Grabbing a pumpkin spiced latte with oat milk and a cold apple cider. $12.19…read more The cold cider is good, so thirsty after our walk around the crossings. The pumpkin latte is subtle and not super strong flavored. The emotional tacos are tiny little taco figure. The cold apple cider to go feels like the top wants to come off every time I go to grab my drink. Lots of books for reading. Want customers to stay, but most are here briefly to get back to shopping.

God the honey cinnamon latte…read more Taste was overall pretty good. Taste of honey and cinnamon were both there. For mall coffee, not a bad option. The guy who took my order (manager?) was meh in attitude and service. Seemed apathetic. Coffee itself good - they may use coffee from sabbath coffee roasters - saw a bag on display. Ambiance is nothing special. Overall value is average. They charge extra for honey cinnamon. Total $6 + drink

I just had the best coffee of my life!…read more Wow. So delicious and unique. I've been eyeing Gloria Jean's every time I've come to Great Lakes Crossing. Which is A LOT. Lately I've been craving coffee that isn't Starbucks. Gloria Jean's has an AMAZING selection of specialty coffee. Seriously, the selection is out of this world. I don't even know what the kind man recommended me but it was absolutely THE BEST. I believe it was the most popular item, the WHITE CHOCOLATE CARAMEL COOKIE chiller. During the pandemic when the world shut down I craved Gloria Jean's so much. It was my last real memory of the "real world" as we knew it. I was so happy to see them back open months later. I will always stop in whenever I am in the area!

We have never been to one before and quite frankly we didn't know what to expect or didn't know what to order. The gentleman at the counter was quite helpful (perhaps the owner) My boyfriend asked what's most popular and the owner helped us narrow down our options based on if we waited something hot or cold. We ended up with a caramel cookie crumble. Delicious! Perfect mix of coffee and dessert like drink! Definitely blew Starbucks Frappachino's out of the park. I'm hooked and unfortunately there's not too many Gloria Jeans around. We look forward to returning again! Great customer service, great coffee and very clean inside!

There are always new drinks and treats to try! My favorite recently is the Butterfly Drink, which is a pretty pink and purple color.

I ended up ordering the southwest wrap that had grilled chicken turkey, bacon, spinach, avocado, corn, cheddar, red onion with chipotle aïoli. The sandwich was absolutely delicious with the accompanying green salad equally tasty. Definitely a superior sandwich and one of the best I have had in the area. This is a walk up counter order operation, where you sit at a table after ordering and they bring the food out to you. Just something to note in the event you are looking for a sitdown service as this business does not offer that. Having said that, if the quality and the taste of your food is the top priority, which it is in my case, I'll come to a walk up counter order operation all day long for sandwiches like this! Relative to the Interior it is very clean and contemporary with basically no decor or vibe to speak of. They just focus on the food and let that do all the talking. Staff was very friendly based on the minimal interface I had with them. Overall, sandwich shops with this quality are few and far in between and if excellent deli type sandwich shops are your thing you absolutely should check this business out.

These were some of the best tasting donuts in Michigan I have had in a very long time. I was able to try an apple churro looking donut, a small filled donut, and a cookies and cream tasting donut. I especially liked the cookies and cream. I also tried some sort of sauce. I am not sure if it was chocolate, but it was very good. The donuts tasted fresh, they were flakey and soft, I could eat a whole dozen. I would love to visit the store front some day. It looks like they have food and coffee. It also looks like a franchise. I wish they were open later, because closing at 4:00 makes it hard to go after work and I get to work before it opens. I would also like to see more donut shops open up, perhaps one closer to where I live. So, this seems like a weekend adventure for me to visit.
