Angela sorted through a crazy mix-up with our storage spaces, created by a different employee at a different location. She reached out to us with many phone calls, keeping us informed about her efforts to make a stressful situation right for us. Angela took matters into her hands, because she whole-heartedly wanted our situation to be corrected, and for us to be treated fairly. We are incredibly thankful for Angela's determination, experience & knowledge. I have no doubt that without her, our tangled situation would not have been resolved. We recently sold our home and rented some storage units for our household items until our new home is ready. However, the elevator in the building was not working. This is a TERRIBLE situation for our movers who needed to unload a huge truck of our stuff into our spaces. We decided to transfer our spaces - one to a different location nearby - (Angela's location) with a working elevator. From there, everything got scrambled. But from the moment we met & spoke with Angela about everything it was clear that she was thoroughly frustrated that this happened to us...& she was going to get it straightened out. The reason got that 3 star is that they increased our rent every few months. It got to the point where rent was more expensive than my first mortgage! If you need very short term storage, this place is fine because they give you a cheap teaser rent rate to start. Then they start jacking up the price every chance they get! I just think there are less expensive better value storage places with the same level of security and cleanliness. We left when they gave us yet another price increase notice!

I have only used U Haul for filling up my propane tanks and it has been a great experience every…read moretime. I do not think many people realize that you can get your tanks topped off here. You do not have to wait until your tank is completely empty and trade it in for a new one. Before we have any parties, we always top off our tanks just in case we want to use the fire tables or outdoor heaters. It is so convenient. You pull right up to the propane area, go inside to ask for help, and pay right there for the propane. Every visit has been fast, friendly, and extremely convenient. This is definitely our go to place for propane refills.

My mileage was 24,433 when I left because I checked it and wrote it down. I drove it 7 miles and the return mileage was 24,440. When I returned the truck they had the "out mileage" at 24,415 so they charged me for another 18 miles at $1.39 a mile so an additional $25. They also charged me for 2 gallons of gas at $4.00 a gallon so an additional $8.00. So, I had to pay for 2 gallons of gas I didn't use at $4.00 a gallon. $8 for 7 miles. Thats more than $1a mile gas. In total they overcharged me $33.00. So what should have been $36.00 turned out to be $69.00. This is not the end of the world, but I wanted to warn others who trust U-Haul to be reputable, this facility is NOT. You must confirm the starting mileage or they will rip you off.
