I think I'm not going to Culver's in Flagstaff AZ any longer. The cost is higher (almost $9 for a mini flavor of the day and soggy chili fries, no drink) and the quality is low. I was happy at first when Culver's came to Flagstaff. I've given this fast food place several tries and I find that there is very little attention to detail or desire to improve. The results are foods that are jammed together in containers. The flavor of the day has never been served as presented in advertising, it's an unrecognizable, overly swirled, cup with specks of crumbs of ingredients, over blended in custard. I asked the manager on duty how to simply order the flavor of the day as pictured and was told "as I said" it comes as a concrete mixer but if you want it as pictured you have to ask for it that way. Honestly I don't ever find it helpful to be told, "as I said." Everyone please stop saying this. read more

Yesterday was our first time in to Culver's since this pandemic. We had used the drive thru and for the most part all went well. However, yesterday our dine-in experience was much different...won't be back in to the Preston Hwy. location in Louisville, KY. Upon entrance wearing a mask was mandatory and they we're immediately all over any customer walking around without one. Well that's all fine...Culver's policy, but whenever the bathrooms are trashed, the beverage counter is a sticky mess, you have to asked to have a table cleaned, and the floor hasn't seen a broom in what appears to be days, I can only imagine what the kitchen must look like, and I have to asked what is the big deal with everyone wearing a mask if your customers are expected to eat in a dirty dining room at a dirty table? If you are going to insist in wearing a mask and social distancing, I don't just insist on having a clean restaurant, I expect it. read more

I visited the Culver's in Belleville yesterday around 1350 hrs through the drive-thru. My order was $9.84. I handed the young lady 20.85 for my order, expecting to get back $11.01. The employee opened the window and gave me one penny back and the beverages. I asked her where was my $11.00? She looked dumbfounded. An alleged manager came to the window and stated the employee couldn't remember if I gave her a $20.00 bill or not. Only about 30 seconds passed, how could she not remember? The alleged manager told me that her supervisor stated that I could pull over and wait 30 minutes for them to pull and count the drawer or call the store manager the next morning to see if they found my $11.00. I told her it was the young ladies fought, not mine and how could she not remember the amount of money a customer had given her in a matter of a minute. I told her I didn't want anything from Culver's and to give me all my money back. She stated it would take about 30 minutes to count the drawer. I pulled over while they claimed to count the drawer. The same alleged manager came to my car about ten minutes later and stated the young ladies drawer was accurate and handed me $9.84. I thought it took approximately 30 minutes to count a drawer, not ten. This manager claimed she was the one that counted the drawer. I told her I gave the lady a twenty dollar bill, three quarters and one dime, so where's the rest of my money? She walked away. I called the store and another manager Brandon gave me the same story. I asked him to check the video feed and they could see how much money I gave the young lady at the window. He stated he would recount the drawer again to see if he come up with different result. He came back on the phone in about two minutes allegeding he recounted the drawer. He failed to realize, I could see him still working in the drive-thru window while he was supposed to be recounting the drawer. How could he do it while still working at the drive-thru? You can't be in two places at once. He lied. They also wouldn't review the video. I explained to him, I know how much money I gave the lady working the drive-thru window and that they need to see if she pocketed my $11.00 or find out want she did with my money, but they owe me $11.00. He told me to hang on and a totally different woman came to the phone and stated she was the one who conducted the first count of the drawer and it was accurate. I don't believe she counted the drawer, they all were lying. They would not give me my money nor would they review the video to see that I was telling the truth. I felt like they thought I was trying to run a scheme. I explained to them if I wasn't being truthful, why would I wait at the restaurant for them to count the drawer. If I was trying to do something illegal, I would have left and went on to the next con, if that's who I am. A criminal will not stay at the scene of a crime unless they are just stupid. Brandon and the other manager told me to call the store manager this morning. I definitely will be calling a little after 1000 hrs. I've worked in law enforcement for over 30 years including the military and they made me feel like I was a criminal. This is the first time I've ever been to Culver's and it will definitely be my last. This is the worst experience I've encountered at any establishment in my life. read more

My first time in a Culvers was disappointing. Service was not to par and food nothing more than typical fast food fare. Atmosphere the same as a high school cafeteria. I usually do not patronize fast food places because i like to have an adult beverage with my meal. But thought I would give this one a chance. No better then your average McDonalds. I visited this restaurant a few days ago and was not impressed. They have good customer service and I love them for their ice cream, but their food is definitely not great. Everything my husband and I ordered was bland. I don't think I will ever get anything but ice cream from them again. Felt like a total waste of money. read more

Let me start by saying your burgers are tasty and my three teenage boys enjoy going there. In general I've always felt the customer service is not top notch (we've been to several restaurants in Arizona, Texas and Tennessee) when you compare it with In-n-out, Chick-fil-a, Five Guys and others. Unfortunately your customer service and management at this location (Glendale Az 85305) was one of the worst I've experienced. Because of a friend recommending your Wisconsin Cheese Curds I ordered them, and two burgers. When the young girl brought my order I noticed the curds were missing. I told her, and she said since they mistakenly forgot to put them in the order she would bring me one free of charge.When she left I noticed that I had a cheese dip with my order, then I realized that the girl that took my order put in cheese dip instead of the curds. A few minutes later she returned saying the manager said I couldn't have them since I didn't pay for them. I then explained to her what happened (I got the wrong 'cheese' item) and she brought the manager. I told the manager that it was very unprofessional of Culver's that once you tell a customer they will receive something without charge because of their mistake, taking your word back is wrong (If she had said I had to pay for it I would have done it). The manager then gave me back my change for my cheese dip, thanked me for my comment and left (I said nothing else because her answer just confirmed how much Culver's values the customer). A week ago I was at a Chick fil A and just because my order was a little late they gave me a free meal coupon for my next visit (I didn't ask for it or even said anything to anyone). I don't expect free food given to me, but that was amazing customer service, one not only tells everyone they know but will definitely keep returning. From now on, Culver's will be the last option on our fast food choices and I decided to send this email in case you want to better that area of your business. Thank you read more

Food was just ok. Were not that busy and took awhile to get served. Burger was tasteless and greasy but custard was good.

The Culvers in Belleville, MI will not serve you any coffee and they are rude. They always say they are out of coffee, the coffee machine is broken, they can microwave you some coffee, etc. read more

On 11/30/17 at approximately 9:50pm I called the Culver's on Belleville Rd. to ask if they had soup, they replied yes, I told the employee I'll be there in a few minutes. I arrived at 10:10pm an ordered the broccoli & cheese soup. I live about 10min away. The soup was cold, as if it had been in a refrigerator and it looked disgusting. I called and asked for the manager named James. He said after 9:30pm they put the remaining soup in the refrigerator and microwave to serve. I was totally disgusted it had been nowhere near a microwave. He said did I want to drive back up there to rewarm my cold soup. I told him there is no way he could be a real manager and allow something like this to happen. He further added insult to injury by suggesting I was trying to get a free soup. To recap: After 9:30pm be advised the remaining soup is recycled and not thrown out. So if you're thinking the soup is fresh please take note it's just recycled over and over. Another note, have you noticed if you order something depending on the time & cashier that the bill is never the same. read more

This is literally the only fast food restaurant in Belleville that has consistently served me good food and provided great customer service. The food is always hot and fresh, the employees are all friendly and professional, and the place always looks clean and well-staffed, which is far more than I can say for most of the other fast food places in the area. It is worth the higher prices and longer wait times for the quality of food and service. The butterburgers are amazing, and cheese curds are probably my favorite side item at ANY fast food restaurant. The custards are amazing, though I am beyond depressed that they no longer offer Blue Moon custard (that was always my favorite). If the flavor of the day doesn't suit your fancy, they offer these amazing giant Oreo ice cream sandwiches in vanilla, chocolate, and sometimes mint. My only complaint is that I wished they'd stay open just a bit later...they are usually closed by 11 pm, which is when I get off work, so if I'm craving fast food on the way home I'm usually stuck going somewhere else and getting sub-par fries when all I really want is some dang cheese curds. read more
