Wow, as a followup to my recent experience and review, I found the customer care here to be simply…read moregreat, 5 stars! Just like the food quality. I followed up and called Big Ange's mainly to let them know about the missing BBQ sauce issue just so it doesn't happen to others or to clarify if customers are supposed to know to ask. I spoke to the owner Rocco and he said sauce is normally provided for the Barbarian platter, and it must have been forgotten, and he apologized. To make things right, he graciously offered a complimentary sandwich upon my next visit and took my name. Well, I was in the vicinity today and swung by. Rocco not only gave me a 100% tip-top delicious brisket sandwich, but also a side of potato salad, and a bottle of their BBQ sauce to boot! I offered to pay for the sauce which was such a nice gesture as well, but he declined. Wow! Rocco is the youngish and energetic owner, and the Eatery is actually named after his Mom. He's been at it here since they bought the property back in 2012. Great place, great food, and we will always be fans, and will visit again sometime.

Until 5 minutes later. "Beeg mija!" a middle-aged lady yelled from behind the counter. Her eyes darted angrily around the diner, looking for a landing strip for her palpable annoyance, "Beeg! Mija!" The gentleman behind the counter glanced nonchalantly in my direction. "BEEG MIJA!!!!" she screamed. I stared at her from across the restaurant, confused. The staff here is sooo friendly, which makes the experience and stay ten times better. They were very accommodating and patient with us with a party of kids. Highly recommend!

Once you order, staff will bring to your table, so please tip when you order or leave on the table as they do come by and clear your table as well. It is first come first served and you grab your own tables. I've been there on weekends and weeknights and they get pretty packed. The food is flavorful and quite tasty. The portions are huge so you're definitely going to bring something home. Nostimo is now in our rotation of places to go in a pinch and they do have an outdoor seating area, too.
