What the hell are these people smoking? I rented a unit on the 19th. TWO WEEKS LATER my access code is suspended for non payment! When I opened the unit, it was implied that I was paying for the first month. Apparently, I only paid for the period of the 19th to the first of the following month? Way waaayy too much drama. This facility was the newest in town, and both the inside and outside units were exceptionally sturdy. It is constantly monitored and very secure. I was able to reserve a unit on my move to the area, and moved in immediately upon arrival. I received a free month of storage and a free lock due to a promotion. During my 7 month stay, I never had any issues(No leaks, Gate always worked, etc.), but anytime I had a question the store manager, Laura, was always there to help. Her dedication and professionalism truly makes this facility stand out. The only slight downside is this is not a 24 hour facility. While I never found it to be a true problem, you won't be able to access your unit between the hours of 9 pm and 6 am
