Originally we set it up online, but after arriving in person we were able to work with Tony to get a preferred space. This location has 2 elevators to get to the second floor, but it isn't open quite yet. You can access your items from 6am to 10pm. Many of the larger units have lighting. The 10 x 10 unit we are filling does not, but Tony made a great suggestion to pick a unit where the doorway is across from the light to have a little more brightness in the unit. The units on the first floor are about 7 1/2 feet tall. They have a few handy carts for toting items back and forth. After researching storage facilities throughout the city of Surprise, StorQuest Self Storage on…read moreWest Custer Lane came out on top. For starters, StorQuest customer service at all levels is excellent. Whether the representatives on the phone and/or in person in the location office, service is friendly, helpful, and professional. There are other reviews online that say when referring to the onsite manager, "Jen is the best!" I can assure you, she is. That also is a big reason why this StorQuest location should be your first choice. For example, since we had a large truck full of belongings from an out of state move, we booked a 10 x 25 climate-controlled unit. Thanks to great customer service, we were able to get a unit very close to an exit door where we were able to load and unload without too much of a walk. Jen even explained which way to park the truck to not have to unload in front of the direct hot sun. During the storage period, we did automatic billing and were able to time it as to move out at the end of a billing cycle. Jen was very helpful in explaining how best to end our month-to-month contract. Overall, this storage location has what you need: newer facilities, great customer service, and a friendly and professional onsite manager. Book it.

The first time…read moreI walked into the office, I could feel the love and the warmth of welcome that I received from the manager by the name of Rose. Her smile and her knowledge about what I was needing was top notch. I explained what I needed to store and right away, Rose knew exactly what size unit I needed without even seeing one piece of my belongings. Not many people could offer that kind of advice. I know firsthand after going to several storage facility, the assurance or even suggestions on what size unit I would need was just not there until I stopped by Litchfield Park Storage Solutions and talked with Rose. You could tell that she knew the storage business from top to bottom hands down. Once Rose had personally taken me to see the unit that I would be renting, and explaining on how to get in and out of the gate, the hours of operation, made it so easy to say YES, to finalizing my rental with Rose. Rose also helped make the paperwork aspects simplified and very easy to understand and navigate through. What I also liked about Rose, she wanted to make sure before signing anything that she had answered all of your questions and if you had any concerns. I did not feel like I was at a use car lot, being rushed to sign on the dotted line just to get me rent a storage unit. Beside I knew that my personal things would be safe, because I knew she was also the manager living on the property. That also was a plus for me and won me over even more. Every time either in person or over the phone when I speak with Rose, her Stellar and impeccable management knowledge, skills, professionalism, care and love for her job has never wavered. I feel that I have always had the Utmost Royalty Treatment from Rose. You honestly can tell that she truly loves her job while working and interacting with each person that she comes in contact with. Even on birthdays, anniversaries, to include your very own family remembers birthdays, Rose ALWAYS remembers those fine details about the people who rent at Litchfield Park Storage Solutions. Can't say if any other managers that work for Litchfield Park Storage Solutions have this type of connections with its renters, but I can surely say it about Rose. Even on holidays you can find something delicious and smelling good in the office from the home baked goodies that she takes extra time and care to make for those who stop by. She evens makes special batches for take home. Rose will for sure give you that warm smile of hers, which is coupled with that glowing hello greeting. Even when I call, I can see and hear it in her voice. It is such a welcome feeling to know that not only do I get exemplary customer service from Rose, but I get it with a smile and with lots of love behind it. I know that I had many choices to pick from as to where I wanted to store my belongings, but it was for sure because of Rose that I had decided on that day to store with Litchfield Park Storage Solutions. I can't imagine storing anywhere else, as long as Rose is there as manager. No one can hold or light a candle to what I have experienced over many, many years with the awesome magnitude of pristine professional, knowledgeable, and care like Rose has given. Rose is the reason that keeps my confidence in staying and storing my belongings at Litchfield Park storage Solutions. If Rose is no longer there, my confidence in Litchfield Park Storage Solution will be shaken and I will for sure look else to store my belongings. My family and I just love Rose and rightly so. Rose has earned our respect and gratitude hands down.
