Will change your rates at six months and claim it's due to market inflation…read more Changed units online to have the same price, strange enough six months later the price doubled. Went to move out today and everything in my unit was covered in mouse pee and poop. Multiple items chewed and peed on. Guy was chill but basically told me since I didn't get the insurance, which no one offered, it's my problem. Paid for this unit to store my eBay store items so I didn't have to worry about anything like this, in a "climate controlled" environment and most everything is now ruined. For free pee and poop, for sure, store your stuff here.

Save yourself massive amounts of anger and grief. Shop elsewhere for a storage unit. The sheer…read moremagnitude of bullsh*t I had to endure to rent an empty storage space was absolutely unreal. First off, the owner needed more info from me than a bank would require to give me a loan! The storage unit is empty! Ain't no damn money in there! These people wanted insurance policy number, social security number, lien holder address and phone number, etc. Damn near everything but my shoe size. Why?! Why the hell would they need all this info to rent an empty unit? I asked. I was told it was because of the Patriot Act! The PATRIOT ACT! WTF? The USA Patriot Act expired YEARS ago under Obama! What the hell are these people smoking? I rented a unit on the 19th. TWO WEEKS LATER my access code is suspended for non payment! When I opened the unit, it was implied that I was paying for the first month. Apparently, I only paid for the period of the 19th to the first of the following month? Way waaayy too much drama. Renting a storage space really shouldn't be such a pain in the ass. This was an absolutely MISERABLE experience from start to finish. Gonna start looking for a different facility ASAP.

If you are looking to store in the area, especially if you are going to be stationed at Ft. Lee,…read moreyou won't be able to find a better, cleaner, or more convenient storage unit. This facility was the newest in town, and both the inside and outside units were exceptionally sturdy. It is constantly monitored and very secure. I was able to reserve a unit on my move to the area, and moved in immediately upon arrival. I received a free month of storage and a free lock due to a promotion. During my 7 month stay, I never had any issues(No leaks, Gate always worked, etc.), but anytime I had a question the store manager, Laura, was always there to help. Her dedication and professionalism truly makes this facility stand out. The only slight downside is this is not a 24 hour facility. While I never found it to be a true problem, you won't be able to access your unit between the hours of 9 pm and 6 am
