When I finally went to move my things from their unit to a different one, my boxes were just tossed in what looked like a junk heap with ZERO care and I found out I was being ridiculously overcharged for literally a square spot in a garage. As my family and I were moving my items from their unit warehouse to our own truck we rented because the owner was going to charge us too much money for his employees to do it, EVERY BOX or piece we moved had broken, missing or damaged sections/items. the owner watched us as we took each box literally blaming us because we "touched it". the owner of this company is FOUL and nothing I owned was packed with care. I'm now finally unpacking, and I have THOUSANDS of dollars of damaged and missing items. I will one hundred percent be reporting them to the BBB and I hope they get stripped of all of their awards. THIS IS ADDED AFTER THE COMMENT FROM THE OWNER- MASSIMO- you are an absolute jerk I still have threatening and disgusting text messages from you after I called to say things were damaged. LITERALLY AT THE FACILITY YOU SAW ME TAKE ONE BOX AT A TIME and saw my face as I heard broken contents and you did NOTHING. I did not pack my boxes on moving day your team did and they did it TERRIBLY I even bought them lunch and tipped. Your team threw things in boxes and unloaded into a literal heap of a mess in your garage. And then you charge $300-500 a month for nothing. PUBLIC PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY A GREEDY MAN WHO TREATS CUSTOMERS WITH DISRESPECT. I hope the public does understand your company is a disgrace and I will send ANYONE who asks to see pictures and the bill and messages what I have. Massimo you are the biggest liar ever. My father dropped nothing. And you took no pictures you stood there like an A just silently watching and laughing. Please stop fooling yourself. Please don't print lies they last forever.     AVOID. They deliver with UPS and have many hidden fees…read more TERRIBLE. They deliver with UPS! Hidden fees hiding around every corner. Save money and just use UPS. Or a reputable mover. I never leave bad reviews but this was a terrible experience, terrible service, and ruse sarcastic customer service. The salespeople will promise the world. I have an injured shoulder and asked to be guaranteed door to door delivery. After some time when wondering about my belongings I called. The very rude lady said she couldn't tell me when my items would arrive. She said UPS will deliver them in a month or so. This was the first time I heard UPS was delivering. Meanwhile, I am getting fee on top of fee. They confiscated my masks. The list of prohibited items did not say masks were prohibited. This detail is buried on their website. Meanwhile, I FedExed masks to relatives multiple times. So whose rule is this? They wouldn't say. But they did charge my a large 1050HKD fee. This on top of numerous other hidden fees. Moving on when my goods did arrive they were carelessly thrown downstairs and most definitely not door to door. Look how many times on their site they say door to door. They also claim all over the site they use their own network all the way. they also make this claim when you re on hold. Which you will be many times I assure you waiting to find out where your goods are. So they DO NOT use their own network. They use UPS. SO what is the point? Why pay this premium for them to use UPS? The kicker is their sarcastic customer service rep who after numerous emails will finally get back to you and sarcastically claim that they deeply regret how wrong I was and should have dug through their pages of terms and exceptions. These terms basically negate all of their sales claims. Thank you Jane Elwell of customer service for your late sarcastic reply after numerous emails. Use a better service or just use UPS. You will have tracking and save thousands of USD.

    ******WARNING******* Be careful when choosing this company…read more They provide you with quotes and then send you an invoice with a 50% increased amount. My partner and i chose Seven Seas Worldwide after reading a recommendation on Australians in New York Facebook page. We are now regretting our decision. The customer service department is abysmal. We have called them, emailed them asking for an explanation as to why the quote is different to the final invoice. The response we get is 'It just is.' To add to it, Seven Seas Worldwide keep sending us late payment notices while we have our enquiry on the price discrepancy escalated. On the 5th attempt to speak to someone from customer service at Seven Seas Worldwide , the customer service operator re-ran our quote to the exact sizing of the boxes and bags we intended to ship. She also found a discrepancy between the quote price and final invoice price. The price generated from the quote system and account teams is worlds apart. So be persistent and question everything. Our matter is still not resolved, despite recent finding but we are hoping Seven Seas Worldwide do the right thing here - time will tell. Regardless, If you want to avoid being jacked around and experiencing the world-wides worst customer experience, the steer clear.

    I wish I could give zero stars. My family used this terrible company in April 2023 to move…read moreliterally one town over in NJ. During the quote process the owner was attentive and seemingly thorough but it was all a hustle. On moving day, they sent a skeleton crew of what were seemingly non-professional high school kids. Prior to the move, we advised that special care and attention should be paid to a significant amount of valuable work out equipment in the basement. They damaged several pieces that are worth more than the cost of moving. They also attempted to abandon the move at midnight because they wasted 5 hours moving at a snails pace. They also changed the price after the fact because they were understaffed and had to bring in additional resources. They did weird things like microwaving food in the house we moved from during the move and spent an hour looking for one of the mover's ear buds. To make matters worse and pour salt in the wound, at the end of this nightmare, the arrogant and stupid owner commented to my wife that the house we moved into was terrible compared to what we moved from, and that "his wife wouldn't move into a house like this.". So rip us off and then demean us. These guys suck and should be out of business. I hope they read this.

    Express Haulers Moving company helped us with our local move this past week. I was very impressed!…read moreI probably sent about 6 requests for quote out to different companies and Lynn at Express Haulers was the first to call me within a minute of sending the request, and the only one persistently following up with me. I told every company that we have a small move as we had been moving things little by little by ourselves, only Lynn provided me with the lowest minimum hours and competitive pricing. When I said I would get back to her, I appreciated her persistence in following up. They estimated 2.5 hours of work and Carlos and his team did a great job efficiently moving things, only took 30 more minutes than they estimated. They also didn't have any hidden charge for wrapping material for couch etc. My husband at the receiving address said they were very careful with our newly renovated home, the floor, the wall etc as they moved and assembled furniture. After the move, the owner Diego himself reached out to check in and asked for feedback. As somebody running a business myself and working with business owners, I really appreciate how they run their business, the efficiency, the flexibility and the care. Will recommend them to anybody in my network who needs moving services.
