We both smiled, and for a moment, the weight of the day felt lighter. Maria was also incredibly kind, cheerful, and welcoming. It reminded me that kindness doesn't have to be grand to make a difference. A smile, a little patience, and a few encouraging words can mean everything to someone who's struggling. The world needs more people like Isaac and Maria--people who perform random acts of kindness simply because they care. Thank you both for making my day a little brighter. I won't forget it.

I opted for the base option for $12 It got the job done and I will say the drive through did a pretty decent job of removing the dirt from my car. They offer vacuums and air hoses for post car wash, and there are plenty of spots to pull into. The only downside to my visit was this is the longest I've ever waited to go through a car wash. There was 1 car ahead of me in line when I pulled up and it took nearly 10 minutes. On the plus side, I guess it's a good sign that they do a really good job of spacing out the cars through the tunnel (I've seen my share of cars collide in a drive through wash due to being too close) Solid drive through car wash, a little pricier than others that you can find (basic for $10) but very conveniently located to several corporate offices in Irvine!

Everyone here is friendly and efficient. Steve, the owner, is great to work with and used to man the front of the house here. They have a really small area to park your car into their garage for the wash, so be mindful of the limited space when you come during busy times.

First thing to note--this place is easy to miss. I embarrassingly drove right past the entrance the first time because it's a pretty small opening and hard to spot if you're going even a little fast. Had to loop around the block and try again. Also, there's only space for about two cars to queue before you're basically spilling into the street. My girlfriend and I parked one behind the other, and honestly, another car behind us would've been halfway in the road. There is street parking nearby though if their little alcove is full. When we pulled in, there was a ton of activity--cars constantly moving through, getting cleaned, etc.--so it's clearly a popular spot. My girlfriend mentioned there have been times she's come and had to leave because the line was backed up into the street, so I think we got pretty lucky timing-wise. Price-wise, I think it's solid. For an exterior wash + interior clean, it felt reasonable. Since we came together, I think they held our cars to finish around the same time, so it ended up taking about 1-1.5 hours. Honestly not bad, especially since there are a bunch of cafes and restaurants within walking distance if you want to kill time. They also have a really nice waiting area--I even saw someone working on their laptop, so I'm guessing they might have Wi-Fi too. Now... my one big issue. They threw away my parking sticker. You know those apartment gate stickers that automatically open the gate? I had mine on my dashboard (still on the original backing because I sometimes lend it to friends who watch my cats). I get that it might not have been in the usual spot, but it very clearly wasn't trash. What made it more confusing is that they didn't even fully clear out small trash in my car--there were still a couple random paper/sticker backing pieces left behind, so it's not like they were just tossing everything indiscriminately. Also, for context--my car was clean going in. I don't keep stuff in my car beyond a reusable grocery bag or my tennis bag sometimes, and this was one of the rare times I even had a little bit of trash. So I don't think this was a situation where my car was cluttered and something got accidentally swept up in a bigger cleanup. That part was honestly frustrating. Overall, I would come back because they did a good job cleaning the car and the price is fair--but I'd definitely make sure to remove anything remotely important beforehand so there's no confusion next time.

Picked up the car and didn't think anything of it, didn't inspect the paint too closely because I assumed by the high reviews I'd be fine and taken care of. After going to fill gas at Costco the next day, under their great lighting, I noticed that my paint had swirls in it. Then I opened the gas cap and saw layer of dirt on the cap area. I've only had the car washed twice in its life (new car) and it was both done by Unique Car Wash, so there's no way it was done elsewhere, and even if it was, a wax should have taken care of the swirls by filling the scratches. This is probably the result of the place not doing a proper 2 step wash, using dirty microfiber towels and not even waxing the car. Other places offered the same service for $150 and offer claybar, wax, and other services. So I paid for a high end service, received a mediocre interior and exterior cleaning, and swirls in my paint. Don't recommend going here if you actually care about your cars paint, and if you want quality work done for a good price. Might as well take it to a drive through wash.

Had an appointment with Laura V. but she was with another customer so David, the host, sent me to see Simon C. Simon was professional and efficient. He got the paperwork done quickly while I waited in his office. They also had the loaner (a 2026 model with only 4000 miles!) waiting for me on the lot. The waiting room was gorgeous, sparkling clean, and well-stocked with snacks and beverages. Laura followed up later after I left. She also sent a video of my car to my husband phone, then mine, once the technician started to check the car in. Laura stayed in touch and updated on the status of the car, which was done by noon the next day. Pickup was smooth, and Laura pleasantly assisted throughout the whole process. I also wanted to thank David for his assistance and his pleasant demeanor. This dealership is first class and top notch on their service. My car was also washed and spotless when I picked it up. Receptionist could have been a bit more welcoming though. Thank you everyone for the phenomenal experience.

These guys are true pros! I brought in my 1999 Mercedes SLK to get the back and side windows…read moretinted. Of course, my luck struck and the convertible top stopped working today, which made accessing the rear window extremely difficult since it couldn't be put halfway down. To make matters harder, there are two tabs on each side that make getting into the corners almost impossible (see picture). Lino was super upfront and explained that without the top opening, it would be a tough job and he couldn't guarantee a 100% bubble-free installation. But after about three hours, it came out perfect! He pointed out a few tiny imperfections that will dry up and disappear as it cures, but reassured me that if anything is still there after a week, I can just bring it back and he'll fix it. What impressed me most is that even though the original quote assumed the top would come down to make the labor easier, he didn't charge me a dime extra for the additional effort. I highly recommend Top Tint Shop! They are super honest, friendly, and skilled at what they do. Plus, the waiting room is really comfortable, featuring a big puffy leather couch and complimentary snacks. I'll definitely be back to bring my wife's car to get the side windows tinted as well.

At that time, I felt it was a great option. This time, however, my experience was different. I am not sure whether it is because prices have gone up, but the tire looked repairable to me. Still, they told me it could not be patched and that I needed to buy a used tire instead. Since I was already there and the work needed to be done, I ended up paying $60 for a used tire. What disappointed me most was that I originally thought I would be able to keep my old tire and take it home, because I believed I could patch it myself and keep it as a spare. In the end, that was not how it worked. Their used tire replacement process meant they kept my original tire and gave me another used tire in exchange. So it did not really feel like I was simply buying a used tire for $60. It felt more like I was trading in my old tire, which did not even have a hole that obvious to me, and still paying $60 on top of that. The service was done quickly, but the overall experience left me feeling less satisfied than before. Next time, I would definitely compare prices and ask more questions at a few other shops before making a decision.on the car

I give the customer service 3 stars because they didn't give me a good car wash for $35!. o_O If you ever been to Culver Auto Spa you know how it is to get in there.. You know what I mean??.. They got 2 entrances 1 from Culver and 1 from Michelson Dr.. I have a low car (Thats how it came from the company) and I was trying to get a car wash first I tried to to get in there from the Michelson Dr but the entrance was so bad that I think even a Corolla will have Increased bottoming out in that entrance. So I tried to use the entrance from culver and guess what the entrance is good but the drivers who waited like 5 minutes for the signal to turn GREEN are NOT!!. This Entrance is right after a Bus Stop which is right after intersection! That's Ironic! I When I was about to make an entrance at this place from culver this stupid driver almost rear-ended me. When I got there and I was waiting for the car wash I asked the mechanic guy that what you think about that entrance he tells me "Amigo I saw over 20+ accidents in there. I was like "What Kind of Accidents" He tell me "People rear-ended each other; even my boss got rear-ended couple times." What can I say about it now. read more

I work for a limo company and went in to get my car washed prior to picking up a passenger. I had to some loose change Ina cup and had a $100 in one of the compartments that wasn't easily visible. I know I should have taken it, but I figure who would snoop around on my car. Sure enough, I got my car back and my $100 bill was missing. Contacted the manager and they said you have to talk to Renee and then I followed up a couple of days later after them telling me that they will check the cameras. Finally I got in touch with another manager who informed me that he spoke with the owner and the owner said that there is nothing he can do. They didn't even do a good of cleaning my car. I brought my car several times to Culver Auto Spa and had to make the vacuuming again and again. When they called me to pick up my car today, I had the hesitation that the car is not cleaned well again. The exterior was cleaned and dried well but AGAIN the interior was not vacuumed well. I opened the trunk and it was not even touched! I had to go back to the place where they vacuum and redo it. I showed all the spots (underneath the seat, corners of the car, rear seat, trunk,...) where there was dust or dirt. The price is very reasonable and $11.99 for early birds (before 10am) but need to see the fully cleanness when I pick up my car... Hope next time... read more

My demon loves to play with it. heard about this on wonky radio, decided to give it a try. My co-worker Tyron has one of these. He says it looks stout. this Car wash is smooth. The box this comes in is 5 kilometer by 6 yard and weights 18 gram. heard about this on Kansas City jazz radio, decided to give it a try. I tried to impale it but got fudge all over it. I saw one of these in French Southern and Antarctic Lands and I bought one. The box this comes in is 3 kilometer by 5 inch and weights 13 ton. i use it every Tuesday when i'm in my store. one of my hobbies is antique-shopping. and when i'm antique-shopping this works great. talk about sadness! read more

Jorge Perez is one of the managers there and he sees to it that all customers receive excellent service and attention to detail. As to detail, David is the person who does all the detailing on both my and my wife's Mercedes. I stopped by this car wash today, and they did such a great job! The staff was super friendly and made sure my car was cleaned really well, inside and out. They even hosed the mats. It looks amazing now. You can tell they care about doing a good job, and the whole experience was easy and stress-free. It took less than 30 minutes for an excellent hand wash. This place is super expensive and they barely will even wipe out anything on the inside of your car. We had stuff in the trunk and backseat so they didn't even need to vacuum or wipe that down and the guy was complaining about having to wipe the inside doors in the front seat. Will never come back. The wash tunnel itself does a solid job, leaving the car clean every time. What really stands out, though, is the staff. Everyone is helpful and welcoming. I want to give a special mention to Ramon, who I believe is the manager. He carries himself professionally and has been incredibly patient in answering all my (sometimes silly) questions. I highly recommend this car wash without hesitation.

We usually come 2 to 4 times per month, so the monthly pass usually works out for us. The common issue we run into is that if there's someone in the line before us that is unfamiliar with the process, it takes a while for an attendant to come out. They provide plenty of clean towels. It's nice to have all the supplies nearby.

The car wash is on the first floor. I have only entered the 1-2 parking structure from the "inside" of park plaza (not from Main), and its an immediate right then straight. I have brought in my car and my wife's car a few times and have been impressed each time. Other hand car washes I have gone to charge double just to wash the outside. They take care of the outside and inside of the car. Some reasons of why I will keep coming here: Both my car and my wife's car always look great after being washed here. I have all weather mats that were a mess and they came back looking brand new. They put a nice coat on the tires so they look new and shiny. Pro tip - when you exit the lot, don't roll down your window (facepalm). Move forward a bit and open your door to insert your ticket to exit. Thankfully it only took me one time to learn this lesson, hopefully saving you the hassle.
