My pink panther cream freeze was terrible we go to the dixi location every day basically and only go to this one when we go out to eat over here and this time they were very rude at the speaker and my pink panther tasted spoiled I can't even stand the smell of it lol. I had to throw the whole drink away I submitted a support ticket and will call the support number tomorrow. I think the orange juice is spoiled or something. The first time I've been to a Bigby, but I was buying a gift for a loved one. I'm not a coffee drinker but find myself in various coffee shops. This isn't one that's intended for a sit-down experience of sorts. No other customers were inside but there were some cars in the drive thru. I was surprised to not have anyone acknowledge me when I walked in, and it took about a minute for an employee to let me know they'd be with me shortly once my items were on the counter. I wasn't in a rush but it didn't make me feel like a valuable customer nonetheless. Oh well. I hope the gift was worth it. read more

We ordered 3 drinks and 3 food items. We were given 2 of the drinks and none of the food. After waiting by the pick up counter for over a half an hour we had to address the employees. They never asked or checked on why we were standing at the pick up counter. When they realized the ticket for our order was missing they started bickering with each other. They did get us our food quickly after that. One of the employees was not speaking very nicely to costumers or their fellow employees. Also while we were sitting in the store eating our food one of the employees spoke loudly using profanity. Not the most professional behavior while customers are in the store. read more

Idk what was taking soooo long for them to take my and other person in line order, it seemed to be a large order... which having worked in food, you designate one person to do that while the others tend to the customers. They always seem to be extremely unorganized and I really didn't have time to wait forever to even get my order taken so I left. Was super excited to see what all the hype was about this place from my northern friends. Mehhhh. Tried the iced coffee and a flavored "teddy bear" latte. Both were very average. Have NEVER visited this location and NOT waited at least 5-15 minutes in the drive thru. You'd think I would learn my lesson... but given this is the only coffee place en route to 75, I have no choice if I'm out of coffee at home. They would do far better business and profits if their staff was consistent, quick, and skilled. Their location is prime, but the waiting in drive thru is the ONLY consistency... it's LONG. I love BIGGBY. This location is probably the slowest of any I've ever been to, not a huge deal, I'm patient. But they definitely don't know how to prepare the food at all. Drinks, go for it. Every time I go to this Biggby, I order a redbull cream freeze and I almost always have to add in more strawberry syrup even when I ask for extra. The reason for this review is because of my most recent visit when the owner, Rabia, made my drink. She kept confusing my order and when I specifically asked for strawberry syrup, I received actual strawberries in my drink (first time that has happened). I'm not sure if that is just to up charge me for my drink, but I did not enjoy that drink at all. Raspberries and blueberries are NOT the same thing. read more

I've recently started going to Biggby and of the 4 times I've visited the Auburn Hills location, each team member has been extremely kind and apologetic when there is a wait. Having working in the food industry, I understand things take longer if you're working short handed or a machine just isn't working properly- most ppl don't know how to be patient, but you guys are doing a fantastic job! Worst biggby ever. I have had a bad experience 3 different times at this location (shame on me for continuing to go back). The first time they messed up my order - put whipped cream in my drink when I asked for no whip and used full amt of flavoring when I asked for half. The second time , I could not drink my coffee because who ever put the lid on had either just washed their hands with a super floral soap or applied lotion of some sort - I could not taste the coffee, only terrible perfume. The most recent time my drink order was screwed up again - even after they repeated it back to me correctly. I am super disappointed, as I love biggby :( read more

I felt unsafe both physically and financially. I bought coffee in this Biggby on 10/18/18. My order number was 21. The name of the barista on my receipt was Danielle. I arrived before sunup. The parking lot was dark enough to make me wonder if the store would be open. I did notice light "bulbs" out on one of the tall poles. Even if that pole were fully functional, I don't think there are enough light poles in that parking lot for customers to feel safe when it is dark. Inside, there were no customers ahead of me. There were two visible employees. From where I was standing at the counter, the drive-through window and cash register were visible. The employees were busy ... waiting on drive through customers or making drinks. After taking my order, the employee took, and prepared a second order from over the drive-up communication system. She then took my credit card. At the same time, she handed a (filled) order to a third customer at the drive-through window. She then took a credit card from the customer at the drive-up window. The next part was the shocker. The employee was standing at the cash register, holding three credit cards (don't know where the third came from) in her right hand, one of which was mine. She then rang up the orders. I held my breath until I saw, on the receipt, that what was charged to my card was accurate. I think her practice is poor and risky. read more

I'm indifferent about this location. I usually hit the drive thru, which is very convenient but my orders are hit or miss, mostly miss! When they first opened, if ordered just a hot coffee and I'd receive it with no cup sleeve. The cup was way too hot to handle. Each time I went there I had to specifically make sure they gave me one. It seems like now they got smart and now realize people can't handle hot non insulated cups, duh! My next gripe is their iced coffee. I order it with skim milk. This basically is a crap shoot currently. It's either just right or taste like it's 3/4 milk & 1/4 coffee. I'm pretty sure most of their employees don't know what the heck they're doing.
