We frequently visit this location and haven't had any issues. The staff is friendly and quick. The dining area is clean and there's plenty of seating. The bathrooms are also clean as well. They have seating outdoors that we usually will sit at if the weather is nice. There's so many food options here to chose from! We normally get their burgers of chicken tenders. They also have frozen custard. The concrete mixers are better then their shakes, the shakes tend to be more on the watery side. You do have to pay for the extra toppings/add ins. read more

We usually have an enjoyable time when we come through a Culver's. At this particular one, we went through the drive thru but had to go inside twice because they kept forgetting things on our order. Person taking order was nice. Went through drive through - in town on business trip. Asked for burger to be lettuce wrapped and they said we don't do that. We can lay meat on top of lettuce so that was okay. But they didn't give me the other ingredients- no tomatoes, onion or pickles. They also didn't provide me with a fork and knife to eat. Stopped here last night after driving almost 16 hours. The cashier was so rude and condescending. I gave him the cash for my total and has .06 left over and said oh that's ok I don't need the change. He said, "oh are you sure. I mean it's a whole 6 cents ?". Seriously. I didn't need the attitude when all I was trying to do was pay for my order. Did the drive thru. Ordered a Vanilla cone. Was ready quickly. Added a small sundae at the window, vanilla with strawberry topping. This was also delivered quickly and with a smile. Good quality ingredients. Ice cream is creamy and good flavor. Really enjoyed the strawberry topping- wasn't fake or overly sweet. Good overall experience. Seriously, I am so frustrated with this location! First world problems rant: Been here three times. Three times they've messed up my order. How hard is a butter burger cheeseburger, fries, a side of broccoli, and a soda. That's how I say it. Yet, every time I've gone in, they're screwed it up. I've even talked with the manager about it. Only 4 stars because on my last two visits, during Covid, the tables were not cleaned! This place has great staff like what you find at chic- fil-a. Super friendly and always smiling. The service speed is pretty good as well. Today, 10/1/2020, I went with my husband and I was a but surprised. The grass was old, you could tell by the onions and fish. My onions were a little burnt as well. The menu has a great variety, making it easy for picky families. My burger tasted good but it was a hot mess. I get that I didn't get bread because of dietary issues and it's going to be a little messy but wow. They asked if I wanted it lettuce wrapped and I said yes. This isn't something I'm going to ask for because I don't care either way. Instead of lettuce wrapped there was a piece of lettuce sitting underneath the rest of the burger that was slimy. There was no way to pick it up. I go here every once in awhile and never have an issue with my food or the employees' customer service. Tonight was different. I order one thing through the drive though which was a small vanilla concrete mixer. I get to the window and the girl seems nice but short. I pay with my card and she gives it back to me with no receipt. She says it'll be one minute. She comes back with a chocolate concrete mixer and I state "I didn't order chocolate, sorry." She states "Yes, you did but I can make another". I apologized and thanked her. She turns around and as the door is closing she slams the mixer in the trash and mutters something under her breath with a nasty facial expression. She comes back a few moments later and hands me the new mixer says "Have a great night ma'am." Not sincere at all. The whole "I'm going to kill her with kindness and get her out of my face". So sorry that the wrong flavor of ice cream got you in such a bad mood. This is why people think millennials act so entitled. You give us a bad rep! read more

Culver's has great ice cream! I highly suggest the classic vanilla waffle ice cream cone. It tasted amazing and was the perfect treat while I was on vacation. The cheese curds are also really good as well. I docked down a star only because the food is pretty greasy.! read more

Normally they're so on top of it! Today was the first day where I could see they really struggled. They're always so polite and quick so I'm no way is this me trying to be negative. I've ALWAYS had a good experience (I'm a little addicted dare I say). Glen normally works the drive thru when i come and he's the nicest person on the planet. Today, the drive thru was excruciatingly slow without him. I finally pulled up and I sat in silence for a few minutes before the guy told me to wait longer before he can help. I get to the window and the girl handed me my ice cream not wiped off so ice cream got all over my hands and made a little mess in my car from it being on the cup. Nothing Special Culvers is an decent place to grab a good lunch or dinner. However, I didnt find anything special or spectacular. Culvers offers some different items from the ordinary burger shops. Today, I had a grilled chicken sandwich and french fries and cost about $8. I guess Culver's has better fast food than most other fast food restaurants but nothing I would go out of the way for. All in all I guess it's a nice change of pace from the typical, Wendy's or McDonald's. Maybe, next time I will spluge and try one of the Ice cream treats look very good. read more

We got drive thur only. I did get a peak of the restaurant inside, it is the same set up as all the other Culver's. I got the Wisconsin Swiss Melt with chili cheese fries & a vanilla shake. YUM! I know it is a butter burger, but just wish it was a tad less greasy. I KNOW, I am at a fast food joint. The vanilla frozen custard shake is goodness and the chili cheese fries were pretty good. Salads at Culvers? Yes, especially when you have a date that your not going to be seeing again and they are advertising a 2-1 Salads deal. Any $7 salad is a BOGO at this location. So, it feels like I paid for a meal, but not hers, but she is still eating because I paid. Anyway, the salads were average at best, mine had some crumbled bacon and blue cheese and fresh cooked chicken chunked on top. Not sure if the chicken was cooked through or did my raspberry vinagrette dressing make the chicken appear undercooked? You can finish the salad in 8 minutes, but somehow this woman took 30 minutes of playing with her salad before she finally finished. I turned in the receipt at the end of the meal and got a free scoop of the flavor of the day, so it turned into a better meal, but date still left a lasting stank long after I drove the 10 back to the homestead. read more

I went to culvers on 5/15/23 to not have one order which left out an item and the incorrect burger, but my second order done incorrectly.The burgers were poorly made leaving off toppings and swapped using different packaging, only to realize after I dropped my sons off to him. When I called to speak to a manager I was told by a gentleman he could help,assuming this was the manager, as I was explaining I was hung up on. So we don't have these in LA but our friends introduced us to Culver's when we were visiting them in FL a couple of years ago. Anyway, it's our first road trip outside the state (fully vaccinated) and we found this one on our way into Phoenix. We also just stopped on our way out and both times were a lovely experience but today we had Glenn working the register and he was just a lovely human being. He was so patient with us (we don't know the menu well) and was pleasant and sweet and helpful. Of course we love the cheese curds here and our meals were very good. First timer! Passing through the area and the burgers sounded yummy. After arriving in the drive-thru we were tasked with selecting our meals and saw they had a North Atlantic Cod Dinner. It's not often we see this on a drive-thru menu. We chose that and decided we would share it. The employee taking the order obviously overheard bits of our conversation and asked if we would like an extra container to split the meal. Who does that? We said yes and zipped around to the window. The employee at the window and the employee that brought our food out were both exceptional humans and it was a very pleasant experience. To make the whole experience complete the food was fantastic. Sorry no pictures. We were hungry and didn't waste anytime digging in. The fish was definitely in the top of our fast food fish experiences. Lots of fish and just the right amount of batter. So I sat with this overnight and finally decided to post my thoughts. Our air conditioning went out and we decided to stay the night at a nearby hotel. We noticed Culver's in the parking lot and once we got checked in and situated my wife wrote down our order abs headed to Culver's to grab us some dinner while I cleaned up the baby and got her ready for bed. We got burgers fries and onion rings. Considering we were forced out of our house due to air conditioning issues I really was intrigued by the custard deserts the website kept boasting of, so I chose the 3 scoops of chocolate with Andes mints. A Friday treat for a long hot day completed. So guess what never arrives with our order when my wife finally got to our hotel? Yup you guessed it not frozen custard. My son wanted to try this on the way home as he loves the one in Havasu. First the meat is NOT made fresh to order, the pickles are warm and the cheese isn't even melted. Cheese curds were not gooey like in the picture and described by the girl taking our order. After we sat down we went back and ordered cheese for our fries. I ordered a concrete mixer with peanut butter & Heath bar. It was good. Too much peanut butter though. Sizes are big shoo I got a Short cup which was the right size for any ice cream lover. My son got the concrete mixer with sprinkles & brownie pieces. He loved it and he usually only orders cookie dough. He said there was a lit off sprinkles & they were frozen hard. I had my first Culvers Burger a month ago. It was so good I had to come back! This store is so friendly and customer service oriented! The second visit was just as amazing as the first! I love these burgers! The buns are sooooo good, everything is fresh! So this time I had fries. OMG! They actually taste like a potato! The outside was perfectly crisp and the inside soft! We came down to AZ for a football game and stopped by here for some lunch...man oh man this place is really good the spicy chicken sandwich was really good and the breading was on point only reason I didn't give five star was because we order a 6 piece shrimp and they only gave us five.
