Grabbed some breakfast this morning and about a quarter of a mile away my husband and I noticed "crunchy chunks " in our breakfast sandwiches. It was egg shells larger than our finger nails, MULTIPLE in each with just about every bite. In addition to that, there was a bug floating at the top of my orange juice. Although we were issued a full refund upon our return it definitely made us want to avoid any other purchase from this location, the individual who issued the refund id assume was a shift manager and honestly could use some training for better customer service skills as well. I again got the wrong order from McDonald's at maybee and dixie in Clarkston, mi Went in to make it right, and the manager started telling me her problems about staffing, and that's why your order was wrong Told her I just want my order correct. Ordered through the app and headed to the store as it was accepted. Got there and sat at the drive thru monitor....and continued to sit at the monitor as they ignored me completely. The food is like warm at best, ordered a crispy chicken deluxe. I got a chicken sandwich dumped in the box, the mayo and lettuce dumped on either side of the sandwich, NOT ON THE SANDWICH. Seriously $9.00 for a crispy chicken sandwich and a medium coke. What's sad is they couldn't even get the condiments on the sandwich. You would think for $13 to $15 an hour the employees could at least get the condiments on top of the sandwich. For the cost, and what you get, your better off to AVOID mcdonalds. read more

Speed of service, attentiveness, friendliness and cleanliness are beyond my expectation which is not so high towards general and other McDonald's. I basically do not expect an excellent services from any of McDonald's but system and crews' hardworking spirit here goes over my expectations. The general manager is showing her dedications to other crews, who follow hers. That is quite a good practice to a chain of continuous improvement. I feel highly positive about this McDonald's. read more

EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Had trouble hearing when order was placed and thought he asked to repeat but apparently he was asking "what sauce" and made it very clear that he was annoyed. When I pulled up and got my order I asked "is this it?" Before I drove off because multiple orders were placed and was just clarifying he turned around and just shook his hands. I'm so so soooo disappointed in this McDonald's lately. They used to be my go to but now they keep messing up my order and I never get what I want. The staff is also very rude and just don't care what so ever. I ordered two cheeseburgers one triple and one single. They come out after we pulled up to spot one asking me what our order was WHILE other cars were leaving as a fast as they could order, I said I had two cheeseburgers assuming they already knew my order considering I went through the drive though and payed for it. I made an order here yesterday at 3:00 pm for 2 filet fish sandwiches. They had me waiting outside for 20 minutes when they told me to pull forward. When I got back to work, I seen they gave me a totally different order, I called them and explained to them the situation and she told me to come back and they'll replace it for me. I went to get buy one sausage biscuit get one 1.00. I only had one sandwich. She told me I had to get in line again to fix it. Then I was charged regular price for sandwich. Disgusting. Walked in the West door and it smelled like septic sewage. The smell was only mildly less bad in the store. We had promised the kids a "treat" though and it was late so we stayed. Then they didn't give us our sundaes. So I went back up and they tried to say we hadn't paid for them. This McDonald's is horrible, you stand at the counter to have somebody take your order and everybody stands behind the counter looking at you like your bugging them. When somebody comes out they don't take your order at the counter they show you how to use the self order thing. (That is crappy) Why don't you just take my order instead of weirdly standing there while I order. The coke was nasty, and my burger was messed up. They were constantly running orders outside like they were short staffed. I think this location needs to be looked at. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Rude, unprofessional, gross (they give you stale food, apples are weeks old and when you tell them they say they're only a few days oldI also DoorDash and they are the worst to us drivers. One day they are happy that you walked in to pick up the food, then when the tall, gray haired guy is there he literally yells at you for coming in to get the order so you don't have to wait 30 min in the drive they for it. I came in and used the restroom first. I have to say this is the dirtiest bathroom in a McDonald's I had ever seen. The sink area looked as if it had not been cleaned all week. There was nasty looking scum all around. I don't know about you, but at any establishment that has a dirty bathroom makes me not want to dine. It was gross. read more

"GIRL WITH THE BUN" - upon arrival to receive our delicious order, the entire 2018 Chevrolet Equinox was anticipating a delicious WackArnolds meal that is guaranteed to hit the spot. As our heads were bobbing to the "cry of the celts," the stone cold hands of the "girl with the bun" handed us our meal that consisted of stale fries, a days old coffee, a completely wrong #6, and missing Mac sauce on a #2 order. After kindly informing her of this colossal mess, she told us that we would need to re-enter the drive through and reorder the entire meal as if implying that we ordered it wrong. As someone who's been through a McDonald's drive through hundreds of times, I can assure you the order was clear and concise from the customers end. As she said they were extremely busy (with only 4 cars behind us) the entire equinox knew we could not let the "girl with the bun" win. We sadly left the drive through no longer head bobbing but in fact upset that we wouldn't have 4 more nuggets and another fry to froth over. Honestly the worst McDonalds around. Every time I go the service is terrible. This last time around I ordered a number 10, which is a 10 piece nugget meal and they rang it up as just a 10 piece nugget (not a meal) and when I notified them I was missing a fry (because with a meal I should have had a fry) they were super nasty and said, if you want a medium fry then give me $2. I explained how it was a meal and should have had one with them and the manager informed me it was not rang up as a meal and I said well that is a mistake, it should have been a meal. She just said yeah I guess it was a mistake, it's $2 for a fry. I just paid for the fry because the lady was obviously not going to be helpful in fixing the mistake. So I ended up paying more money than I would have if they would have rang me up properly to begin with. This sort of stuff happens about every other time I visit this McDonalds...I should just stick to Wendy's lol read more
