We were welcomed to enjoy a beer 25 minutes before closing. There were several other people in this nice place too. It has comfortable seating as well as a bar with stools. Also, a movie theater in the back with Friday and Saturday movies. They don't serve food but have popcorn, chip items and candy.

Went here on a Thursday after hearing great things about this off the beaten path place that made unique beer. It's small, it's in a industrial park and we loved it. We met several people that were regulars and they went on and on about the amazing beer that this place put out. So I picked a random beer and my second drink I let the bartender/owner pick the drink. Both were amazing. So this being a brew lab they like to experiment with multiple flavors of beer and even mixing different beers together to create something truly unique. I really appreciate the community feel of this place and the many faithful followers of this place we met. We truly got the feeling that this was something special. One of the patrons decided to give us the grand tour. In the back of the space we were shown a full fledge movie theatre and were told that they do movie nights where they try new release beers , eat popcorn and watch movies. This seems like a great idea and I totally will come back for movie night. Thanks for a great afternoon.

They have fantastic special releases...like this one! Imperial IPA for Christmas

I can't believe I have never been here before!!! Although it is nestled away in a business park off the beaten path in Clearwater, this brewery has such a fantastic vibe. Nice open and relaxing space up front at the bar and a cozy back room with plenty of seating and movies showing regularly on their projector. The night I stopped by they were having a Bill & Ted marathon that included the most recent one! So cool! Now let's get to the important part - the beer! I ordered a flight which was only $10 for 4 x 4oz pours. I tried Strange Things Afoot (IPA), Free Agent (Belgian Tripel), Get Scrooged (Berliner) and Good Morning Maple Cream! (cream ale). These were all solid beers with good, fresh flavor. I don't normally choose cream ales but this one was incredibly enjoyable. I had to try their amazing 6 ounce pour of the imperial IPA called Ghosts of Christmas Present ($6). Absolutely phenomenal beer. Really impressed by this brewery because they brew something for everyone and their taplist can really pack an ABV punch. One of the owners was serving the night I went and she was so awesome. This is a family owned brewery that brews in small batches so everything is really fresh. Go out and support this fantastic business! They do a great job social distancing and cleaned off every surface when a customer left (including couches!). They have great prices on growlers to go as well if you want to pick up something to share with your friends. I am really looking forward to going back here!

I am not a beer fan, so beware of what I say. 1. Interior: super dark and very humble place. 2. Food: none 3. Drinks: their cider was interesting for me and the beer tasting was good 4. They had a movie day when we arrived, which was interesting 5. Free popcorn

If there was ever a brewery designed to speak to Ben... this would be it! Movies... with some science geek thrown in!! This place is tucked away in an industrial park and also sells beer supplies. You will get your beer flight served to you in lab beakers (how cool?!?) They play movies and you can have great conversations based on their movie themed wall art. Service is always friendly and more than willing to talk about movies with you! ****And GO to their website! They have a beer-it-forward program where you can buy a beer online for any of our emergency workers (medical, grocery & pharmacy, police & fire, school lunch workers, etc) for when they re-open. PLUS.... A badass "I-Survived-COVID-19" Graphic Tee. $5 of every sale of these will go to an out of work brewery beertender. I just bought one for Ben to surprise him with. THIS IS WHAT COMMUNITY IS ABOUT****

Granted, making this our last stop of our brewery weekend tour of Tampa-St. Petersburg may not have been the smartest idea. Tapped out after drinking my body weight in craft beer, I still wanted to discover Grindhaus Brew Lab, so off we drove from Dunedin down to Clearwater, where we found the location after twisting and turning around buildings in a beat-up industrial office park. If you didn't know from GPS where to turn, you would never know the industrial park as the location for Grindhaus. But that is part of the appeal of Grindhaus: off the beaten path nestled between industrial companies with a beaten-up sign. The brewery has two entrances on its north and south sides, respectively. The latter has the more appealing of the two as it leads into a horror-movie-themed taproom, darkly-lit, covered with posters of horror films -- you can imagine the fun they have on Halloween. I love how they pour beers into laboratory-made beak glasses. This glassware adds a coolness to the brewery that is unmatched. I only stayed for one beer since we had to hit the road back to South Florida. The Big Kahuna IP was excellent between the dry hoppiness of the beer and tropical citrus notes on the finish. In an area that's a hotbed for breweries, Grindhaus has etched out a niche between its horror-themed taproom and consistent brews.

    Loved how they were served

Hidden gem In Clearwater - we had the pub pass and decided to try it out - glad we did - such an cozy space - beers were good the staff was great anddd they have a movie room - wish they would also have wine but aside from that - we loved it

Wow this place is really cool! It sounds German, but it's more like a theater nerd/ mad scientist's dream! You get served beer in a beaker, while watching movies (they had Loki series playing) and they have popcorn! Perfect combo. The owner was a lot of fun and we loved their beers. My fave was the lime margarita beer and the dill jalapeño beer. You can't find these amazing flavors anywhere else and they are insanely delish!

So i want to start off with a tip; the pub is a little ways back in the industrial park. Go to the right as you drive in and they are in the left side. Ok this is a cool place. In the back of their brew store. Movie themed and the beer is served in beakers. The couple serving was super friendly and helpful. I had an evil dead smoked read. Very good! I really liked the wood soles flavors. Looking forward to coming back to try more!

OMG!!! My new favorite brewery. Not only is the atmosphere super cool (Nerdy lab vibe, in a warehouse district), but their beers are excellent!! Love the different size options, and the beaker glasses. I almost didn't find it as my GPS didn't take me far enough back into the warehouse area......keep driving to the back! Also check out some of their specials - depending on the day. They also emailed me a credit to use on my next visit! I wish I could give them 6 stars!!

Off the beaten path and GPS sure doesn't want to help as it's in an industrial park, but due worth the trip. Husband-wife team make great beer and very friendly. Love it here. Enjoyed the big kahuna tropical ipa and the evil dead smoked red. Throwback Thursday is $2.50 brews and $2.50 pretzels, sausage and cheese!

    Fine flight.

3 Daughters Brewing is a massive and lively spot, even if the beer itself isn't really my thing…read more That said, they do offer a huge selection of drinks beyond beer, and the RTDs are typically my go to when I'm here. You'll find beers, ciders, vodka based seltzers, wine, and frozen drinks. There is no liquor for on site consumption, but they did recently release their own whiskey, which is actually pretty decent for the low price point. The venue is enormous, with a large warehouse style space that hosts live music. The acts are usually solid, and when there's a headliner, the place gets absolutely packed. The table games scattered around are a nice touch, and during the holidays the owners put up a custom miniature train display that's a big hit with kids. That said, there are some downsides. When the hops are really going, the smell can be rough, and during peak summer months it gets hot and humid as all hell, even with all the fans running. The food is also pretty underwhelming. Most items come with a side of chips. The burger is fine and probably the best thing on the menu, but don't bother with the tacos. They're very basic and the meat is usually overdone. Another major issue is the bathroom situation. The lines are painfully long almost all the time. For a place this big, the bathroom setup feels incredibly inefficient. The women's line is almost always backed up, and even the men's line gets long during busy hours. I also miss some of the old perks. Bartenders used to hand out drink tokens for buy backs, and there was a $10 charity donation wheel spin where you could win free stuff. Those days are long gone, which is a bummer since it added a little fun gambling element with your drinks. Despite some of the drawbacks, this is still one of my favorite places to visit. The bartenders are cool, the crowd is generally chill, and the overall vibe is relaxed. Parking can fill up quickly, but there's a large grassy area in the back that usually saves the day. Overall, it's a solid hangout spot for live music and variety. I just wished they'd improve the quality of food, and at least fix the bathroom situation. Don't mind the food photos, I got hangry!

I also got a nice pint glass from their merch. I found myself wishing that they had more canned and bottled beers to take with me, since there were a couple beers I really liked in my flight that I had no way to take home (since they told us they don't do growlers/crowlers). I was a little disappointed in the service here. The bartender barely acknowledged us, and then when two regulars walked in they had their full attention. I still like their beer, but I don't see another good reason to visit this place in person again. Their location is really nice, and I'm sure that it's nice to watch the sunset from while sipping a beer, so that's probably the only reason I'd go back.
