat. After my personal experience ordering and eating here, I decided to check out previous reviews and I was surprised at what I read. I'm sure the previous reviewers wrote what they honestly experienced. But to me based on my visit, I could have been reading about another location. I have also had bad experiences at restaurants, even some that were highly rated. What I expect, and mostly get, at fast food restaurants is quick & friendly service, food prepared the same way, served hot, reasonable prices, clean dining area, and not much more. Oh, and clean restrooms...check mark here. I try to compare fast food to fast food, not high end eateries. Went there for lunch today with a friend. First off at the drive-thru window I ordered an Egg McMuffin with Cheese and Ham but the lady at drive-thru kept asking if we wanted the Sausage Egg and Cheese McMuffin, so I was kindly correcting her of my order but she kept saying the other sandwich, and then concluded it with "did you want the Canadian Bacon?". We then finished the order with 2 EXTRA McDoubles due to us already ordering 3 McDoubles, when the lady asked if everything looked right on the screen we told her that the two EXTRA McDoubles weren't on there and she said that she already has them on there we double checked and said "so, you have the three we ordered first and then the two EXTRA ones at the end of the order?" And she told us yes gave us our total and we went along on our way to paying and receiving. After the woman who took out order gave us serious attitude when handing us out food and practically throwing the drinks at us, we began to leave, but I noticed our bag seemed a little light, I checked the bag before we pulled out and they forgot 3 McDoubles. My friend and I looked at the receipt and saw that the lady who took the order did in fact forget to ring up the two EXTRA McDoubles we asked for, but they were forgetting one other McDouble as well. We went inside and showed them they forgot a McDouble and that they forgot to ring up an item we asked for (2 EXTRA McDoubles) the Man at the Front Counter was very generous to us and he went to alert his manager of the situation. She was very rude about the problem and acted as if we were the ones to blame. She started to raise her voice and complain about how "we probably did two separate orders" (which we did not) or about how "It's not their fault they forgot to ring up our food" and she began asking her employee if we (my friend and I) bothered to call the store so I said "no m'am, we're right here" and so she walked to the front counter telling us that "they aren't responsible for food they didn't ring up" and I said "you're absolutely correct, but you guys still forgot our food". I re-ordered my McDoubles and we also got the missing McDouble as well. Once I got home I opened one of my Burger Wrappers to find a sandwich that looks like it had been tossed around. Just had lunch with some friends and the food was great the young lady that took our order was awesome. The problem is with the owner lady, she just talk to the employees like they were dirt. Her tone was one down from yelling and she did this too one young lady and I had to bite my lip to keep from stepping in (Dad in me)and teaching her how to treat a person. This young lady looked scared to have to talk to her, I ask the girl if she was new which she said she had been working for about two week. I told her you shouldn't have to put up with this and that Taco Bell and Arby's has signs up hiring $11 an hour. So lady owner if you read this you better treat your employees better or they will all be gone!! And if you need to talk to them for disciplinary actions don't do it on the sales floor so everyone can hear. I'll go back but next time I might not bite my lip!!! read more

If I could give zero stars or negative I would! This location is awful. They never get an order correct. And the manger (lady) is rude! I tend to keep going to this location as it is closer to our house. I WILL be driving the extra few miles to avoid this location from now on. In the past when they have got my order wrong I have only been simply annoyed. Like the time I ordered a cheeseburger & got home to find I had a cheese bun with condiments and no burger. But today I was truly angry. After having to go back in twice. And waiting over 5 minutes to even talk with the manager who then in turn acted like I was the issue. The perfume on the drive thru server was so strong that it permeated my vehicle and the coffee cup and napkins received. I could still smell it 15 minutes later at my office. I called and talked to Dawn the manager and she said that she is standing right next to that server and cant smell anything. Dawn is an idiot and obviously does not care about the quality of their service and does not understand that strong perfumes do not mix with food service. A billion dollar corporation and the only way to get an ice water is to be in the drive thru. I take my kids for lunch dinner sometimes and to play. God forbid you ask for an ice water at the counter. They WILL NOT give you even a small cup, you are only allowed a 2oz plastic shot cup!!My daughter only drinks water after her milk/juice! We went here yesterday, and we were starving. I had to use the bathroom first though, as traffic was horrible. I went to the only stall that was open and I look down and there is a nasty rubber glove on the metal can with what looked like blood on it and it was filthy in there. Needless to say, I lost my appetite. I was still going to get something to drink but as I am standing there by the register, the employees are messing around and laughing and had no care whatsoever that a customer was standing there. Today 3/23/18 i went to McDonald's around 12:20 I was order 674. Normally I do the drive thru and have no issues. I decided to go into as there was about 16 cars in the drive thru. To my surprise we walked in and they had kiosks, but I proceeded to the counter because I did not want to use the kiosk same way that when I go to a grocery store I refuse to use the self scan aisle. The older woman at the front (I really wish I had her name) told me I didn't have a choice but to use the kiosk. With a limited amount of time to get back to work I used it. Irritated already but my fault for not organizing my time better to be able to go somewhere else. First wanted to order chicken nuggets I always order those fresh. Guess what no option on the screen to customize that. So I asked the woman and her response "well I guess once you place your order I'll have to change it at the front" doesn't that just seem stupid, this could have been rectified by just taking my order there in the first dang place, also to discourage my 'special order she says rudely "you know you'll have to wait longer" I stated that was fine I always order them fresh. However I continued to order. I finish ordering my food and now I'm waiting. 2 guys came up with under cooked hamburgers woman who hands out the food I think her name was Leslie yells to the back "are we using fresh quarters or frozen" a cook responds "frozen.... why" she explains the under cooked burgers and asked if the grills were adjusted.
