Came to this spot jot too long ago. I actually thought it was closed down until I was invited this month. Surprised to see that it's up and going. It's clean inside, tables and cue sticks even chalks are well maintained. Carpet and tables are clean. Lighting is even great. Not too dark. And the people are there to play. Decent crowd. Respectful and mind their business. There's even an elite section. We ordered from the bar and just tap but cups and pitcher were clean. (This matters a lot to me). Please to say I'd like to come back. I'm

I haven't been here for years but recently got reminded of this place so decided to drop in and give it a go! Didn't try the food but the nachos definitely looked delicious so I'll try that next time. They had a good selection of sour beers as well as other craft beers here so that's definitely a plus for me! Tables were well kept I definitely will be back soon!

A great place to play pool! I've been to a few other billiards locations in the area and definitely enjoy Cuetopia the most. It is a large space with plenty of room for groups and a lot of parking available. They are open from 5pm-2am everyday. Cuetopia has at least 20 pool tables, arcade games, digital jukebox, snacks, beer, and sodas. Reasonably priced for all there is to enjoy there. The staff I've met so far have been friendly & provided great service. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing experience at Cuetopia! The staff were very welcoming and the vibes were 100% up to par. The space is perfect for a small-medium group; there's plenty of tables in the showroom. The jukebox is digital (which was a nice touch) so you can control from your table. Drink menu was great, even got to try an IPA I haven't seen on the shelves! Pricing was great, not too expensive for 2 games (they charge by the time you spend there). Parking is accessible as it's in a fairly large plaza and there are plenty spots to eat within walking distance. Overall had a great time and definitely would be back!

My boyfriend and I have been coming to Cuetopia way before our relationship started. When he came back on leave after two years from the military, we of course had to have a reunion with friends at Cuetopia! The staff here are friendly and amazing, the service is fantastic and the atmosphere is great. Highly recommend for a game of pool!

This was a fun spot to come through with a group of friends and play billiards, the staff delivered excellent customer service, and they have some small bites and cold beer on tap, not too much else needs to be said. I will definitely be back again!

Damage at end of cue stick but at least it was straight

As hard as it is to find a billiards hall in Santa Clara County these days, I've only recently visited Cuetopia. They've been around for some time based on the exterior of the building. Inside, there are 25 tables to laid out in a room with nothing else eliciting any type of emotion. For $19/hr for two people to play, I neither found it overly expensive nor a good value. There were several cue sticks that weren't straight and the table we were playing on had some warping so we noticed some lateral run on struck balls along one of the rails. I went on a Sunday evening and it wasn't crowded at all, just a no frills place to kill an hour or two.

After being seated, our table went unnoticed for approximately 15 minutes despite multiple staff members passing by. When I approached a staff member with a black bun in her hair to ask for assistance, I was asked, "Were you seated by a staff member, or did you seat yourself?" After explaining that we had a reservation and had been seated, I was told, "Someone will be right there." It was another five minutes before our server came to the table. When he attempted to walk away after taking our drink orders, we had to stop him to place our food order as well. Our drinks then took an additional 20 minutes to arrive. They were only brought out after I asked a passing bartender for assistance, who then had to locate our server and remind him that our table had not received our drinks. Unfortunately, the issues continued with the food. I was extremely disappointed to learn that the fried calamari is made with imitation squid, and the quality of the remaining dishes was unacceptable. My quesadilla appeared to have been microwaved, resulting in one half being cold while the other half was excessively hot. My mother's flautas were soggy, falling apart, and not served at an acceptable standard. Additionally, we requested waters from our server three separate times, and they were never brought to our table, as well as refills of the drinks we currently had were never offered. What was most disappointing was seeing other tables that were seated after us receive attentive service while our table was repeatedly overlooked. I would appreciate clarification regarding what happened during our visit and how this situation will be addressed moving forward.

I decided, for the World Cup final, to haul ass to Almaden and watch it here. I arrived roughly an hour or so before the match was scheduled to begin and seated myself at the bar. The staff were nice and attentive, and prices are just okay for standard pub fare in my opinion. I kept it simple by deciding to get just a club soda and a simple grilled cheese sandwich. The total for both (without tip) was $19.70. Not the cheapest, but I've seen more expensive pub fare elsewhere. The club soda was as good as any, but the grilled cheese sandwich was a bit disappointing. It was small and lukewarm, and the accompanying fries were bland as well. For now, I give them a solid three stars. If I come back and the food is better next time around, I'll post a new and higher-ranked review. 3 stars

Within easy walking distance of plenty of parking and a parking garage if you don't find anything on the street nearby . Reservations were easy to make and they had a cute light up Happy Birthday sign waiting on the table! The ambiance was dark but had great ambient lighting . I loved the green velvet booths and decor , which evoked old Hollywood glamour ! Tables were set up in way that you didn't have to maneuver around them to get to the bathroom which was roomy and clean! There was a bat and lounge area to one side and seated dining on the other , Our server Camille was amazing ! So attentive and her timing got delivering each Sri name course was on point . Birthday girl asked for suggestions a fruity house cocktail. Instead of just rattling off the fruity drinks, she asked questions to personalize a suggestion and described each drink! The food was fresh and presented nicely. One of my friends and I decided to each order the poke tacos . I loved them! Even though it was probably an appetizer is the right amount for a light meal. My friends ordered the Korean spice chicken and pan seared salmon and they both complimented their meal. After our first visit last night, I think it's safe to say it is probably the best Happy Hour offering in the SF South Bay. Good quality, good value, great service and nice club/lounge ambiance. Here's what we shared food-wise... * HH Garlic Noodles -- This didn't quite meet my expectation. Described as a "perfectly cooked pasta tossed in rich garlic butter", what we got was more like a soft udon type noodle with a rather starchy garlic sauce. The taste was definitely very garlicky, but the dish could have been much better with an al dente pasta tossed in an actual garlic butter or olive oil. * HH Wagyu Smash Burger -- This was yum! Great flavor, nicely grilled served on a toasted soft brioche bun. ($15 on HH versus $32 witha side of fries on the Dinner Menu :o) * HH Hamachi Crudo -- This was superb! Fresh generous slices of yellowtail topped with sliced lemon, jalapeno, tobiko and microgreens, perfectly matched with Ponzu sauce. ($12 on HH for 4 pieces versus $23 for 5 pieces on the Dinner menu) * HH Crab Cakes -- 2 medium sized blue crab cakes with diced mango and spicy aioli. Pretty decent for $14. * HH Crispy Brussels Sprouts -- Good standard fare. For drinks, we enjoyed... * HH Weather Pinot Noir -- Our server, Mikayla, said it was her favorite wine on the HH menu. It was very nice. * HH Mango Deck -- Reposado, Jalapeno syrup, lime and mango puree with a 151 rum flambee. Great drink if you like sweet, sour and spicy... and it comes with a show as the 151 rum is lit. Will definitely return. Would love to try the HH Grand Seafood Tower with oysters, yellowtail and salmon sashimi, shrimp and lobster ($65 on HH) which we saw another table order. Looks like a great place for a larger party celebration too.
