Brought my car in because there was bird poop on it. Poop was still on there after the wash was done. Not only that, but other basic dirt stains were still on it afterwards. I'm convinced they didn't even look at my car while washing it. You're better off parking your car next to a sprinkler. and 30$?? It seems like they rushed the entire thing. I still had water spots on the outside of my car from before. Barely scrubbed the car and bird crap on my hood and the front end. Haven't been here in years but have it another try. Priced shot up to nearly $40 for a basic wash which I understand cost of doing business has gone up . However what's inexcusable are the deep scratches that will appear on your car. These are not minor scratches that you can sort of buff out with your hand or a rag. These are deep scratches and they appear in more places than one. My guess is the spinning rags or runs through are too thin or they come too close to the car where the metal apparatus cuts into your cars body. I will not be coming again because it's apparent if your car is the wrong shape or size you will leave with major damage and deep scratches read more

Everytime I come here, I always have to ask to reclean. My car wasn't vacuumed inside. The trunk is still disgusting and none of the sap and bug stains were cleaned off, I had to go back and do it myself. The steering wheel wasn't even touched and I know because there was grease still when I left. It's all about quantity and seeing how many cars they can turn and burn. Literally pointed out a bunch of spots after they were done and their answer was like it needs to be polished. Then I used my finger nail to show them it doesn't. They didn't even touch my side view mirror. So dirty. It's ridiculous how poor of a job they do when I'm spending 50 dollars or more. I lived not too far from the store, and have passed several times but never had a chance to come in. This is a completely different experience compared to automatic car wash, since you got three people cleaning your car. One thing that I am not a fan of the express car wash is that it doesn't clean the wheel very well, but here you got people cleaning places you wouldn't normally clean. The place is perfect example of no quality of work done in any aspect. The people working there are immune to these feedback starting from the manager himself (Mr. Jose) who would say that the car was brought in bad and thus it is bad even after the expensive car wash. I have been going here for past 1 year for car wash but lately since start of 2023 April-may The owners of this outlet are not even worried of the business it seems as the employees working here are too arrogant in response to the customer the work quality has degraded drastically. I won't say it's the employees fault as the store manager is himself is too arrogant his recommendation for me was ok if you have been bring the car bere for so long. Haven't seen my car look this good since I bought it new. The hand wax is what made the difference between a standard hand wash. The car looks so good I sort of feel guilty for not getting a complete detail more often.
