This Auto Spa is really a gem ! Top notch service, from dropping off your car, choice to get gas too if you wish, to paying (the store has drinks, accessories, cards, massage chairs inside while you wait, and chairs outside while you wait. The owner really knows and values their customers as to how well this place is managed, the workers are incredibly hardworking and all smiles, full of laughter as they do their jobs. I appreciate these kinds.. this goes to show how well they're cared for by their employers-- I hope they keep that in mind that without them, business won't flourish. I value this place-- price is not over priced and the atmosphere is welcoming and so I do support this place... just a block away from home, always open. Come check it out and see to experience yourself and I hope you can also do your review.

Warning for anyone thinking about going to Culver Auto Spa I paid $37.99 plus tip for a Super Wash at this location, and what I received was beyond disappointing ,it was insulting. My car was returned to me still dirty inside and out, with dust, dirt, and debris everywhere (see attached photos). It honestly looked like no one had even bothered to clean it. This is not just bad service , it's a complete lack of respect for customers' time and money. For almost $40, I expected at the very least a basic clean, but instead I left feeling cheated and frustrated. If you value your car, your money, and your time, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other car washes that actually deliver what they promise. What I experienced here was unacceptable, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I have been going to Culver Auto Spa for about 2 years now and I truly appreciate their attention to detail. They always leave my car feeling brand new, smelling good, and looking good! The workers are all very hardworking and management has excellent customer support. I appreciate how close it is to the UCI campus making it convenient for me to get my car cleaned whenever I need. I would recommend Culver Auto Spa if you're looking for a good basic car wash or higher end detailing. They will treat you like family here.

Culver Auto Spa is hands down the best. They wash my Tacoma every single week and it always comes out looking brand new. The attention to detail is amazing, the service is consistent, and they really care about doing a great job. I wouldn't trust my truck to anyone else. Highly recommend!

My truck had a big scratch alongside of my door! Daniel spent extra time getting rid of the 4 foot scratch without me saying anything to him. I've been go to Culver Auto Spa bi-weekly for the pass two years and I won't go anywhere else. They always go above and beyond my satisfaction! I highly recommend Them! read more

Have never had a bad experience here, and on the contrary, every time is a 10/10. I recommend the synthetic wax ($49) which comes with a Super Wash. The handiwork these guys do and their attention to detail will leave you completely satisfied. Wait times are great and they are friendly and wonderful people. Come and see for yourself! I have been to this place for couple times in the past. For basic cleaning it was $22 and $1 plus for SUV today. They do a so so job. The manager was always grumpy and unhappy when I told him I only wanted basic wash. Because of the high price, I usually dont tip and they were ok. Today, when I picked up my car, I handed over the receipt and said thank you. The guy was very angry and said: "that's it??"and turned around and left. This place has increased price couple times in the past and they sneakily charge you more for larger vehicle. Not honest place, ok job and bad attitude. After this experience, I will never go back again. read more

Just got my car washed today and they did a wonderful job with everything!! While waiting only a short 15 min, they were able to do a comprehensive detail and really took their time to clean every spot. They have amazing service and even offer a free scent for your car at the end! read more

I should have checked out the Yelp rating before I stopped in. If there was a possible negative rating I would select it. I bought the headlight lens defogging treatment. Service left my car with sand paper scratches all around both headlights. Management tried to huff scratches out before service was completed. I WILL NEVER VISIT this location again. read more

Visited Culver Auto Spa today and the manager was super friendly. He came over to make sure that everything was to our liking and was attentive to concerns that we had on a couple cracks we have on our cars glass. They were very careful and did a good job cleaning! read more

I used to go to this location frequently when it was run by the original owners. Since they sold it, there has been a succession of bad to worst owners. I experienced rude behavior, watched the managers berate the workers. I quit patronizing them. Today, I gave them another chance. We decided on the level of car wash we wanted before we arrived. The manager kept after and after us to increase to the next $$ level. He would not let up until I finally had to tell him "enough." After the wash, he came up to us again and wanted to charge us $40 to have our headlight covers cleaned. Again, he persisted until I had to forcefully tell him no. On top of that, the overall cleaning of the exterior was not great, and the interior likewise. All in all a negative experience. My wife also let me know that she had been there recently, and the same manager was also rude and made a face when she did not want to go to the most expensive wash. Never going back and will let me friends and coworkers know to not go there as well. read more

When I pulled up to the car wash my dog was in the car. She was barking but they handled it very well. They gave me my ticket and I proceed to wait. As it was closing the lights shut off. They could've asked my to move but instead the let me stay and they talked to me. They are very nice and compassionate people. I got back to my car when it was ready and it turns out they cleaned my tires even though I didn't pay for it. They also noticed they pissed a spot that sap and they went back without me telling them.I highly recommend this business, even thought it was busy when I went they did a great car wash. read more

14.99 basic wash +2.00 for SUV. Prices are par for the area. Exterior wash quality is good. Interior vacuum leaves a bit to be desired, unless you do a detail. My details have always been excellent. Waiting area has uncomfortable seating. (Backless benches are no good for older people waiting outside.). Staff consistently has attitude and unfriendly. This is especially true for wash/gas attendants. Management is unhelpful if you loose or get valuables wet. As always, DONT LEAVE ANYTHING VALUABLE IN YOUR CAR. This review would be 2 stars, but I added 1 for having a large assortment of snacks, TV and free wifi. read more

Worst than a drive thru car wash at a gas station. They car dried poorly and not cleaned inside. It was too late by the way I got in to see the detail since they were closing in 5 min. I drive off then saw the poor wash/clean. Pics attached to show how they didn't even wipe the inside. It's hard to get pics of the outside because of the reflection but it wasn't dried properly. There's not a lot of places to go for a good hand wash in Irvine and the reviews that this place has really don't do them justice. I had a great experience. They took care of my truck with the same attention to detail that I would have if washing it myself at home. Very thorough and the whole team was super nice. I'll definitely be a regular here. They ensured I understood the additional charge for a large truck and then they personally took care of my truck by making her look clean all the way around. Have been coming here for four years almost every week for three of my cars. They do the best job at reasonable price. I do a lot of off roaring and my truck gets really dirty, I trust these guys to keep it looking like new. After paying to get my car washed my husband asked for additional paper mats. The manager was called over to handle this request for some reason and was super aggressive. He told us that we could not have any additional mats in a VERY rude and unprofessional manner. Even threatened to call the police on my husband and took pictures of my car's license plate. I'm not even sure what he plans to do with the pictures considering the car wash service was paid in full. All of this over 3 paper mats. Unbelievable ‍ read more

Honestly I drive from Tustin Ranch every weekend because hands down they are the best car wash around. One of the last few full service car washes around that provide fast, dependable and excellent service. It's always extremely clean inside and out by the pumps, the trash, and the bathrooms. I have a neighbor, Khem, (pronounced like "kem") and he works at the station here. He and the other gentlemen are always extremely friendly and nice. I always enjoy briefly hanging out and chatting with Khem and the guys. The location is again very clean, safe, and I highly recommend it if you need to stop by for a quick fill up!! Recently, Chevron has started a "points" club and you can save on the first 3 fill ups a dollar off each gallon!! I highly recommend it!! Come in and ask my friend Khem about it and he'll get you signed up quick and easy!!

This isn't just where I get gas it's where entire chapters of my life have pulled up to pump 3. Different cars, same routine. The employees have watched my taste in vehicles evolve (and occasionally regress) and never once judged me. I've talked to every employee here. Not small talk real conversations. Life updates. "How's everything?" energy. This is the kind of place where, if I didn't show up for a few days, someone would absolutely notice and quietly wonder if I was okay or just cheating on them with another gas station. Literally nothing from this guy, it was like I was asking for a free car wash. He slams my rear mirrors instead of gently retracting them. I ask for a receipt and he finally says something, telling me to go inside. I walk up you the counter inside and same thing with the girl behind the counter. She asks and I answer 3 times that I JUST got a car wash. She has no clue how to print out the receipt. She has absolutely no idea what customer service is either. Hint: it starts with a hi and a smile, even if it's fake. And if you don't know how to be courteous to your (now former) customer, then at least know how to do your job right. DO NOT come here. Horrible place.

ATTENTION: Low Car Owners Ok so the review is not on the customer service. I give the customer service 3 stars because they didn't give me a good car wash for $35!. o_O If you ever been to Culver Auto Spa you know how it is to get in there.. You know what I mean??.. They got 2 entrances 1 from Culver and 1 from Michelson Dr.. I have a low car (Thats how it came from the company) and I was trying to get a car wash first I tried to to get in there from the Michelson Dr but the entrance was so bad that I think even a Corolla will have Increased bottoming out in that entrance. So I tried to use the entrance from culver and guess what the entrance is good but the drivers who waited like 5 minutes for the signal to turn GREEN are NOT!!. This Entrance is right after a Bus Stop which is right after intersection! That's Ironic! I When I was about to make an entrance at this place from culver this stupid driver almost rear-ended me. When I got there and I was waiting for the car wash I asked the mechanic guy that what you think about that entrance he tells me "Amigo I saw over 20+ accidents in there. I was like "What Kind of Accidents" He tell me "People rear-ended each other; even my boss got rear-ended couple times." What can I say about it now. read more

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Stay away from these thieves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only I don't want to give these guys any stars, I like to see them shut down. I work for a limo company and went in to get my car washed prior to picking up a passenger. I had to some loose change Ina cup and had a $100 in one of the compartments that wasn't easily visible. I know I should have taken it, but I figure who would snoop around on my car. Sure enough, I got my car back and my $100 bill was missing. Contacted the manager and they said you have to talk to Renee and then I followed up a couple of days later after them telling me that they will check the cameras. Finally I got in touch with another manager who informed me that he spoke with the owner and the owner said that there is nothing he can do. They didn't even do a good of cleaning my car. I brought my car several times to Culver Auto Spa and had to make the vacuuming again and again. When they called me to pick up my car today, I had the hesitation that the car is not cleaned well again. The exterior was cleaned and dried well but AGAIN the interior was not vacuumed well. I opened the trunk and it was not even touched! I had to go back to the place where they vacuum and redo it. I showed all the spots (underneath the seat, corners of the car, rear seat, trunk,...) where there was dust or dirt. The price is very reasonable and $11.99 for early birds (before 10am) but need to see the fully cleanness when I pick up my car... Hope next time... read more

My demon loves to play with it. heard about this on wonky radio, decided to give it a try. My co-worker Tyron has one of these. He says it looks stout. this Car wash is smooth. The box this comes in is 5 kilometer by 6 yard and weights 18 gram. heard about this on Kansas City jazz radio, decided to give it a try. I tried to impale it but got fudge all over it. I saw one of these in French Southern and Antarctic Lands and I bought one. The box this comes in is 3 kilometer by 5 inch and weights 13 ton. i use it every Tuesday when i'm in my store. one of my hobbies is antique-shopping. and when i'm antique-shopping this works great. talk about sadness! read more

As to detail, David is the person who does all the detailing on both my and my wife's Mercedes. I stopped by this car wash today, and they did such a great job! The staff was super friendly and made sure my car was cleaned really well, inside and out. They even hosed the mats. Been to this establishment multiple times since moving to Irvine and it has been the most reliable service for me for the last two years. Crew is always very fast and detailed with each wash, and they always radiate a kind and friendly vibe so I was never intimidated for asking for help from them. This place is super expensive and they barely will even wipe out anything on the inside of your car. We had stuff in the trunk and backseat so they didn't even need to vacuum or wipe that down and the guy was complaining about having to wipe the inside doors in the front seat. Will never come back. I would give a zero star if I could. Should've checked the review before I come. Guy is extremely rude, basically told me that no interior cleaning and can't cover outside corner as well because I only paid 32 bucks for a deluxe wash. Wow, where is the deluxe from a basic wash?
