Yes drive through is slow and at times lines are long because of it - so know when you're going to Culver's be prepared to wait longer than your average drive through or even din in fast food but .... The food is better then most fast food and way more options ...burgers are good and they have seafood options. This place should be shut down. I was in there waiting for my food for what seemed as an eternity when someone asked about my order and they would look into it. The order was brought to me and was purposely dropped on the floor by the guy I heard employees referring to as "the owner". He looked me dead in the eye as he dropped my food to the ground. I demanded a refund or replacement and all this bum said to me is " I remember you from Walgreens" and walked away. A bit odd since I worked at Walgreens about 25 years ago so why does this matter in 2023?. A little internet snooping shows that the owner of this location is the same POS that was my supervisor at the Walgreens warehouse ! This guy would turn off the fans on the hottest of days in order to get people to quit. He had employees vehicles towed away, approve scheduled days off only to take them back without any notice, just to get the union employees to quit ! People who abuse employees like this do not deserve any support from the working class. As for my food order, I demanded a refund from the supervisor because "the owner" walked out the door and left like a big chicken. I got a meal at Dunkin, right next door. This place had become our new favorite restaurant. It's run by kid power so we expect mistakes. I tried the new Walleye fish and it was good! Now you can no longer get it. Bad management decision. This is a good way to run off customers. Next time it will be Captain D's. Goodbye. read more

This review is based solely on the drive through service at 7pm on 6/5/21. Took them over 30 min to deliver 1 scoop of the flavor of the day in a cup to us. 9 cars behind us had their food/ice cream/shakes delivered to their cars before we finally caught an employees attention (as they all tried to ignore the fact we were still sitting there in spot #1!) and asked them to bring our order out. The girl told us they were very busy......of course they were very busy, we were in that line and part of the busy PREPAID line they were supposed to be serving! About 5 min later they FINALLY brought out our soggy, melted, flavor of the day scoop of ice cream. VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE. Went in about ten days ago a little after 1 PM. Ordered a walleye sandwich with fries and a drink. After about 15 minutes and seeing several orders come out to people who ordered after me I went to the counter to inquire about my food. Apparently the paper ticket had fallen down that tells them to deliver the food to the seating area. I said "It's cold now." The counter guy said "There's nothing wrong with that, slapped it on a tray with French fries and handed it to me. Clearly they did not want to make me a new sandwich. What really irked me was that the same employee came through the seating area shortly after and asked me how my food was. I told him, "It was lukewarm because it had sitting there so long." He said ,"Sorry," and walked rapidly away. I complained via their internal system and received an email offering me 25% off my next order. Why would I want to eat there again to have lukewarm food and service that was barely civil? The employees could care less and apparently upper management thinks people will come back for more if you offer them a dollar or two off their lukewarm food. Don' think so. read more

I just waited 24 minutes to get my food. I was dining in. Maybe 6 cars in the drive thru when I arrived. They left long before my food got to me. Two groups that came in after me received their food before me. They told me they lost my order. Worse part is some of my food was cold. I wanted to get ice cream but there was an individual with a large dog blocking the counter. I regularly go here and this was the second time I had a bad experience when they were not busy. One of the, if not the best, fast food in town. I was ecstatic when I found out they were being built a year (or more now?) ago. This is a northerners paradise. Cherry pepsi? YES! Malts? YES! The staff is AWESOME! My food always comes out fast and fresh. I recommend the Butterburger and cheese, add bacon! I stop by here often because the food is just THAT good. I've tried their fish- delicious. I've tried their sourdough melt- awesome. Recently tried their chicken tenders- no surprise, yummy! I love this place. read more

Stopped by on my way home a few days ago.When I got home my order was wrong. Called the store back since I was already home and the young lady Trina who took my order answered. I told her my burger was made completely wrong. She apologized and said she remembers taking the order and that she was sorry and when I get a chance to come by she would remake the entire order. I went by today they found my order in the computer and was remaking the entire order no problem. When i pull to the window the lady says we are only aking the burger not the whole meal. I told her that is not what Trina said. She hollered for Trina to come up and an older gentlemen rudely said we dont do that. I said once again that that was what i was told by Trina. He rudely said No again. Im not looking for handouts. I dont need their lies or their food if thats how it is. Wont be eating here or any Culvers again and no I did not need the burger after that. He was beyond rude and has ZERO customers service skills. He smirked at me as I explained the situation. When I asked to speak to a manager he smiled and said I am the manager. He literally accused me of lying about not getting an onion ring. He told me I got it because "he packed my bag of food"!! WTH!?! Like I'm trying to steal an onion ring?!? I've been going to Culver's in Michigan and Florida. This is my first visit to the Culver's on Highway 92 in Acworth. When the girl took my order she was apparently knew I had to repeat chocolate three times and onion rings twice the order came out with french fries. So they took back the hamburgers and brought them back without the onion rings were finished eating the hamburgers and the onion rings arrived. I ordered a pop cup for my dog which is supposed to be a small container of custard and came out with cream. The hamburgers were extremely salty. I will never go back to this location and I was really looking forward to a nice meal. $30 For two people for lunch a complete waste of money! read more

Tonight was our third visit to this location and all three times there was a problem. First visit we ordered 2 Culver Deluxe meals, asked "everything in the picture (pic contained lettuce, onions, tomatoes, etc), we said yes and mayo & mustard. Burgers came with just mayo and mustard. Second visit we asked 3 times for the fries in my kids meal until we finally received them. 30min BTW. This visit we ordered my kids meal and I asked for my vanilla shake later. We were notified for the first time that our child gets a custard with the meal, we have never been told that, when my wife went up later to get shake and custard the registrar lady told her that he doesn't get one. She showed receipts, asked again, 10-12 of discussions = no custard and no shake. As we left we were stopped by what appeared to be a manager. I explained everything, he explained some more, and instead of doing anything about this he wanted to go get a kids meal bag so we could see how the paper token worked. No asking if "what can I do to make it right", no can I refund you, no can I get you a complimentary ice cream, nothing but an empty bag to show us what WE did wrong.
