Gentleman that greets me seems to be owner. He was very attentive and customer service driven. I recently acquired a new vehicle and hadn't had a wash for some time. Excellent service, hard working staff, affordable prices. Stop by and check out for yourself! read more

I just want to share my interaction it will be your choice to come here or not. The Owner has self-centered arrogant self-righteous asinine attitude, and I believe he is Korean. After I explained to him if he could cool off my brakes for 5-10 minutes he said "No, you have to leave!" All I wanted was for them to wait a little bit before washing my car since I had ceramic brakes. I also asked for them not to send my car through the machine and manually wash it instead. The owner disregarded what I requested and sent it through anyway. I went to the restroom and came out to get a ticket which the owner never gave me, but mentioned I had lost it myself and he gave it to me. He never gave me any ticket to begin with and the workers there even found it taped to my window. He even boasts about having a "10 million dollar insurance policy, and whatever problem the insurance can fix" I do not know about you, but when an owner boasts about problems and he has insurance to cover them that means he has had problems in the past before yet he does not take ownership in the issues he is causing. The workers were great! The Owner is not at all pleasant or empathetic. He seems to be always right even when he is wrong. Value? You have a better deal going to a Gas Station Car Wash than this place. Go a little further away and find one for $10.00 less than this place. The person who wiped down my car even apologized for the owner. How sad is it when an employee has to apologize for the owner? How said is it he does not even know anything about cars yet he owns a car wash? The owner does not even give them a proper meal. They have to pay for their meal at the counter when they want something from the snack shop. read more

Selections are well priced, the car wash time was quick and they did an amazing job! The staff was also super friendly

Best hand wash in Irvine by far. It is not a $10 car wash but you get what you pay for. It's a one stop shop for maintenance, gas, and a car wash. read more

Best car wash in Newport Irvine area. People are friendly, good wash, snack selection could be better but I should probably lay off those anyway. read more

This place has amazing service and they do a great job, extremely professional, and friendly staff!

Quality service at a reasonable price (at least for the area). Other than less than friendly behind the counter service at times, I highly recommend. read more

The crew at culver auto spa is fantastic. I took my truck to get a complete detail & they walked me through the process. The manager even came out & was attentive to me so I felt well taken care of. It's not a cheap detail however they do go the extra mile to make you feel like you are getting your moneys worth. I will be back here. Thanks! read more

Brought my car in because there was bird poop on it. Poop was still on there after the wash was done. Not only that, but other basic dirt stains were still on it afterwards. I'm convinced they didn't even look at my car while washing it. You're better off parking your car next to a sprinkler. and 30$?? Buy a water bottle from a vending machine and you can get an equivalent service. Called to ask for a refund for this incredibly expensive wash afterwards, was told it was not possible. Not sure what service they provided besides putting water on my car and not cleaning anything read more

This is my car right after the carwash. Pathetic. Did not even open my trunk once. I literally wiped my dashboard with the wet tissue in my car. I would have asked for a refund but had to be somewhere. Would not recommend. read more

Culver Auto Spa - Clean store! - Auto Detailing Near Me - Irvine, California

I've been here a few times and they usually do an amazing job. Attention to detail and a good service but this time was VERY different. Came on my lunch break. It seems like they rushed the entire thing. I still had water spots on the outside of my car from before. Barely scrubbed the car and bird crap on my hood and the front end. The interior was partially wiped down and half vacuumed. The windows were spotted from the spray they used and half wiped down. read more

Great service all the times I have been here. The staff are always quick to help me out with my car. Even without the more expensive packages, they still vacuum the car well. Sometimes the lines are long during peak hours but the workers make sure to keep the flow moving so the wait doesn't seem that long at all. I plan to continue to come back to this location. read more

I've been coming to this place on and off for the past 6 years for a car wash and I finally gave in to their offer of cleaning my headlights. BEST DECISION! My car is 19 years old and it's been a while since it's looked like this. They gave me a decent price and it didn't take very long. I know I'll be getting a clean car whenever I go for a wash and the people who work there and so nice and so thorough. Culver Auto Spa is the best car wash! Been coming here for many years and the people are always very nice and considerate. My car wash is always very thorough and they do a diligent yet still efficient job! usually they're good..I paid $45 just to come back to the car within like 25-30minutes which felt oddly quick compared to other visits. There's still trash in places, barely wiped down.. not worth it I'm upset read more

I've gone here twice and BOTH times they never even wiped the seats. I just paid for a detailed wash and it was $100 just for interior and they DIDNT CLEAN ANYTHING! This place rocks, I come here when my tire pressure gets low for air (can bring cash tip if you like) and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Never had to wait and I recommend it to all my friends for repair, car wash, and other service! read more

Haven't been here in years but have it another try. Priced shot up to nearly $40 for a basic wash which I understand cost of doing business has gone up . However what's inexcusable are the deep scratches that will appear on your car. These are not minor scratches that you can sort of buff out with your hand or a rag. These are deep scratches and they appear in more places than one. My guess is the spinning rags or runs through are too thin or they come too close to the car where the metal apparatus cuts into your cars body. I will not be coming again because it's apparent if your car is the wrong shape or size you will leave with major damage and deep scratches read more

I really loved the experience from Culver Auto Spa. Antonio and Jorge gave me excellent customer service and really took care of my family and I. Been coming here for 7 years. I started with my 2005 Chevy Malibu, upgraded to a older Benz and now drive a new C63S AMG. I say this to say that it doesn't matter what I'm driving these guys show the utmost respect as if I'm driving a Lamborghini every time. My friends now, these fellas are always Friendly, Respectful, Hardworking, and extremely thorough. From the moment you enter and hand over your keys the manager Jorge greets you with a smile and you know you're in good hands. I lived not too far from the store, and have passed several times but never had a chance to come in. This is a completely different experience compared to automatic car wash, since you got three people cleaning your car. One thing that I am not a fan of the express car wash is that it doesn't clean the wheel very well, but here you got people cleaning places you wouldn't normally clean. Highly recommended, and for sure will come back again. read more
