They have never screwed up my order, and they are always pleasant and polite. Love the food, their onions hurt me though. Alway get the butter burger or Reuben and cheese curds. I was excited to get a Culver's in town , but my butter burger was a let down. Worse, my partner ordered and paid $6 for a grilled chicken sandwich and it was depressingly bad. Culver's frozen custard is no joke. It's essentially creamed crack, and is the only thing I consume with any notable fat content. With dozens of rotating flavors, and pints ready to go in the reach-in, there's always something good available. I have been to the new Culver's in Bloomington several times now and I have not been disappointed. They are definitely running a tight ship there. This is a fast food restaurant with a sit down restaurant feel. The food is a little pricier than I would like, but probably a Culver's decision on the corporate level. Even the owner is seen working in the store every time I go in. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and the dining area is immaculate. read more

I finally got around to going to the new Culver's restaurant in Bloomington. I must say I'm not all that impressed. I got several friends that spoke very highly of the Culver's in Indianapolis. But as far as I'm concerned. It's just a fast food, burger joint for the most part. The burgers are good. But definitely not the best I've ever had. I did not try the custard. But will probably eventually go back and try that. The parking, and the access in and out leave a little to be desired. The service was excellent. read more

Went again and y a double cheeseburger with grilled onions, pickles, and mayonnaise. It was much juicer but fully cooked.Also had chili with hot sauce and a chocolate malt. Top noch for made to order fast food. Same friendly counter and staff. Can't wait to go soon. read more

The food is good and service is quick and friendly. First time I went through drive-through and they have about 4-6 parking spots just past the window. They give you a number that can be seen by an employee and they walk the food out to you. Second time I went in. Ordered a meal and a shake. They were very busy at the time for lunch but by the time I had my drink and condiments and sitting down my food was brought out to me. Very impressed so far. Keep up the good work! read more

Went through the drive through today orders my food and went to pay. My food promptly came out but for me to find that the chili cheese fries had a blow out in the bag. I went back through to get the Order fixed and the manger was the nicest man ever. He was friendly efficient and his associate who brought the food out was SOOOO NICE. She wished us a Happy New Year. I love the chain and was so excited when we got a restaurant in Bloomington. Unfortunately, when I went to go try it I had a terrible experience. I ordered a simple plain hamburger and when I arrived home and opened the box, what I received was the farthest thing from a hamburger it could've been. What I got looked extremely unappetizing and inedible. This was a terribly disappointed experience and I don't think I will be going back any time soon. read more

We had a great experience! We stopped by after boat day and decided to get a nice dinner. All of our food came out delicious! The staff walked around to check on us many times and even cleared our trays when we were finished (above and beyond!) The Euro Soccer Final was going on and they even had it playing in the dining room. All in all, a better experience than I could've asked for! read more

They will at least get one thing wrong on your order. Culver's is a burger place, with so many options that it's far more than overwhelming. Now don't get me wrong, the food is good. All you have to do is take one bite and boom! You're full. Also, I'm a little confused. I ordered a chocolate milkshake, and I got what seems to be caramel, and melted ice cream with basically no milk. Either they got my order wrong, or they're just bad at making milkshakes. I wouldn't come here if you have had a snack 20 minutes before your lunch break, and if you're not into country music either. Overall, I give Culver's a 2/5 stars. read more

The workers are always really nice and they are usually pretty quick when I go here especially considering there is only one Culver's in Bloomington. The food is always good and hot and the burgers always hit the spot. 10/10 would recommend coming here and getting a burger and cheese curds (their chicken tenders aren't too bad either!) read more

The fish wasn't greasy, the coleslaw was creamy and awesome, the broccoli was...well broccoli (gotta pretend to be healthy when I eat haha). I had been excited for a Culver's to open u pin Bloomington! I had gone once in Indy, and it was pretty great! I went with my family, and when I first got there it was pretty busy. My boyfriend and I both got a spicy chicken meal, which came with a drink and fries. It was hot when it came out, but the chicken was very dry and the person who handed us the food had a pretty big attitude when I asked for some mayo because there was none on the sandwhich. I ended up having to go upfront and ask instead for some, which took a while because there was a big line. It was also pretty pricey for two people. read more

I had such a great experience tonight! The boy named Matthew, I believe, was so so so and I can not say this enough, kind! I have never seen a more hard worker than this kid. He was running food out to the cars non stop while it was so busy. He was nothing short of the hardest worker I've ever seen. He NEEDS to be recognized to the fullest extent because he 100% deserves it. This was by far the best experience I've ever had in fast food!
