Toasted marshmallow latte with spinach feta danish and tunacado

Cute place and very spacious! It's fast casual with comfortable seating. Good for working or socializing. The coffee flavors are not detectable at all but the food tasted great. Had to park in a structure and walk a bit just to get to it though.

Service was great, I got the hazelnut pistachio latte hot, and ordered my daughter a milk and a cake pop. Place was clean and a vibe. I just wish they didn't use tiny cups for lattes. Like give me a regular medium sized coffee cup not these small ones. Now I have to order another coffee or just stop at another coffee shop and grab another coffee on my way to my destination

Vanilla latte with Irish cream cold foam in a can! All soy milk.

One of my new favorites!! I visited on a Tuesday afternoon, there were constantly people in and out of the door but they were very quick and there is PLENTY of seating. The music was good, volume was good, great seating options. I ordered a speciality latte with soy milk in a can. I was a vanilla latte with Irish cream cold foam for $8.75. A tad high compared to Starbucks but not too bad for a specialty latte with cold foam and non dairy milk. The latte was veryyy good. The espresso was smooth and the drink was flavorful and sweet but not too sweet. I can't wait to go back!

    Matcha with milk and honey

One of the best matchas around! I have tried matcha at numerous locations in Metro Detroit! If you prefer a more pure matcha taste without a lot of sweet syrups and creative flavors, their base matcha with milk and honey is excellent! They seem to have the preparation and ratio on point. The interior is great with good seating and there is even a stocked bookcase. The cafe location is in a nice downtown area that continues to expand and it's close to a river & park you can stroll through if you want to enjoy your drink outside in nature.

    Turkey pesto panini, so flavorful!

Friendly very spacious coffee shop with sandwiches and pastries and cute candy cups to snack on too! Great seating hanging chairs, tables and chairs comfy couch very chill vibe for meeting friends or working on your own

Warm and comfy atmosphere. Clean facilities. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great coffee. I ordered the signature, The Common Root (hot version with whole milk) and it was delicious. I chatted with a friend for about 3 hours and the noise level was very suitable. The food looked amazing but we didn't try anything. Definitely going back.

It's conveniently not far from his house, so it made for an easy stop, and we're both really glad we decided to give it a try. Right when we walked in, the vibe stood out. The place is really nicely decorated with a cool, welcoming atmosphere that just makes you feel comfortable right away. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which always goes a long way. Shoutout to our waitress--unfortunately I can't remember her name, but it was actually her first day, and she absolutely crushed it. Super attentive, kind, and on top of everything. You would never guess she was brand new. Food-wise, I ordered the American breakfast sandwich (I think it might've gone by a different name before), and it was fantastic. Everything was just right--the eggs were fluffy, the sausage was flavorful, and the lettuce and tomato added a fresh touch that pulled it all together. Every bite hit. My buddy kept it simple with eggs, toast, and tomato slices, but even that looked really good--the tomatoes especially looked fresh and delicious. Overall, great service, great food, and a really cool atmosphere. Hands down, I'll definitely be back.

The aesthetic of the place is clean and nice My husband really didn't like his food either we will not go back there but it's not to say that other people don't like this food it might be good for all the people but what I'm saying is when you go in there to open up check your food because that chili sauce had a taste that I almost threw up I mean I I just think it might have been bad or going bad and they used it anyways and they shouldn't have. I mean the people were awesome and nice I can't say they weren't I just had a bad experience.

Awkward foyer so it is hard to find a spot to sit or stand and wait for your table. A little awkward staring at the people eating at the tables while you wait for a table for yourself. We usually retreat to the back of the restaurant there is a little hallway before the restroom that has a line of chairs in order to get out of the way from the front door. The decor could use a little makeover but at the same time it does give a warm grandma's kitchen vibe. Single stall bathroom in back is ok - feels a little grimey though. Menu has both breakfast and lunch. Be sure to get the fresh squeezed orange juice - it is a pricey treat but so worth it. They also have specials that are written above the kitchen so be sure to check those out. Staff are great and working hard hustling back and forth between tables and the kitchen. Never feel neglected or that they are too busy to check in. Food is awesome! Had a little but of everything but the quiche was my favorite. Portion sizes are great (other than the fresh squeezed OJ).

I believe both are remade from former churches (at least Saint 1881 was). RBH has an airy, modern feel with modern chandeliers with a decor that reminds me of an upscale hotel, but still manages to be casual and comfortable. My only drawback was the noise level. With the tall ceilings it was quite loud. It isn't he largest of places, but not a cafe either. Service was excellent, though it was difficult to hear our soft spoken hostess and server. Our server was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Street parking is available, along with a couple nearby parking lots, but they are metered (free on Sundays). My wife wasn't very hungry so she opted for the Chia Pudding and had my toast. Myself, I went for the Chicken Scramble, and it was next level for a scrambled egg dish. Whatever the seasoning was it was absolutely unique and delicious. I couldn't quite make out what it was. We willl be back and absolutely try some other items on the menu. Maybe getting here a little more early, to sit outside (to avoid the noise).

I was able to finally eat here today with my mom and it was really really good! Walking in, they have a wonderful patio dining area that was packed on a Friday which was impressive. Since we didn't want to eat outside, we went inside and it was very nice and were seated immediately. They have a bar area to sit at along with plenty of tables which we got to choose from when seated. I love how it's decorated here, it really added to the ambience. I went with the Huervos Rancheros and my mom got a veggie omelet. Both had generous portions and overall, were quite good. My mom enjoyed her meal and I tried her diced potatos. They were good but could've used some seasoning. My Huevos Rancheros was good, but a bit on the colder side, like it had been out for a while. I will say, they were able to substitute the Chirizo with Chicken, which was just okay. Not bad, just average. Overall I enjoyed my time here and the prices match the food portions along with the ambiance of the place. Staff is very friendly and professional, and it was really good food.

I ordered the "Double Trouble" -- French toast loaded with cookie dough, Oreos, Nutella, and chocolate sauce. Let me just say... that dish is a train straight to diabetes. In all seriousness, it was absolutely delicious and indulgent, but definitely on the overly sweet side. If you have a serious sweet tooth, this one's for you. My wife went with the Classic Eggs Benedict, and that was excellent -- well-balanced flavors and cooked just right. The breakfast potatoes, however, were a bit bland. They were cooked well texture-wise but could definitely use more seasoning. Service was so-so, though it seemed like they were pretty busy, which likely played a role. The location is great -- conveniently about a mile from Woodside Church, one of the largest churches in Michigan -- so I can imagine it gets especially packed on weekends. One important note: restroom maintenance needs attention. With only a single restroom per gender, cleanliness is critical. My wife noticed the toilet seat wasn't clean, which is something that should be addressed promptly, especially in a high-traffic establishment. Overall, the food quality was strong, particularly the main dishes, and we'd likely return -- but there are definitely a few operational details that could elevate the experience.

You can easily walk in, not wait awhile, and get a seat quickly. The restaurant interior was modern industrial with Scandinavian/minimalist influences(?), which I loved because it felt a cozy and welcoming. Any who, back to the service and food. I really enjoyed my entrée, I choose Corned Beef Hash & Eggs and the asiago bread, the dish was a bit heavy (not in a bad way), and I ended up requesting a diet coke but overall, the dish was very good, and the corned beef is not the type from a coney island restaurant, it was shredded and flavorful. The service was outstanding, and our waitress was beyond pleasant and attentive. Would I recommend this place to others? Yes. Would I come back again? The pork chop itself was incredible, and the beets were a unique spin. My friend got the short rib and said it was amazing. We both really enjoyed the soup as well. Ambiance was lively, but we were disappointed it wasn't really decorated for the holidays - just really plain inside. Since the location is right on main street, parking is limited. All this said, I would return just for the food.
