I always love visiting this Starbucks location! The staff is always kind and hardworking, and today they did a great job even with how busy it was. The atmosphere is always welcoming and comfortable, which makes it a nice place to relax and enjoy your drink. There was a small moment of confusion because our drinks looked so similar we couldn't tell whose was whose at first my sister ordered a grande and I had a tall Summer Skies, but it was no big deal. I really appreciated the team's effort, and I made sure to grab both drinks since I'm the older sibling. We were both glad to sit and enjoy them! I had the Summer Skies Refresher with light vanilla sweet cold foam. It was decent I wasn't a huge fan of the boba, but I'm still glad I gave it a try. I wish Starbucks offered samples sometimes, especially for indecisive people like me! My sister had the Summer Berry Lemonade and gave it a 3.8/5 not her favorite but still good. As someone who's worked in fast-paced places before, I really appreciate how well the staff handled everything. They deserve more recognition for their hard work. i'm not one to normally leave a review of a Starbucks, but this one was excellent. Elise was very friendly on the drive-through, the coffee (which I'm guessing was a Pike place blend) was perfectly brewed (not burned like at many other starbucks) and the banana nut bread came nicely warmed, not cold nor super hot. Took over 20 minutes to make one drink and that one drink was made completely wrong. I ordered a shaken espresso and got a macchiato. Very disappointing. I asked for a remake of my drink because it tasted horrible, but they remade it and it tasted even worse. Definitely do not recommend. read more

Never had an order wrong, however, I always use the mobile order. My breakfast sandwiches are always hot. This is a big deal to me because other stores have made my sandwiches still cold in the middle. They just updated the interior so there is more room to walk, but less cozy seating for those who liked to dine in. Overall for my fast paced life this has been the quickest and easiest store to order from. (Plus I love the inspirational quotes and frogs on my coffee cup.) read more

The staff is always nice and friendly, however, this location is a the absolute WORST. My biggest complaint is the inconsistency with their hours, you never know if they'll actually be open during their posted hours. And if you get lucky and they're actually open, get ready for the slowest service known to mankind. It's highly probable you'll have to wait 30+ mins to even place your order, which most likely they'll then be out of what you want. I've come accustom to utilizing my 30+ mins in the drive thru to decide what my top 4 choices are cause most likely 3/4 won't be available. For those reasons, I'm done with this location and plan to just drive farther for other locations. I am always the recipient of prompt, friendly and efficient service at the Starbucks location on Sashabaw Road in Clarkston, and this morning's visIt was especially nice. There were six cars ahead of me for drive-thru service, but the line moved very quickly. Before I knew it I was able to place my order. When I approached the window I received a hearty good morning greeting from the young lady who was working there. She promptly scanned my iPhone for payment and began handing me my order which included the following items: a blueberry muffin, a double smoked bacon, cheddar and egg breakfast sandwich, one classic oatmeal, and one grande dark roast coffee. I am sure the day is coming when my visit to Starbucks visit will not go so smoothly, but so far each visit has been great. I heartily recommend this Starbucks location for a great cup of Joe, wonderfully flavorful cold speciality drinks, and some delicious and tasty food. read more

The reason for this bad review it's not because the staff or the food and drinks, it's about the parking lot, I think they could've done way better when designing this parking lot and drive thru, today I couldn't even park my truck without having to sit in the drive thru line, and I seen someone almost hit another person because the drive thru line is so close to the parking spots. I think Starbucks should rethink about how they design there locations because I know this isn't the only one. read more

My boyfriend and I stopped here on our way home from Goodrich for a pick me up late Sunday night. This Starbucks was easy to find right off the freeway and was well lit. I read a few reviews about limited parking. We didn't have an issues with the parking lot and were able to find plenty of parking with lots of space. The Starbucks that is near our home has literally 3 tiny spots in a very cramped lot so this Starbucks was much more spacious. Very modern inside and they even have the Clover brewing machine and Starbucks reserve coffees. Lots of tables and even comfy chairs to have coffee dates. Very friendly staff! I visit this Starbucks probably more often than I should. Drive-thru on many mornings. No matter how long the line is, they are always efficient, quick, and very friendly. This Starbucks, in my opinion, is the worst Starbucks I've visited; it's sad because when the previous manager (Kelly) was running this store it was one of, if not the best, store I frequented. My job takes me out of state quite a bit so I've been to several other Starbucks in different locations, so yeah, when I say this is the worst one I've been to.... Unfortunately, this store is the most convenient location for me so it ticks me off that I'm going to have to start going to either the store on Dixie Hwy or the one on Baldwin but I will NOT go back to this one. Since the new manager took over my orders are consistently wrong, the people working here have no interest in their customers, and have a tendency to be rude. Recently, I had an experience where I placed a mobile order, arrived within the app's time frame, didn't see my drink in the mobile pickup area, sat at the bar for 15 minutes without any of the workers acknowledging me, and finally had to say, "do you have a mobile order for xxxx?" The barista pointed to a drink in the pickup spot that had my name on it--I told him that wasn't what I ordered. He did make my order right but as I said before, getting orders wrong is the norm here, not the exception. read more

To me this is the ideal Starbucks. Spacious, plenty of seats, a drive-thru, but most importantly, it has Starbucks Reserve coffees and the Clover Brewing System. I stopped here on my way from Birch Run to Rochester Hills, MI, knowing it was a Reserve store, and it exceeeded my expectations. They had 8 reserve coffees to choose from (unlike stores in the Toronto area where sometimes your choices are down to 2 or 3), and the baristas are more than willing to help you pick a coffee that suits your taste (I don't like the overly floral coffees that taste and smell of potpourri, I prefer the sweeter varieties). read more

This Starbucks is pretty good. The employees have always been nice, the location is great, the beverages have been consistently made, and there's a big outdoor patio which is a nice bonus. My only complaint is how small the building itself is. There are 9 (mostly small) tables in total, plus a tiny bar area. Have been going here for months and this starbucks has a GREAT storefront service. the manager is very helpful and welcoming along with the rest of the staff who regularly work storefront. Although it could be because I always catch them in a rush, the drive thru is way less kind. Although I never catch the name, a certain drive thru cashier with short black hair is often rude and never scans with the mobile starbucks card (causing me to miss rewards). As a barista in a coffee shop myself, I understand that drive thru is a very stressful position, but as my part of my order that i pay for is never given to me, the frequent issues is sometimes frustrating. However, the overall wellness of the store is amazing... although I will not continue to be a regular there. read more
