Stopped by this place on our way back from lunch. The bartender was so friendly and helpful. She gave us a ton of info about the area and provided us with a passport stamp book. Awesome little brewery right off the Pinellas Trail. Very family/community type vibe inside and the beer was great! We got the aloha whit which was perfectly paired with the warm afternoon post-bike ride cool down. We also got the buzzed blonde for the intrigue of a lighter coffee ale. Yea, this place is as awesome as all the other reviews say. This is one of the only breweries in Dunedin that I hadn't tried (until today). I have been missing out!! It's tucked away off the main area next to the Lucky Lobster and 9th coffee. Plenty of indoor seating and an awesome outdoor area with picnic tables too. Relaxed atmosphere, with music, games and snacks. Kids are welcome here too, during the day of course, which is a plus for this brewery lovin mama. Service is great. The owners greeted and served me upon arrival. They are happy to provide samples and chat. All the brews are created in house. I tried the dubbel trubbel, MoCitra and Aloha Wit. All are excellent. Build your own flight with 4 oz samples at $2 each. They serve wine and ciders too, if that's more your thing I repeat: this place is awesome. That is all. read more

This place has great energy and friendly employees, who are ready to offer up suggestions and a taste. I loved that for a newer location/brewery that they already had regulars that they knew by name when they walked in. This place is small but that is what gives it character. Cueni has to be one of our very favorite local breweries and there are a lot of them to choose from. The staff is always very friendly and very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. The Tap room is always clean and very welcoming. And then add the 10 Taps of their beer and you've hit a home run. Today the wife and both started with a Mo's Melon IPA which was outstanding and finished with the Buzzed Blonde Ale which has a strong coffee aroma and incredible flavor. So if you in the area Cueni is a must stop for a cold craft beer. read more

There are about 7 breweries within a one mile radius of each other in downtown Dunedin, so as you could imagine, the competition is stiff. Cueni Brewing takes first place in my opinion! There offer plenty of variety, something for every type of beer lover! My boyfriend said their IPA (whose names escape me at this moment, of course) was out of this world. Their pumpkin beer was absolutely one of the greatest pumpkin ales I have ever had.. and I've had way more than enough to make an informed decision on the matter!! They also have a nice little outdoor seating area. I can't say enough good things. I do believe the owners are a husband / wife team; we spoke to the woman for a bit and she was lovely as ever. If you're going to brewery hop around Dunedin, make sure this place is on your list.. but they're not open Mondays! read more

Came by during their grand opening and had a very good time. They have a variety of beers to choose from (my favorites were the Belgian Triple, Belgian Single and the Cranberry Wheat while my husbands was the IPA). What I really enjoyed about this place is how they had not only 16oz and flights to choose from, but 4oz, 8oz and 16oz. The size was small and quaint and right when you walk in you have the beer fermenting machines with the long bar and a back and side area outside to hang out (btw did I mention you can enter the brewery from the Pinellas Trail?!). read more

Updated review. After coming here for about 3 years I have to say I won't come again. Newest round of bartenders admitted that they were new and didn't know anything. Then this Blonde long haired bar tender, probably about 25-35 years old (wouldn't tell me her name)-- refused to serve us after 1 beer because she said that our child was out of control. We were outside and didn't bring him in and he was playing nicely with another child. This 'kicking out' led to a slew of other problems as we were meeting with people there and had to then change the appointment location for our church group to meet. Very disappointed and thought about reaching out to owner Sandi but it's not worth my time as I don't want money and there's nothing to 'fix'. It sucks when small places get bigger and then lose a part of themselves. read more

I don't make it over to Dunedin very often but that needs to change with all the great breweries they have now. One of the my favorites of the ones I've been to is Cueni. It's a small, but cute place with seating both inside (at the bar and tables) and outside. For any of their drafts you have the option to get them in a 4, 8, or 16 oz glass which is a nice option if you want to try a few different beers. My choice for the day was the monkey skull porter and I definitely recommend it to anyone who is a fan of porters. But the best part of this place was how welcome I felt as soon as I walked in and how well the bartenders took care of us. I definitely hope to make it back here in the near future. read more

One of our Dunedin breweries stop and by far the favorite. We got the mango blonde ale and buzzed blonde. Exceptional beers. They pay attention to the small details. There's games, custom tables, coat hooks, and something extra in the ladies rooms. Loved this place. Can't wait to come back because the beers are just amazing. read more

I really enjoyed this place. Very friendly and welcome atmosphere that you tend to lose with the bigger breweries. Went mid-day and brought some food and our dog and it was the perfect place for that. The bartender went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. I only had the schwarzbier while here but tried the ipa and stout and they were all very enjoyable. I wish I lived closer because this is the type of place I would come back to often. read more
