Pretty terrible car wash but cheap so there's that. Got the basic package and the "Light Interior" cleaning they advertise is truly light. Got back into my car with makeup still on the door, sticky juice on the other door, and cup holders still dirty. Basically every surface in the door still has dust or dirt on part of it. Even the carpet is still crunchy like what the heck. I feel like I hired my little brother to clean my car. Like yes technically my car is cleaner, but I would not say it is clean. Do not recommend this place at all. Leaving a two star review because they were nice even though the wash was bad. read more

Top notch service, from dropping off your car, choice to get gas too if you wish, to paying (the store has drinks, accessories, cards, massage chairs inside while you wait, and chairs outside while you wait. The owner really knows and values their customers as to how well this place is managed, the workers are incredibly hardworking and all smiles, full of laughter as they do their jobs. I appreciate these kinds.. this goes to show how well they're cared for by their employers-- I hope they keep that in mind that without them, business won't flourish. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after two separate incidents at Culver Auto Spa in Irvine, I feel obligated to warn others. The first time I took my vehicle through their wash, the emblem on my car came off. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it until after I had already left the property, so they denied responsibility. When it happened a second time, I noticed immediately after exiting the wash and brought it to their attention right away. I was hoping they would make things right this time. The manager, Oscar, took down my phone number and told me he would order a replacement emblem once the owner was available. He assured me he would contact me. It's now been several days, and I have received no call, no update, and no response. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of only giving him my number and not getting his contact information in return. What disappoints me most isn't even the damaged emblem--it's the complete lack of follow-through and customer service afterward. When customers trust a business with their vehicles, they expect the business to treat those vehicles with the same care and respect they would their own. That simply was not my experience here. For a car wash located in such a nice part of Irvine, I expected much better accountability and professionalism. There are plenty of other car washes in the area that provide quality service and stand behind their work when issues arise. If you value your vehicle and expect a business to take responsibility when something goes wrong, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. read more

Warning for anyone thinking about going to Culver Auto Spa I paid $37.99 plus tip for a Super Wash at this location, and what I received was beyond disappointing ,it was insulting. My car was returned to me still dirty inside and out, with dust, dirt, and debris everywhere (see attached photos). It honestly looked like no one had even bothered to clean it. This is not just bad service , it's a complete lack of respect for customers' time and money. For almost $40, I expected at the very least a basic clean, but instead I left feeling cheated and frustrated. If you value your car, your money, and your time, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other car washes that actually deliver what they promise. What I experienced here was unacceptable, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. read more

I was recommended to get my car cleaned here, but to be completely honest, I would definitely NOT recommend this business. I went in and got the super wash and I was really excited to get my car cleaned but the staff was rude. Paid $40 for the wash for it to come out like garbage AND THEY SCRATCHED MY PORCHE (will put a picture below) BRAND NEW BTW got it 2 weeks ago. I'm going to call them but there's no way they will fix it for me. plus I asked the staff there and pointed out the dirt on the handles, side mirrors, unfinished tire, cleaning, and something that looked like sand in the back of my car. The quality I would've paid for a car wash like this would probably be like $10... way overpriced for whatever they did. The worker there also accused me of smoking in my car when I told him I didn't smoke saying that whatever was in my car was Ash. Mind you I drive a Porsche and would never smoke in my car nor do I smoke cigarettes. very rude, lazy work, damaged my car and will NEVER be coming back. read more

When I first got here, it had promise since the guy in the front seem so friendly. I paid like 55 for a wash and spray wax. I just got my car washed and paid extra for the waxing. Why did I get my car before everyone else than the other cars that was already there, and didn't see them wax my car. Lied and said they did when I asked. And my car is still kind of dirty. Been awhile since I left a review for any business, this is well deserved. Been coming here for over a year now and I've ALWAYS had great service. The guys take care of my vehicle, they pay attention to detail and make sure everything is wiped down with no water marks or streaks. They do the job as I would that's why I keep coming back. They are careful, professional and efficient. I highly recommend this place if you want your car carefully cleaned and detailed. This spot has everything too! Today I had the chance to visit this place for the first time, and despite the mixed ratings, I decided to give it a try. Overall, I want to say that I was very satisfied with the service. First of all, the prices are quite reasonable, and upon arrival, I was greeted by very friendly staff who explained the differences between the types of car washes. They also have very comfortable chairs in the waiting area where you can sit and relax while your car is being washed. This car wash has been my go to for a couple of years now. I always receive great service from the staff taking care of my vehicle, to the people inside the shop. I always receive a friendly greeting from familiar faces and I know my car will in goods hands and come out looking great inside and out. I typically do an basic wash or executive wash but after a couple of very busy months it was time for my car to have a deep clean and interior detailing. The staff as usual were great and the owner was incredibly kind to throw in a free wax detail. I had been on a couple of road trips and weekend getaways outdoors so the inside of my car was the worst it had been in a while. I am a 15-years customer of Culver Auto & Spy, and I always come here for gas and to buy cigarettes. Today, I came in and was on the phone with the government on a very important call, and I asked the saleswoman to please give me a pack of Gold Marlboro Shorts. Behind the cashier, --two were Gold and Silver Marlboro--and she pointed at them with her finger, and I said, "No, I want the Gold Marlboro Shorts." Then this woman, in a very rude and unpleasant tone, said, "Can you talk,??????? She's very rude very low class This is not customer service in California." Here, customer service should come first, and after 15 years, I prefer not to shop at Culver Auto & Spy anymore. I wouldn't recommend it; the customer service is weak, and the cashier today was extremely rude. read more

I just want to share my interaction it will be your choice to come here or not. The Owner has self-centered arrogant self-righteous asinine attitude, and I believe he is Korean. After I explained to him if he could cool off my brakes for 5-10 minutes he said "No, you have to leave!" All I wanted was for them to wait a little bit before washing my car since I had ceramic brakes. I also asked for them not to send my car through the machine and manually wash it instead. The owner disregarded what I requested and sent it through anyway. I went to the restroom and came out to get a ticket which the owner never gave me, but mentioned I had lost it myself and he gave it to me. He never gave me any ticket to begin with and the workers there even found it taped to my window. He even boasts about having a "10 million dollar insurance policy, and whatever problem the insurance can fix" I do not know about you, but when an owner boasts about problems and he has insurance to cover them that means he has had problems in the past before yet he does not take ownership in the issues he is causing. The workers were great! The Owner is not at all pleasant or empathetic. He seems to be always right even when he is wrong. Value? You have a better deal going to a Gas Station Car Wash than this place. Go a little further away and find one for $10.00 less than this place. The person who wiped down my car even apologized for the owner. How sad is it when an employee has to apologize for the owner? How said is it he does not even know anything about cars yet he owns a car wash? The owner does not even give them a proper meal. They have to pay for their meal at the counter when they want something from the snack shop. read more
