A little hidden next to a Joann's fabric, but not bad for a billiards place. Has all the essentials: beer and food, pool tables, a jukebox, and even a little lounge area for darts. It seems a bit expensive but still, a good fun time with friends is always worth the money! This place isn't dingy or too dark like most pool halls, has a good tv to watch sports or whatever else they put on and the place looks clean (yay for clean bathrooms!). Good local spot to go to. I recently started going here again and they still have my point system on file. The staff was great and came by once in awhile to see if we needed anything. There could be a little more spacing in between the tables, but I have seen far worse. Another thing that is a little deterring is how to play music. You must pay to listen to music or have someone else play music, but you are at their mercy with the song selection. The tables seem to be all leveled and clean. I think only some tables have a breaking pad that you can use. Most of the cues are straight, but the bent ones are pretty bad. Fortunately I have my own cue that I use. From a pool players perspective.... Tables are balls well maintained and in good shape. Can always find a game with someone in the front section where most of the players are. Friendly staff and reasonable rates. I do wish they had beads overhead for scoring (up to 50 points). A must for straight pool. read more

As a pool house this place is quite nice, but the staff is by far the rudest I have had to deal with in years. If you want a nice night out with friends be prepared to deal with the staff questioning you and insulting you. My friends and I went here to get drinks and play pool and offered to show our IDs, but the people at the counter said it was alright and that they didn't need to see every id. We grabbed out beer and had a nice time playing and drinking for maybe ten minutes before the staff came back up to us and started berating us for not giving them an ID. We tried to explain that we offered and we don't mind giving it to him, even going so far as to take the id out and show him, but that wasn't enough. He stood there for over ten minutes telling us over and over and over again that we needed to show our IDs at the counter. It got to the point that everyone had to literally walk away from him and ignore him for him to leave us alone. After that the staff stood off to the side watching us until we felt like we had to leave. So if you're planning to go to his establishment, know that they will harass you over anything they feel like and treat you like garbage. Horrible service. read more

I have tried going in twice since covid, once when it all first started which was in March. I checked the website on google it said it was opened and couple days later said it was closed. Every window is boarded up but lights are on so it's really confusing and the doors were unlocked but no one was inside. And I just tried going today November 19, 2020 checked the website again and it says it's open so I went and it's closed but lights are all on inside. I've been coming here for about 2 1/2 years now and every time I come in the staff are always nice and the place always looks clean. There's a decent amount of pool tables, a kick ass juke box, arcade games, darts and two small chill lounge areas. They have an adequate bar and I believe they sell food too but never really tried it. It gets pretty crowded sometimes even on week days. I love this place! read more

Great spot for a place to chill with friends. Every now and then when I can get my group of friends together we usually go hang at the Brit for a little while till it gets boring or WAY to packed. More often then not we end up over at Cuetopia to play some pool. Sometimes we just go straight over there cause they have a decent selection of beers on tap and I think I've seen some people drinking wine there as well. Yeah it does get pricey, but if you have four people going you can all split the bill and you have a warm place to kick it, laugh, and make some money off your friends lol. Decent prices (7.50/hr for one person, less for the more people you have per table), lots of tables, a jukebox with almost any song you can think of, beer & wine (no liquor), food, plenty of free parking, plus foosball. Kind of divey, with your regular San Jose crowd, ages range from 20's to 60's. Sometimes late at night, there's some sketchy people outside since the building is tucked in the back of the plaza, but I've never had a bad encounter, and police roll through now and then to shoo them. You can't put less than $5 in the jukebox, but it's kind of cool since you get to pick like 10 songs. The only improvements I can think of are 1) the few TVs they have are old and tiny, so not the place to go to watch a game or something. And 2) the place could use some remodeling, especially the bathrooms. These things are super minor though and I'd rather not have them if it keeps the prices low. read more

For a first timer, I had a great time. I got a table in the middle room. The table was nice and clean, looks like they take care of the tables. When I got my table they asked if I wanted food or drink, I ordered a bottle beer and a hot dog, they put the tab on my table and brought me my order. Wow, the hot dog was all beef and tasty!! The atmosphere was great. Music was playing and other people around were respectful and courteous. They also had the hockey game on!! CueTopia also have 2 dart boards, foosball and a little arcade room with air hockey and pinball. there's a little cafe area for you to sit and eat I tried the chili cheese nachos they are fantastic. They also had a 8 ball pool tournament going on. The employees were nice and seemed like they enjoyed there job. read more

Great tables, great prices, the food is good. And minus the owners, the people who work there have gone completely down hill. The cues are in great shape, the balls are nice and smooth, the tables are kept well. The cocky headed arrogant pool regulars have their place on the left, normal people with a life are to the right. They got rid of the pinball machines, some homeless dude sleeps in the back of the game room, but that's okay. This is hands down one of the best pool halls in the South Bay! :) read more

This place is really cool but just make sure you don't go on nights that SANDRA is working beacuae she is a REALLY BAD HOST. Gives you attitude, doesn't bring you the things you ask for. For examble a straw for the tea my girlftiend ordered so that she could mix it, instead SANDRA said to use someone else's straw. What kind of customer service is that. Who does that? Use a used straw..she needs to get replaced because I always go there and spend my money and I don't pay to get attitude and smart remarks. I go to have a good time and play some pool. I have been coming here with my friends for about a week now and I gotta say, I love it! The service is excellent and I love the tables. The place is really upkept and all of the cues are straight. The have dartboards and Foosball tables plus a jukebox for music. The prices are decent. Played here for the first time tonight. They charge by the hour or minute. Whatever you prefer which is really nice. There is a lot of tables and a separate room. We ordered a pitcher of beer that ended up being flat. They gave us beer bottles instead and 2 complimentary for the problem. Amazing customer service. Really enjoyed our time there. Cuetopia is a great place to play pool and shoot darts, they even got air hockey tables and three pinball machines!!. It costs like $7.50 an hour for one person which is not bad since you can play two games in less than an hour for like six something. The only thing I didn't like about Cuetopia is that there's a lot of marks on their pool tables, time to fix those markings please!. read more

I believe there was another Billard here before Cuetopia, a pretty crappy one honestly. Although this is a place for pool, the food here is suprisingly good, especially the apetitizers. The atmosphere is very laid back and casual. If you're looking for a nice quiet place to play pool I'd say Cuetopia is the place to go. read more

Most pool halls are really expensive, but this one is a bit cheaper than most. You pay per table instead of per person. There a jukebox which is nice, but can get expensive. The servers are really great and very nice. The noise level wasn't too bad either, compared to most pool halls. They also have foosball and darts which is nice. It's a bit hard to find, but once you do, it's a great place to hang out with friends, have a few beers and play pool. My friends and I will definitely be going back here a lot. read more

This place is great because its at a close location with a lot of parking. Staff is always friendly, and the more recent owners have done what they could to space out the tables a bit so you don't feel like you're right on top of the people at the table next to you. Downside is the felt on the tables could really use to be replaced, some are a little too worn out for a really successful game. Some of the countertops aren't thatl stable, just needs some better form of attachment to the walls. What prevents the last star most is the ladies room could really use to be clean last time I was there. Was an afternoon and not a busy looking day so no reason for why it would be so dirty. read more

I always have a great time here. But last Saturday was especially memorable. Not sure if Ken is the owner here or just works here but he was very accommodating. He got us a table within 10 minutes despite how busy it was and kept us updated. Plus he offered my friend and I some water or soda while we waited. I'm not a soda fan so he gave me a snickers.
