Let us take our time to decide what to order. Brought everything out to us. But what really deserves the 5 stars is that Kiara brought out food to a table with a child. His mom had walked away. And she gave him his food and told him to be careful the fries are really hot. And went and got him ketchup and napkins! Honestly always have a great experience at Culver's in general - but this location is specifically my favorite! I live in the city and we don't have many close by, so I enjoy coming to this one during my lunch break at work. The employees here are always SO friendly and welcoming. They always check up on you to make sure everything is great, they are polite, they help you with your tray and even open the door for you! Yes, it's a Culver's. But understand that I hardly ever go to chain fast-food places. I mean, I haven't been inside a McDonald's or BK in at least 6 years. I like Culver's, though. They have a great selection of sandwiches beyond the ordinary, the butterburgers are tasty, they have actual dinners (like fish and meatloaf) and the custard... oh, the custard. On our most recent trip, I was hungry for some fish, so I went with the cod sandwich. Super tasty! Perfectly fried, soft bread-like bun with just enough tartar sauce and some pickles on the side. Really hit the spot, and a big step above pretty much every other fast food fish sandwich. And it's true -- the people working there are generally very friendly and happy and helpful. Wow, and it takes a bit to get a wow out of me. Having recently heard that the cod sandwich was terrific, I finally broke down and stopped over. With my dog in tow, I pulled up to the drive through and they had milk bones for my dog, wow!!! The girl at the window was super kind and friendly. When I told her it was my first time, she gave me a custard concrete mixer. Another WOW. Something for nothing? Really? Really!!!! The dog and I thought it was outstanding. This has to be the worst Culver's I've ever experienced. They messed up my order 3 times, and the food gets worse, everytime I visit. Not anymore. I'm done with this restaurant. My burger was sitting out for a long period of time, and they just warmed it up. It's like chewing gum. No lettuce, ketchup. Tomatoes. They put absolutely nothing on my burger. If I could give this establishment a negative rating, I'd give it a negative 5. Stay away, and just go to Sweetbaby Ray's in Woodale, where they make great burgers, for less the price. read more

Personally I am a Culver's fan. This location has good customer service, fast and friendly. I do think some menu items are a bit steep for what it is (custard/sundaes). The quality of food is there, it's not greasy, chicken is real chicken and not pink slime you get at McD's, and there are options for everyone in your party. My other gripe is the coke always tastes weird, like a that's disgusting and disturbing way. I'll be back for my curds and turtle soon. read more

Culvers has the best pumpkin shakes! BUT remember it is a seasonal shake. We actually had lunch there and their burger was very good. Not too huge and not too small. Perfect for an afternoon meal. I have been coming to this Culver's for years! Today, I had a terrible experience in the drive thru with David. He treated me with great disrespect by making me feel unwelcome just because I asked for Ketchup and proceeded to yell at me for no apparent reason. I called and spoke to a manager named Nick who wasn't helpful at all. It seemed like he didn't even care and failed to compensate me for the situation. I'd seen them talk about their butterburgers on commercials so I was curious to see if it was any good. I was a bit disappointed, there really wasn't anything special about it. I did like the frozen custard, which was really creamy and tasty. These burgers leave those places in the dust. This location is always very clean and has friendly workers. Really friendly! One time, I forgot my umbrella and just sucked it up that I was going to get wet getting to my car. Nope! Out of nowhere the manager showed up with an umbrella and walked me to my car! I go here maybe once a month and I always have the fried Walleye dinner or the North A Cod or the North Atlantic Cod. I actually like the dinners and the service is pretty good for a fas.t food place. This time I did once however that the price went up. The dinner was $12 and some change and that did not even include a drink for a 2 peice. WOW! For fast food that is expensive. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants but it has really gone downhill. I was disappointed last year when they eliminated chicken from their menu. Yesterday my wife and I ordered green beans as a side and we both received about a third of the usual portion. And the great quality, soft-serve, REAL ice cream that they've been famous for was replaced yesterday by some fake-tasting frozen dairy dessert for the same amount of money. I went to Culvers in Addison IL tonight for dinner with my family and everything was yummy. I want to mention this review does not reflect service at least with me. The girl that took my order was nice and helpful. I'm giving this place 2 stars I believe the 2 lady mangers on the way they treat their employees it was awful. The one lady was telling the Hispanic employee to go and get her W2 and I guess the girl didn't understand her so, the manager starting yelling at her with the other lady saying" do you know what a W2 is?! Do you have any kind of education?! " I was beside my self it took a lot of me to not say something so, I'm writing a review. They were also short with others employees their too and rolling their eyes , but the way they talk to that poor girl took the cake. I'm very disgusted by this. Terrific food for the price. I have driven by many Culver's over the years but never bought anything besides the Custard until 2015. Moved within a couple blocks of this location and after ten trips the food is always good. On Wednesday May 16, 2018, I visited the Culver's in Addison IL around 12:40 pm on my way to work. I went through the drive thru at 1st order a double burger basket with a strawberry milk shake. Then I decide once I got to the window that I wanted the crispy chicken sandwich basket with a strawberry shake. My order was repeated back to me but the milkshake was wrong. I order a strawberry milkshake and he replied to me "M&M with Strawberries," "I stated no that's not what I order" it's a strawberry milkshake. Now I gets to work and my orders has mustard in tray inside and on the bun. My milkshake has M&M and Strawberries in it. I called and spoke with the Manager Dino and the only thing he could do was take down my information. He inform me that the cooperate or store manager would get back to me through mail or via telephone. He did apologize about the issue but what if I was allergic to Chocolate. One young woman who took my order overcharged me $2.23. Good thing I caught it and brought it up to her. However, when she was about to rectify this, she had no clue what was to blame, despite the fact I specifically pointed out the charges to her on the receipt.
