I request for my food and Ricardo falsely claims my order was a scheduled order for 1:30PM, not even asking my order name or such. He said to come back in 20 minutes. I leave and come back 20 minutes later and Ricardo is preparing some catering order. After telling him that's not my order, and showing him the details of my order, that it was placed for asap timing, he apologies and offers me a 2.99 fountain drink as compensation. At this point it's been over 40 minutes and I have no food. I request for him to just give me a refund, and if possible any other accommodation for the time wasted. He says a refund is all he can offer and rudely tells me to get out the store.

I went to Culvers a couple of days ago and didn't really have a great experience. First of all the burger I ordered came with onions and pickles when I specifically told the cashier named David I believe, not to put any on there. And of course, being the "amazing" manager that he is has to ruin my meal. And not to mention that the burger wasn't cooked long enough and and there was no ketchup in the condiment area and the garbage cans were really full to the point where you cant fit any more stuff inside of it. But I thought to myself, "Maybe David was having a bad day and same thing with the rest of the workers." So I went up to the register and ordered a Turtle Sundae which I assumed would brighten my mood. When I got the sundae, most of it was already half melted and was dripping Custard. I was in no way shape or form pleased with the service that I received. I will most likely not return to this specific location, or better yet not even return at all. Anyways, I should have not have went to here for lunch and instead stick to my normal roots and eat at Portillo's and get "Better" service and "better" food. I normally don't eat at fast food joints and for a good cause. This Culvers in particular sucks very much. I feel like there is a lot of yelling that goes on in the back, not very loud but it seems like they treat a specific young man poorly and it seems as if he is still new. I don't exactly feel comfortable with a particular David who treats him like dirt and puts on a fake smile everyday to work. The workers are good at keeping the restaurant clean and are friendly but they look hungry as if they don't ever get a break. I don't work here so I wouldn't know but I'm just saying that they should really improve on a lot that goes on in this place. No wonder why McDonalds has more business that these guys smh. read more

Wow this place is even better than Steak N Shake......and I love Steak N Shake. The burger I got was a butter burger with only mayo, ketchup, and mustard....oh and onion. The bun was definitely buttered and it was delectable to say the least. I'm trying to cut back on fast food but Culvers was recommended by locals after I moved from Tampa. The Onion Rings- they were fried perfectly and weren't that cheap batter which is sometimes baked. These babies were piping hot and crispy. i have been coming to culver's for quite a while now. every worker has been treating me with love and respect except this one named kevin. they were giving out free ice cream but kevin stopped giving out ice cream as soon as i came in and told us to leave. he also is the only worker who doesn't give me a water cup. also when i was at the register and he was taking my order he was stuffing his nose in his shirt saying their was a stench around him. this is very rude and disgusting. won't be coming back for a while until my wishes are succeeded. yelp please help an indian man like me out. read more

This place is amazing!! The chicken tenders here are soo good you cant beat them and the cheese curds.. my favorite. They have a drive through here as well which is very convenient for me. I often visit this Culver's location because I work nearby. They always have friendly employees which is rare for a fast food restaurant.
