Toasted marshmallow latte with spinach feta danish and tunacado

Cute place and very spacious! It's fast casual with comfortable seating. Good for working or socializing. The coffee flavors are not detectable at all but the food tasted great. Had to park in a structure and walk a bit just to get to it though.

Vanilla latte with Irish cream cold foam in a can! All soy milk.

One of my new favorites!! I visited on a Tuesday afternoon, there were constantly people in and out of the door but they were very quick and there is PLENTY of seating. The music was good, volume was good, great seating options. I ordered a speciality latte with soy milk in a can. I was a vanilla latte with Irish cream cold foam for $8.75. A tad high compared to Starbucks but not too bad for a specialty latte with cold foam and non dairy milk. The latte was veryyy good. The espresso was smooth and the drink was flavorful and sweet but not too sweet. I can't wait to go back!

    Turkey pesto panini, so flavorful!

Friendly very spacious coffee shop with sandwiches and pastries and cute candy cups to snack on too! Great seating hanging chairs, tables and chairs comfy couch very chill vibe for meeting friends or working on your own

Warm and comfy atmosphere. Clean facilities. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great coffee. I ordered the signature, The Common Root (hot version with whole milk) and it was delicious. I chatted with a friend for about 3 hours and the noise level was very suitable. The food looked amazing but we didn't try anything. Definitely going back.

Awkward foyer so it is hard to find a spot to sit or stand and wait for your table. A little awkward staring at the people eating at the tables while you wait for a table for yourself. We usually retreat to the back of the restaurant there is a little hallway before the restroom that has a line of chairs in order to get out of the way from the front door. The decor could use a little makeover but at the same time it does give a warm grandma's kitchen vibe. Single stall bathroom in back is ok - feels a little grimey though. Menu has both breakfast and lunch. Be sure to get the fresh squeezed orange juice - it is a pricey treat but so worth it. They also have specials that are written above the kitchen so be sure to check those out. Staff are great and working hard hustling back and forth between tables and the kitchen. Never feel neglected or that they are too busy to check in. Food is awesome! Had a little but of everything but the quiche was my favorite. Portion sizes are great (other than the fresh squeezed OJ).

With the place already booming. They planted plenty booths in this little place and made it not feel claustrophobic by treating everyone like family and checking in consistently with each table. We came in for breakfast right before 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday. The coffee was good, and the waiters kept it hot and full at all times. My daughter ordered the kids pancakes with sausage and a strawberry fruit bowl. These pancakes were huge! I could fill up on a kids plate of pancakes, no problem. Especially if only $6.79. My partner and I both ordered skillets. He ordered the protein skillet loaded with turkey protein, turkey sausage and deli turkey. He got 2 eggs scrambled and Mixed with Onion, pepper, spinach and mushroom on top of perfectly cooked hash browns. He ate the food in record time. I got the Greek Town Skillet, with gyro and chicken. Accompanied With tomatoes, spinach, red onion and feta cheese with my two sunny side up eggs over hash browns. With the side of taziki, it brought everything together wonderfully. I haven't had hashbrowns executed this nicely in years ... Super impressed with execution and quality of ingredients. The portions are definitely worth the price and they have so many different things to choose from on the menu. Also daily specials that change consistently!! Make sure to check the dry erase board to the right as you enter. I missed out on churro's French toast. But I can't wait to come back to try more dishes. I also seen on their Facebook page that they won Best American Restaurant in Auburn Hills for 2026!! Awesome job and congratulations!! I see why!

All good except the bacon was kind of hard and the biscuits and gravy was just meh and the hash browns were really well done as I ordered. So my experience was exactly great but I'll definitely come back for another visit because you can just feel it's a good "honest" place to have breakfast!

I ordered the "Double Trouble" -- French toast loaded with cookie dough, Oreos, Nutella, and chocolate sauce. Let me just say... that dish is a train straight to diabetes. In all seriousness, it was absolutely delicious and indulgent, but definitely on the overly sweet side. If you have a serious sweet tooth, this one's for you. My wife went with the Classic Eggs Benedict, and that was excellent -- well-balanced flavors and cooked just right. The breakfast potatoes, however, were a bit bland. They were cooked well texture-wise but could definitely use more seasoning. Service was so-so, though it seemed like they were pretty busy, which likely played a role. The location is great -- conveniently about a mile from Woodside Church, one of the largest churches in Michigan -- so I can imagine it gets especially packed on weekends. One important note: restroom maintenance needs attention. With only a single restroom per gender, cleanliness is critical. My wife noticed the toilet seat wasn't clean, which is something that should be addressed promptly, especially in a high-traffic establishment. Overall, the food quality was strong, particularly the main dishes, and we'd likely return -- but there are definitely a few operational details that could elevate the experience.
