Always does a great job! Price is really reasonable. Will highly recommended this place.

I have been going to Culver Auto Spa for about 2 years now and I truly appreciate their attention to detail. They always leave my car feeling brand new, smelling good, and looking good! The workers are all very hardworking and management has excellent customer support. I appreciate how close it is to the UCI campus making it convenient for me to get my car cleaned whenever I need. I would recommend Culver Auto Spa if you're looking for a good basic car wash or higher end detailing. They will treat you like family here. read more

Pretty terrible car wash but cheap so there's that. Got the basic package and the "Light Interior" cleaning they advertise is truly light. Got back into my car with makeup still on the door, sticky juice on the other door, and cup holders still dirty. Basically every surface in the door still has dust or dirt on part of it. Even the carpet is still crunchy like what the heck. I feel like I hired my little brother to clean my car. Like yes technically my car is cleaner, but I would not say it is clean. Do not recommend this place at all. Leaving a two star review because they were nice even though the wash was bad. read more

I've been coming here for years and they've never let me down. Consistent, thorough wash every time, and the staff are always friendly.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! On Sunday June 14, 2026 my residence keys were STOLEN from the console section of my vehicle. Management was/is UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. They cannot be trusted and I encourage everyone to NOT patronize this unethical firm. Instead of Culver Auto Spa...it should be STICKY FINGERS Auto Spa. read more

Great car wash with excellent service! The prices are very reasonable, the staff is fast and efficient, and they do a great job. Definitely a convenient place to get your car looking clean and fresh without spending too much. Highly recommend! read more

When I first got here, it had promise since the guy in the front seem so friendly. I paid like 55 for a wash and spray wax. I just got my car washed and paid extra for the waxing. Why did I get my car before everyone else than the other cars that was already there, and didn't see them wax my car. Lied and said they did when I asked. And my car is still kind of dirty. I actually feel ripped off. Never again read more

I got a basic wash and my car is clean inside and out! It was pretty quick too since there are times where multiple people are working on one car. I love the service and do not have to worry about cleaning the inside of my car myself. Will be going back again! read more

so disappointed I took my and my girlfriend to this location a deluxe super Car Wash pay $140 plus $20 tip and in return they lost her carpet they didn't vacuum none of these cars good stain was everywhere. They even put scotch tape over her and when we call the manager Scott he make fun of us. He laughed and he said you're not gonna get your money back do whatever you like to do poor customer service even one star is too much for this business. read more

To start off the staff was very nice and helpful. They helped my pick the right wash and proceeded to get the job done as well as the cashier. read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after two separate incidents at Culver Auto Spa in Irvine, I feel obligated to warn others. The first time I took my vehicle through their wash, the emblem on my car came off. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it until after I had already left the property, so they denied responsibility. When it happened a second time, I noticed immediately after exiting the wash and brought it to their attention right away. I was hoping they would make things right this time. The manager, Oscar, took down my phone number and told me he would order a replacement emblem once the owner was available. He assured me he would contact me. It's now been several days, and I have received no call, no update, and no response. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of only giving him my number and not getting his contact information in return. What disappoints me most isn't even the damaged emblem--it's the complete lack of follow-through and customer service afterward. When customers trust a business with their vehicles, they expect the business to treat those vehicles with the same care and respect they would their own. That simply was not my experience here. For a car wash located in such a nice part of Irvine, I expected much better accountability and professionalism. There are plenty of other car washes in the area that provide quality service and stand behind their work when issues arise. If you value your vehicle and expect a business to take responsibility when something goes wrong, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. read more

When our local car wash closed in Newport Beach, I thought there would be no other good options. Turns out just a short ride from Newport Beach is this car wash. It's a wonderful experience! Always speedy and you are able to purchase fuel. I also appreciate lots of shade while waiting for your car. read more

Very nice people extremely reasonable pricing. Do a great job every time and very fast.

Always love coming here, great car wash always and super kind staff! Affordable too. Definitely recommend

I was recommended to get my car cleaned here, but to be completely honest, I would definitely NOT recommend this business. I went in and got the super wash and I was really excited to get my car cleaned but the staff was rude. Paid $40 for the wash for it to come out like garbage AND THEY SCRATCHED MY PORCHE (will put a picture below) BRAND NEW BTW got it 2 weeks ago. I'm going to call them but there's no way they will fix it for me. plus I asked the staff there and pointed out the dirt on the handles, side mirrors, unfinished tire, cleaning, and something that looked like sand in the back of my car. The quality I would've paid for a car wash like this would probably be like $10... way overpriced for whatever they did. The worker there also accused me of smoking in my car when I told him I didn't smoke saying that whatever was in my car was Ash. Mind you I drive a Porsche and would never smoke in my car nor do I smoke cigarettes. very rude, lazy work, damaged my car and will NEVER be coming back. read more

Been awhile since I left a review for any business, this is well deserved. Been coming here for over a year now and I've ALWAYS had great service. The guys take care of my vehicle, they pay attention to detail and make sure everything is wiped down with no water marks or streaks. They do the job as I would that's why I keep coming back. They are careful, professional and efficient. I highly recommend this place if you want your car carefully cleaned and detailed. This spot has everything too! You can get gas, and there's an auto service center so you can get an oil change or a smog as well as a full service detail in the same strip as well as snacks and drinks. read more

They are fast and the car looks very clean! I recommend this place! The waiting area is nice!

Today I had the chance to visit this place for the first time, and despite the mixed ratings, I decided to give it a try. Overall, I want to say that I was very satisfied with the service. First of all, the prices are quite reasonable, and upon arrival, I was greeted by very friendly staff who explained the differences between the types of car washes. They also have very comfortable chairs in the waiting area where you can sit and relax while your car is being washed. That's pretty much all I expected everything was great, and I was completely satisfied. Thank you very much!My car is clean and fresh . I will definitely come back again. read more

Solid car wash. Front desk attendant was superlative. Irvine benefits from having a high end car wash. I come here often.

The manager, Antonio, was very nice and offered me additional services at no additional cost. I definitely recommend this service to people trying to get their car very clean, and very quickly. read more

I absolutely love this car wash center service is always superb they don't leave a spec of dirt, fingerprint or smudge. The spray wax treatment is hands down the best choice to get. They automatically gave me the senior discount without me asking!! If you're in the area give them a try!! read more

I'm a regular here! Love getting my car washed here whenever I'm in the area. It's the only establishment that refers to me as "boss" instead of "m'am" or "miss" - a real ego boost. I usually just go for the basic or super wash :) read more

Great place to come get your car hand washed! No micro scratches from drive through places

We need more full service car washes like Culver Auto Spa. It is nice having the interior and exterior cleaned so quickly.

I always come here to get my car hand washed, It's ideally located, making it easy to access. The staff here are truly wonderful. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with friendly smiles and quick service. If you ask them any question they can explain professionally. The service was quick but thorough, and I didn't have to wait long at all, which is always a huge bonus when you're on a tight schedule. They also have a nice place for waiting where you can get snacks, drinks and a nice selection of cards which I always love to look at and get some for my friends. read more

This is hands-down one of the best car wash experiences I've had. The wash itself is super thorough my car came out spotless, shiny, and looking brand new every single time. Everyone is friendly, efficient, and actually seems to care about doing a good job . The process is quick, smooth, and there's even an awesome place to lounge around while you wait! Great prices, great service, and consistently great results. If you want a proper and affordable car wash I highly recommend Culver's auto wash! read more

The information is misleading. It's not 100% hand wash. They use a machine and hand dry. Big difference. Waste of my time and gas.

Amazing service, my car was washed clean, and the workers are extremely efficient. No long wait like many other car wash/detail shops

I had such a great experience here and I can honestly say this is one of the best car washes I've been to. From the moment I pulled in, the staff was professional, friendly, and attentive. They explained the different wash options clearly and made me feel like my car was in good hands. The actual wash itself was thorough -- not just a quick rinse. My car came out looking brand new. The exterior had a spotless shine, the tires were dressed perfectly, and even the small details like the mirrors and rims were cleaned with care. Inside, everything was vacuumed so neatly, the dashboard and cup holders were wiped down, and the car smelled fresh without being overpowering. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and the pride they take in their work. They didn't rush the job, and it's obvious they want every customer driving away happy. The prices are very fair for the quality you're getting, and it feels worth every penny. I'll definitely be coming back regularly, and I'd highly recommend this car wash to anyone who wants their car looking its absolute best. read more

This car wash has been my go to for a couple of years now. I always receive great service from the staff taking care of my vehicle, to the people inside the shop. I always receive a friendly greeting from familiar faces and I know my car will in goods hands and come out looking great inside and out. I typically do an basic wash or executive wash but after a couple of very busy months it was time for my car to have a deep clean and interior detailing. The staff as usual were great and the owner was incredibly kind to throw in a free wax detail. I had been on a couple of road trips and weekend getaways outdoors so the inside of my car was the worst it had been in a while. I was okay not expecting perfection but I was stunned how everything turned out! It was as good as new! Needless to say I'll be doing my next auto detailing here. read more

I am a 15-years customer of Culver Auto & Spy, and I always come here for gas and to buy cigarettes. Today, I came in and was on the phone with the government on a very important call, and I asked the saleswoman to please give me a pack of Gold Marlboro Shorts. Behind the cashier, --two were Gold and Silver Marlboro--and she pointed at them with her finger, and I said, "No, I want the Gold Marlboro Shorts." Then this woman, in a very rude and unpleasant tone, said, "Can you talk,??????? She's very rude very low class This is not customer service in California." Here, customer service should come first, and after 15 years, I prefer not to shop at Culver Auto & Spy anymore. I wouldn't recommend it; the customer service is weak, and the cashier today was extremely rude. read more

Great quick n easy place! For affordable prices. One of the only places nearby that'll vacuum for you. Bc I'm just a girl !!

TERRIBLE service and extremely POOR value. This establishment attracts customers due to its location and imposes a significant premium on affluent Orange County drivers. However, it certainly does not merit more than a 1-star rating. Just Terrible Place !!! The team neglects to pay attention to any details or even vacuum properly. Expect to receive a half done job dor $40-$50 USD !!!! Just terrible. The service feels rushed, and they quickly move on to the next car, charging exorbitantly high prices. DO NOT recommend it. read more
