Roasted chicken and wild mushroom pappardelle. Delicious.

Attended the Masters and this restaurant was recommended by a local. It did not disappoint. We went two nights with different waiters and the service was excellent. The food was very good. Had Caesar salads and the roasted chicken pasta. Pasta is all made fresh. One of our friends had the duck and said it was very good.

We had a reservation and I would highly recommend that you make reservations especially on a Friday night. They were immediately seated when we came in the door for a nice table for four. The overall ambience was busier and louder than usual. I think it was because we sat right by the front door. The service was very good and attentive throughout the entire meal. However toward the end of the meal I felt they were trying to rush us out. I will tell you there was no one waiting to take our seat and there were also other seats available. But the fact that they came over numerous times and say anything else can we get you a bag and before you leave.... That got a little old and I'm surprised because usually their servers never are that pushy but let you enjoy the entire meal But for the record we will come back and enjoy it. I had the lasagna as well as two other people at the table always very very good and flavorful. I will admit I was surprised that it appeared much smaller in size than previous times. Someone in our group had the lamp shanks and he said they were just okay. He tasted the lasagna and said he would definitely would have rather have gotten that. Overall yes I'll be back.

This was our 1st time dining here. We dined as a family. The restaurant wasn't packed and it was eerily quiet. Service was a little slow but tolerable. We weren't in a rush so it was no problem for us. The food was delicious for all of us.

Very nice, cozy, and intimate space. I sat down at the bar around 7p, and was promptly greeted by the bartender. I expressed that this was my first visit and she welcomed me. I ordered the caprese salad, meatballs and polenta, and a glass of sparkling rosé. Complimentary bread and butter was also offered. Everything was delicious, especially the wine. Oh, a very nice middle aged couple was already seated beside me and we enjoyed each other's company while eating. The only negative was that the lady sitting with her husband noticed droplets of condensation dropping on both she and I. The bartender stated that they were aware and the problem was to be fixed. A plus.

The dip trio, the artichoke dip good on right, the bolognese left good, the hummus in the middle bland

This place is some wanna be Italian restaurant that seemed like a disaster around 7:30 pm. We made a reservation and It seemed fairly dead. First off, I saw nobody knew what was going on from start to finish. Some kid sprayed me down with lemon Lysol while cleaning our table..Waitresses were very sweet but kinda struggling. And bland food, actually. All I saw were teenagers in high dresses. I think they may cater to younger crowds and that's fine. But when you order a glass of wine and it takes 20 minutes? I got up like where is the bar. They were all talking at the corner. And 2 hours to eat. It's not for me really. My husband sent his meal back cause it had one piece of chicken in it. But 2 stars cause they took it off the bill. Usually, we don't complain but...yeah no never again. And my 34 year old daughter didn't like the food either. She hated the beet salad:(

We came in on a busy Saturday night and found the place well decorated with exotic art pieces and found that the noise level was very tolerable. This was a pretty good meal and we even got some dessert (Tiramisu) which was excellent. We were very surprised by the Beet Salad which was much better than we expected. For the price, however, it was not the most exciting nor innovative Italian food that we have tasted.

I am a sucker for some good Italian food. Cucina 503 is now forever one of our go to date night spots. The complimentary rosemary bread with the balsamic butter was interesting and delicious! We each ordered their Caesar salad which was a very generous portion. Crisp lettuce, garlic croutons, pickled shallots and a Parmesan crisp. Our entrees came out piping hot which is always a huge plus in my book! I ordered the lasagna which I have to argue is possibly the best lasagna in the CSRA. Our server Garson was very attentive and knowledgeable. I cannot wait to return!

The cobonara was so good my husband cleaned his plate.

The veal was delicious. My brothers and dad approve. My sister liked her shrimp scampi. The cobonara was great. With my severe dairy allergy, so 99% of the menu was untouchable for me. I had a fried fritter plate, and it was just okay. Very crunchy. The rest of my family likes it. I only docked a star for my lack of eating options and the bad cocktail.

I'm going to try to separate my 'tastes' from the dishes as presented. My wife's Bolognese was absolutely delicious and very well seasoned, and the cheesecake was fantastic. My wife thought it had too much crumble; I consider that a feature and would absolutely get that again. The salads were dandelion greens and they were far more bitter than I like, and a generous dose of dressing, something acidic would cover it, or something sweet. The bites I had with tomato were good. But I couldn't really finish it. The big problem was spaghetti with Sunday gravy. It was a huge disappointment. The pasta itself was excellent and the meatballs were okay, but the sauce was surprisingly bland and under-seasoned, especially for a $30+ entrée. It tasted more like plain tomato sauce than the rich, deeply flavored hardy sunday gravy that fully of meaty and salty flavors I was expecting. I do NOT salt my dishes at the table because I season them thru the cook. I wish there were salt and pepper at the table tonight though. The Sunday Gravy tasted decidedly like pure puréed tomato with a few meatballs added after the fact. They were dry and clearly not cooked with the sauce. I wish they had been. There are definitely things here I'd happily order again. Others I want to try. I'd just skip the spaghetti, especially at that price point.

I'm not sure if management or ownership has changed, but this is not the same restaurant I fell in love with. I used to rate Oliviana's a solid 9/10. After tonight, I'd have to drop that rating to a 6.5-7/10 at best. The food quality has declined tremendously. The steaks aren't being cooked properly anymore, and even the appetizers fell short of expectations. And don't even get me started on the customer service, which has gone straight downhill. I've never had a problem spending $150 on a good dining experience, especially at a restaurant I genuinely enjoy. But tonight, I left feeling like my money wasn't worth what I received. To make matters worse, you didn't even have desserts available to finish off the meal. It's disappointing to see a restaurant that once delivered such a great experience fall this far. Oliviana's used to be our spot, a place my wife and I enjoyed going to, but after tonight, I honestly don't see that continuing. I'm not sure what has changed behind the scenes, but something needs to change. The food, service, and overall experience are nowhere near what they used to be. This feels like a complete 180, and unfortunately, you've lost a loyal customer for now.

As we approached we saw the help wanted sign in the window and my wife said be prepared for slow service. Several tables were empty and we were told to sit anywhere. Shortly afterwards I noticed that there was a line out the door for pickup. They do a good take out business. We ordered stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and they were just ok. Somehow I expected more than just mozzarella stuffed mushrooms. No real thought went into the dish. We also ordered a chef's salad and that exceeded our expectations for both presentation and quality. One small thing. I have a pet peeve about the entrees coming to the table while we are still working on the appetizer and that's what happened here. Our server, Taylor, did apologize and said that the mushroom appetizer takes longer to cook than most other appetizers and so our food was ready at the same time. Minus one star. I ordered the Greek pizza and holy cow was it good. I'm going to try to attach a picture. Truth is that I'm still eating it two days later. I could only eat two slices and I took most of the 14" pizza home. It's very heavy! And delicious. Would I go back again? Soon I hope.
