We drive 4 hours and loaded our 26' truck and drive back expecting to get into our unit. To our surprise we couldn't get into the gate (after accessing it on Thursday). We couldn't turn around. Had to drop our car dolly to even get out of the parking lot. After multiple attempts we couldn't even get into them gate. You can't even wait for anyone. Don't worry about calling their little customer service line because you will not get any help on Sunday. And when we came back Monday the gentleman acted like it was not an inconvenience or an issue that we couldn't access the unit. They weren't interested in accommodations by any means - we just wanted them to pay for the extra 2 days we had to pay for our truck Rental because their system malfunctioned. Or at least accommodate the cost with a month- after all it is their malfunction. We watched other people access the gate while we were getting our 26' out of the way. As a custom service professional- this is just ridiculous. You should be more than accommodating when your system is the problem. When we did come back on Monday the guy told us they would have to check with the district manager and neither the district manager nor anyone from the call center has returned our call as of 10:15 Wednesday. Ultimately had to go find another storage unit. They do have a gate surrounding the location that is electric. Update: the DM did finally return our call (Friday) after my review and we provided more information. After a few "explanations" from her - the resolution is to refund the amount spent for the unit rented. And to take my review down.... I won't take my review down because the facts are the facts and I'd still recommend anyone to go elsewhere based on our experience - which must have been isolated according to her.

I recently bought a new car and wanted to have a hitch installed so I could haul our bikes easier…read more I made an appointment online for a Wednesday afternoon. A couple hours before the appointment, I received a call and said they double booked and I was being rescheduled. They rescheduled me for the following day. So I took my car to the location and took an Uber home as I was told it would be a few hours. About 3 hours later I received a call from the installer to ensure I needed no additional products as I was just having the hitch installed but didn't order the ball or locking pin. I advised I didn't and told him why. He was very pleasant. I went back about 2 hours later and picked up my car. When I got there, there was only one person working and she never acknowledged me. She was helping a couple who could understand why they would need insurance. There was a young man stocking stuff and he also never acknowledged me. I waited for about 20 minutes to be able to pay and get my car. It would have been nice to just be acknowledged or to see what I needed if the other couple was going to take a while. Overall the hitch installation went great and the price is very reasonable compared to the dealer. I just wish they would not have double booked in the first place but at least they called and their agents need just a little refresher on customer service. But I would still return to this location.

My wife and I was moving out of our condo, and we needed a storage place for about 2 months because…read morewe were relocating out of the country, we both are retired, we knew my brother had a storage unit while being deployed for a few months and his fiancée was going to move his stuff out before he came home, because they both relocated from a different state, so I knew his stuff was stored at this location, so we decided my wife and I to also store our stuff at this location because we knew it would be for a very short time and the price and size of the unit was what we needed. I didn't realize how extremely unsafe this location was until I stored my stuff here, met the manager LINDA, and she immediately started bragging that she lives on premises for free, but she wanted to leave the location because she doesn't make any real money - real professional to say to a customer especially a new one and that her and her daughter runs both locations within miles of each other, I kindly listened to her signed all of my paperwork and went to my unit, the unit was filthy she claimed she would clean it, but that never happened this so-called manager has some serious issues she is unprofessional and extremely nosey, instead of constantly walking by the customers units every time only to singled out customers - the ones that she DOESN'T LIKE when they come by to get in their units you would think she would be cleaning the bathroom and the grounds, this individual will literally lock the bathroom if she goes out to lunch or errands, there's been times it has been locked even when this lazy individual is in the office even though the bathroom is located outside the office, she also locks it before closing hours even when she's there, my brother's fiancée who is 5 months pregnant needed to seriously use the bathroom it was about 4pm the office was locked and Linda's car was gone and guess what ? The bathroom was locked, as I stated earlier she has even done it when she was in the office, and it was business hours, this manager can't even clean the grounds but ALWAYS has a cigarette in her hand, and cigarette buds all around the grounds literally in front of the units she acts as though she OWNS the place while she lives there rent-free, but she's clearly ignorant to think that she can live there rent-free without customers if the place wasn't in business because of customers lady you would have no free place to stay "my brother still has his stuff at this location but there's so much more this manager is doing some sketchy stuff at this location, and he will be leaving from this location SHE'S an INSANE & WEIRD manager - it was a terrible decision to rent here. Also, she literally has so many fake reviews and I also noticed that if you DON'T leave her a review when you move in she will literally single you out, she is clearly an addict and if you look and sound different - meaning if you don't look homeless or an addict be prepared to be treated differently, and she will literally harass you she also never has any business cards under her name. I was told by another couple tenant that the little non fake reviews that are real are reviews with the concept, for her, it's pretty much you scratch her back and she'll scratch yours. You've been WARNED about this location and BEWARE of this individual. FYI if you have an HONEST review they - public storage wi have it blocked or try to have it taken down or added as lowest review , I guess the truth not only affects business but hurts .

I started making arrangements for our move about three weeks ago and the process has been rather…read morestraightforward. I really like how flexible the delivery and setup dates can be. While the cost does at first appear twice or even three times larger than a uHaul, the convenience is really nice. Before our move I had to change dates and eventually cancel our order because of changing requirements from us, but PODS was super quick and helpful for any of our issues. We didn't end up going through the whole process, but the customer service was top notch. Additionally, the cost is competitive in my opinion because of the convenience of not having to drive your items yourself and the door to door service. As we begin to transition closer to our home being built, I know I will use PODS again in the future because of the ease and value.

She asked for date that we would move. I told her I don't know when my house will sell. She said call them when it does. I did not sign an agreement or contract. Then on Feb. 28th they dropped a POD unbeknownst to us. We requested they come get it and they did. They broke a beautiful tree and destroyed our fence. Some people at their company said we did not owe them anything. Others said we owed approximately $500. They took the money from our bank without authorization.
