My mother's flautas were soggy, falling apart, and not served at an acceptable standard. Additionally, we requested waters from our server three separate times, and they were never brought to our table, as well as refills of the drinks we currently had were never offered. What was most disappointing was seeing other tables that were seated after us receive attentive service while our table was repeatedly overlooked.
