Management just replied to my review: My original Post: For over 10 years we have loved this place but the food and service was so bad for the last 3 visits we will never return. The place is now Counter Service; so think McDonald's with beer except MC has better food, politer employees and they don't expect a 20% tip (minimum). Today's disaster was the father's day poutine which was a room temperature, dried up fried egg (no runny yolk), cold fries and room temperature cheese curds, and cold sausage. There was no "how was your food" or "was everything ok". They should probably just stop serving food. Previous 2 trips the food was almost as bad but we wanted to give them another chance. We won't go back again Response from the owner 15 hours ago Bob is an ex-cop that thinks Pride month is an afront on his religious faith. He still came in for the last couple years after this review. Very cute and friendly place to have a lunch on a nice weather day. We were in Oldsmar for a soccer tournament, and in between games, we joined another family at the Dunedin Brewery for lunch. We arrived right when they opened, so it was easy to get a couple tables, and service was very fast. You can order at the bar, or a server might show up at the outdoor tables to take your order. If you start a tab, they swipe your card and then hand it back to you, a process I much prefer. Service was really good, at least at that point in the day, very attentive, and they came by to close out our tabs at the table so we didn't have to come back inside. We had a half pint of the air lager and the crunchwrap. My son had the chicken tenders and fries. The food was all fine, typical bar food. The other family said that they love the wings and the cheese curds, so maybe I ordered the wrong items. The lager was good, and I appreciated being able to order a smaller size given that I still had a long afternoon of sitting at my son's soccer game. The place is pretty kid friendly with a large outside patio and a video game in a quiet room inside. I felt very comfortable letting my kid run around with his teammate, although the brewery is on a street, so I'd keep close eye on younger kids. They do not have a dedicated private parking lot, but there is street parking, and there's a free parking garage across the street. read more

We ended up sampling a little of everything and were not disappointed. The brewery has a fun vibe with great outdoor space and nostalgic alt-rock playing throughout, adding to the ambiance. The bar staff were super helpful, taking our order, making suggestions, and bringing the food out promptly. A must-try is the Gochujang wings, which were initially a seasonal item but became a permanent fixture due to their popularity. We also enjoyed the loaded tater tots, pretzel bites, fish tacos, and a few local beers. Went there for a punk rock show with a lady friend who doesn't really drink so I tried to get her bottled water but not a thing there had to serve water for her myself via igloo cooler as I paid $7 for pints of beer in PLASTIC Solo cups which is just disgusting I mean how lazy can you be you got 4 people bartending ( at a 5 person bar ) and if they have any argument for this they're just lazy! and all your serveing is beer & wine oh and vodka-seltzers my bad. The service was unbelievably slow I made a comment to the person standing next to me and I got thrown out by the little bartender dude and the manager literally smiled at me as I left I mean these people got some audacity there's like 10 breweries in this town and I guarantee you they don't serve their beer in PLASTIC Solo cups. I've had their food and beer but to be honest, I go for the beer. In particular the Dunedin Redhead. It is one of my top 5 beers of all time. If a local business has it on tap, I'm ordering it! Came here for a work Christmas gathering. I had emailed ahead to see if they could accommodate us. We were a group of 30-60 depending on attendance. I was informed they could certainly accommodate us outside but if the weather did not allow, they could accommodate us in the Moon Tower. Unfortunately on 12/16/2023, the weather was rainy and didn't allow for us to be outside. Staff advised the Moon Tower was closed but offered us a back room, which was large enough. They had seating and standing areas. Also, they offered us a sound system to hook a phone up to so we could play music. Staff were awesome! We ordered at the bar and all paid separately. They brought the food to us as we ordered and as it was ready! Service was amazing! I ordered the poutine, which is fries, pulled pork, cheese curds, and green onion. Live singing and cheerful people added to the enjoyment of the brewery experience. After being seated in the outer area of the brewery, we perused the menu and settled on starting with a Wheat Beer. For our main course, we opted for Blackened Mahi Fish Tacos, Buffalo Cauliflower, and Loaded Nachos. The service was excellent, and we received our drinks and food promptly. The wheat beer was fresh, delicious, and locally brewed. Afterward, we had dinner that began with loaded nachos, which paired perfectly with beer. The nachos were generously topped with cheese, and we thoroughly enjoyed their taste and flavor. We enjoyed the Blackened Mahi Fish Tacos and Buffalo Cauliflower - both were delicious. The food here was very disappointing and not very good at all. The Chicken tenders are almost tiny, like about as small as the tater tots. Which the tray we got had 12-15 tots on it. The fries were served cold and a lot more compared to the tots serving size. For almost $20 you can get three tacos with barely 3-4 ounces of mediocre meat. The staff was not great when we asked about why the food was so small. Probably lot their fault, but this is a little rediculous compared to most any other place that serves any kind of even average bar food. read more

My first time in Dunedin thanks to some family who surprised me with heading there last night. And what a night! The humor found in the ladies room with all the stickers left me wanting to know the story behind the sticker-ification of the walls, the bathroom stalls and mirror, etc. I've added a photo to give you a gist of that atmosphere there. The service was quick, respectful, and with full hospitality in mind. The indoor area is a fun look around seeing the true kilts hanging over the vats and the country flags. Loved it. Once again, I'd love to see hear about the history of those kilts. Which unfortunately I assumed were already captured and posted by other Yelpers. My Apricot Peach ale did me in... in such the best way. The band onsite outside got into their stride as we finally were finishing our drinks unfortunately. But I still shook my skeleton while enjoying the people all dressed up for various locations of pub hopping for Halloween in all their glory. Orders are placed at the bar; although I saw beers being delivered to tables periodically. The food was hit and miss. Came here today to try the oldest micro Brewery in Florida. It was a great brewery with a really nice selection of beer. We settled on a wheat beer that was the special of the day and followed that up with a Apricot Peach-beer that was also really good. I loved the atmosphere here and the great selection of beer. We also had some food. The pretzel bites and the Mahi fish tacos. Both were good but we agreed that we would not order either one again. The service was great and the staff attentive.
