The BEST fish dinner anywhere! And the ice cream is delicious! Great for the family too!

We haven't been to Culver's in a very long time and we received some coupons in the mail. It was just a dollar off a value meal. They also had one coupon for a FREE scoop of ice cream with the purchase of any value meal. My husband ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with fries and a drink (cost $13.99 after coupon) and I ordered the original single butter burger with cheese curds and a diet root beer ($11 after coupon) The food was great! I highly recommend the cheese curds they were crispy/crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. So good! I love their diet root beer, it is caffeine free too. I like that you can refill your own beverages because most restaurants are getting away from that. I was so full from eating my dinner that I couldn't even eat a custard even if I wanted to. I think Robert and I need to add Culver's to our regular restaurant rotation. The guy who placed our order was very kind! Really enjoyed our visit. We received our order quickly too, so this is definitely a good place to come and eat when you don't have a lot of time. read more

After a long evening, my family needed to find something quick to eat. This location was quick with getting our order out. The butter burgers, chicken sandwhiches, cheese curds and concrete all hit the spot. No complaints at all. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Never leave a bunch of teenage employees lacking common sense unsupervised. I went there last night, ordered a burger. They gave me a number and I sat down. 20 minutes go by during which time they served 2 other couples. I go to the counter where he knows exactly who I am and what number order I had and he tells me that he doesn't know what happened, but the payment didn't go through and he cancelled the order. Didn't bother to tell me. No apology. No nothing. It's unfortunate because I can walk to this location, but I will now drive to any other location with better service. read more

Great food and service. Had issue w my order and the manager Kevin went above and beyond to explain the situation and make sure everything was good. Very polite great service. I'm sad to say (because I love Culver's) but whomever is in charge of hiring the staff should be immediately fired. The lack of competence had me genuinely taken aback. Didn't know it was possible to mess up the same order more than twice. When a customer gives you back an order to remake it properly and you cannot comprehend what the problem is when I'm holding the same burger I had already returned twice ... that's disturbing. We live nearby and drive past this Culver's location 1-2x a week. Our favorite local burgers are from Shake Shack, but this Culver's is located closer and is more convenient. Plus, they're more affordable with a great kid's meal now that my toddler can eat half a cheeseburger. Shake Shack also has our favorite cheese fries, but Culver's is good with their Wisconsin cheese sauce. We usually order a cheeseburger for my husband and a cheeseburger kid's meal for our toddler and me to share. Their kid's meals are great because they include a side, drink, and a scoop of custard with a topping for $6.99. Their online ordering is easy, especially when making customizations to the burgers and upgrades to the meals. Our toddler doesn't like onions, and they've always gotten our orders correct. We love dessert, and after our local Dairy Queen became really stingy with mix-ins/toppings, we were so glad to experience this Culver's standard of beautifully made malts, shakes, sundaes, and custards. And unlike Portillo's shakes that turn to ice in the freezer, Culver's desserts stay scoopable the next day. What we'd love to see from Culver's is a rewards program and a way to checkout with their coupons online. read more

This is a solid location that serves tasty food from a friendly staff at a reasonable price. It's clean, inviting, has a family atmosphere, and makes sure all patrons are happy when leaving. Culver's is the often overlooked fast food place that I, for some reason, normally do not consider as an option for a meal. But after this recent visit I'm again reminded how much I enjoy their offering. They have very tasty burgers that are of decent size (though I'd recommend at least a double if you have a slightly larger than normal appetite) paired with near-perfectly cooked fries and a menu that will hold it's own against all the other big players. They also have CRISPY chicken sandwiches, my favorite being the spicy one - it's very tasty! I must also mention that they have, what I think to be, the BEST honey mustard. At this location you get all the best Culver's has to offer: hot and fresh food served quickly and directly to your table from a friendly staff at a reasonable price. However, I have to mention an odd occurrence: we had our food plus two kids meals but something was missing... the coupons for the free custard (that are normally attached to the kid's bags) were missing. When I went up to the counter to inquire the kid working the register responded "oh... yea... um... here are two new bags." It's not a big deal, and it was corrected immediately, but I found it to be just an odd reaction to missing coupons... Anyway, stop in if you want a solid meal that isn't from the normal big players. If you are already well-versed in Culver's then also stop in because this location is a fast food gem. read more

Was a single not a double.. it was dinner and busy so I understand things happen! NO big deal -called up, explained what happened. Manager was empathetic and said if your close come back we will remake your order/ sandwiche. Here I am on a Friday. I only visit Culvers a couple times a year and I happen to pick the busiest time ever. Had to wait a while for my order. Not excruciatingly long, but a bit. The Culvers employee brought my order and then presented me a card for a free meal because they thought I waited too long. Cool. That is management showing positive customer service. As for the food, I liked it. I like their burgers and cheese curds. I try not to stop too often. I'm trying to watch my figure. (It keeps getting larger!!) If I can't get to the Lombard Culver's, Addison is my alternate. Drive thru service is friendly. Orders are repeated back for clarity. There's always a tad bit of a wait, but that's due to the fact that the food is made-to-order. I typically get a single butter burger and fries. The fries are always piping hot (like, burn-the-roof-of-your-mouth hot), which is important! I loooove fries, and consistently fresh, hot fries seals my loyalty to a place. I usually abstain from their Flavor of the Day Custard, but went for a scoop today since they were featuring coconut chocolate almond crunch. Whaaaat?! It sounded too good to pass up. First time trying a Culver's. It wasn't what I expected, but the food was very tasty. My brother recommended the fish sandwich, which my daughter got and she enjoyed it very much. I don't eat fast food often, in fact I usually stay away from it, but on occasion I have visited this Culver's because it is so close to me I could literally walk there. And while I do not have a 'sweet tooth' (thankfully) or crave ice cream like I crave pizza....I will once in a blue moon have a taste for it, and they serve some excellent custard here! (I'd rather have gelato in Italy but I do not have a private jet at the moment). yes Culver's does have really yummy frozen custard.. A few weeks ago a friend mentioned peach ice cream...and I replied "gee, I don't think I've ever had peach ice cream before? but that sure does sound refreshing and tasty...lets get some!" Apparently some brands carry this at grocery stores, but every store I checked didn't have it. Yes, I was bummed....and when I have a taste for something, you better believe I'm on a mission to find it!! Decided to check Culver's flavor of the day & noticed they had Georgia Peach later that week! My eyeballs popped out of my head! I immediately told my friend!!! This had made my day!!! I marked my calendar and walked over to Culver's...super excited!!! (it's the little things in life that make me happy..) Bought a pint for my friend & I to share, got home - grabbed a scoop...and waa..waa...waa....just like that...my Georgia peach ice cream experience was shattered... no peach flavor at all!!!!! yes there were nice pieces of what appeared to be peach in the custard, but it didn't taste like peach!!!!!!! Nada, nothing...all I could taste was vanilla custard :( Shame on you Culver's! for not delivering on your 'flavor of the day' and hence ruining mine. Aside from their ice cream - I will say that I have tried their butter burger & it's O.K. I realize many peeps are a fan of this, I just felt gross after eating it..probably all the butter and sodium, its a better quality burger for a fast food joint for sure, but my taste buds weren't exploding or anything...(definitely a better choice than mcd or bk). Cheese curds are great too, especially if your a cheese freak like me. The fried chicken here on the other hand is WONDERFUL! If your in the mood for some light (not greasy), crispy, tender, super fresh, good quality chicken, and want it fast - don't go to KFC....(that stuff has given me migranes in the past - its loaded with tons of sodium - its true AND you may end up eating a rat instead...think about that for awhile.....). try the chicken at Culver's.....I was super duper impressed - its very meaty & was hot off the fryer - this was some damn good chicken!!!! In addition they offer some other 'more homey' food choices such as pot roast, prime rib & reuben sammies, soups, & salads to name a few (I have not tried these, but they look good!). They also have a yearly summer 'car show' featuring various 'car candy' for your eyes.. (I thoroughly enjoy attending this and checking out all the classics & hot rods). I love this location definitely one of the cleanest ones that I have been to. The local kids work there and they are always polite. I am a fan of the stuffed green peppers soup and chili. They also have a 2 pc chicken dinner where you can pick your sides. I was very happy to discover that after KFC closed over here. They have a pot roast dinner that's tasty too. Go beyond just the burger I love the Buffalo strips, they have a pulled pork sandwich that's real good too and a few fresh salads to choose from. I like the fact that the kids meals are not all burgers and chicken but they also have grilled cheese and corn dogs. NOW they offer apple slices instead of fries. First off I want to start by saying I used to work at this place for a few years during nursing school, under two different owners... and this is BY FAR THE WORST experience I've had! This is the THIRD time I have come to this location... & my order is WRONG, they don't fulfill their orders, or they are completely out of an item! THE STAFF needs COMPLETE training on how to treat their customers & how to scoop their ice cream! The young girl at the drive thru slammed the drive thru window closed on my face with an attitude after asking her to put actual FLAVOR of the day topping on my ice cream! These scoops ARE NOT CHEAP! $3.89 for a half filled flavor of the day--- with zero toppings is completely un necessary and management better step in or this place is going to TRASH very soon! Also, I requested chicken gravy for my both sides of mashed potatoes that came with my pot roast dinner & received beef gravy instead my whole meal was $18... which I'm not complaining about paying but the least they can do is get my actual order right and serve what they advertise! read more

What is up with places charging so much for toppings?? A build your own sundae comes with two toppings but if you choose nuts as your topping they charge you an extra buck?? Five bucks for a sundae half the size as baskin robbins and custard almost feels warm, no thanks, not impressed. I've eaten here before, too, and I'm just not incredibly impressed.
