Wow , never I have seen so much space between tables ! It's SPACIOUS ! Loved the atmosphere inside . Very good restaurant to have a peaceful talk . Service was awesome too. They got our food in 10-15 mins , which was ok. We just loved their peri peri fries ! Wow . One of my favorite ... we also had a a chicken burger kinda veg burger ! Interesting dish . We loved it . What a great experience! I placed an order for pickup today. I had a meeting at 12:30, but it wouldn't allow time to order for an earlier time on their website. So, I texted the restaurants number and they got back to me right away and accommodated an earlier time for me to pick it up! Based on the reviews I ordered the chicken sandwich and Caesar salad and it did not disappoint. I was a little worried it might be oily as most fried foods are but I finished feeling super satisfied and not grossly full compared to other fried foods. The crispiness of the sandwich was on point as well! I was also amazed at the size of the kale salad given I had just ordered a side, but I was so happy with the portion! Great experience! Cultivate represents what small business and good eating is all about. I didn't catch his name (assuming the owner) but my wife and I walked in to very warm greetings. I look around and saw beautiful decorations throughout the place and lots of space. Felt very cozy walking in. Anyway, let's get to what you all are waiting for... the food was great. Two of us dined in. The restaurant feels very pop-up. Pretty sure we were sitting on Ikea patio chairs. Nice decor and polite staff, but they told us to order through our phone, which I considered tedious. Paying through the phone didn't work for us so they were happy to take payment at the counter. The crispy fried mushrooms were amazing, enough for 4 people. The chicken piccata was delicious, also very generous portions, especially with added mushrooms. My date got a chicken sandwich, which was good. He opted for chili cheese fries instead of the included fries- again the cheese fries were twice as much as he needed. My friend suggested to check this spot out on for our next date and i'm so glad we did! It has a free parking lot which is a plus. The space is open and laid back. There's a couple of tables if you want to dine in. I love how and each person at the table can place an order through scanning a QR code. My friend and I decided to order the nachos and crispy fried shrooms. They were both soooo good especially the nachos! The fried shrooms came with an aioli that was a perfect match. For our mains, the not a chicken sandwich paired with fries. The sandwich was super tasty and filling. Of course we saved room for the dessert; GET THE CHOCOLATE CHIP WALNUT COOKIES! Food was delicious, specifically the fried mushroom appetizer with the homemade mustard sauce was our favorite! While I wish the portions were bigger for the price that we paid, the quality of the food was excellent. They also had a local farmer of mushrooms selling mushrooms in the restaurant, pretty neat. Local supporting local is what it's all about . The service was very offhand, customers were instructed to input their own orders on their phones and pay on them as well. While we were brought water and our food was run, no servers checked on us during our dining time. At one point I had to get up to find one of them with a question. This type of dining definitely has its charm, however more paper menus would be beneficial for those who don't have service on their phones or honestly for those who prefer not to be on their phones during dinner. Lastly, The computer system automating 20% tip on your bill for laid-back and minimal service, seems a bit insulting to those who work in the industry and do much more. It also puts customers in an awkward position making them feel as though they have to tip that much. And just to clarify, I am a fellow server who tips at least 25% anywhere I go. The service here did not earn it, but of course I gave it to them anyway since it made me feel too weird to choose a lower tip amount. All in all, we enjoyed our dinner and the ambience very much. I would absolutely recommend the food here again, and hope the service becomes more interactive in the future. I've been here a multiple times and the food has always been great and the staff also wonderful. Last time I went, my mom ordered a burger that she'd ordered before but this time they had new buns with sesame seeds on it which she cannot eat. She asked the waiter if she could get two bottom buns and he told us there would probably be some seeds left on it. My mom said not to worry about it, she was fine with just the fries, but they INSISTED on getting her something else free of charge. She ended up getting the manchurian cauliflower, but without a ranch dressing on the side instead of the usual sauce because she cannot handle spicy food at all and it was really good. Time came around to pay and the burger hadn't been taken off the receipt, which was fine. They gave us something else instead so my mom didn't mind paying for it. The waiter literally came running out the door to stop my mom from paying because it hadn't been taken off the receipt. It was implied, based on past dining experiences, that when using the QR code menu a sever would still take our order. In reality, anyone using the QR code is expected to place the order and pay even when dining in. This extended our wait time unfortunately. The food however was so good! The "chicken" was really good and full of flavor. The signature sauces on the sandwiches were tasty. The fries were the perfect mix of crunchy and soft. The restaurant was decorated nicely and had plenty of seating. They also had a good amount of parking as well. The service was great. We were quickly greeted, and we were seated. We were finally in the area and had a chance to try Cultivate! The facade is unassuming but the interior is beautiful with a great vibe - lovely decor, soft music, live plants and succulents around. The calimari was very garlicky, but delicious! Everything was so good.
