Manager Chandler, and staff members Tim and Michael provided amazing service, patiently answered my questions, provided a tour of the facility, and thoroughly reviewed and explained my lease. I left feeling confident that my belongings will be completely safe. Most of all, their friendliness and professionalism made me feel that my business is appreciated. Customer service is extremely important to me and these gentlemen receive an A+. Store Space Hilliard-Brown provides exceptional indoor climate controlled self storage in a secure and heavily monitored 3-story building. The entire facility is immaculate and very well maintained. They offer storage units in a variety of sizes to fit the customer's needs. There are two large elevators to accommodate large loads of items. They even have flatbed carts to use free of charge. I love that I can enter my unique building code to open a large garage door and pull my car into a sheltered and heated loading area. Several cars can easily fit in the space at once. The ability to unload and load items into my car while avoiding the elements outdoors is priceless. Store Space also sells a variety of moving and storage supplies as well as enhanced safety locks for the individual storage space doors. I have access to my storage space 7 days a week between 6am and 10pm. I highly recommend Store Space Hilliard-Brown located at 3927 Brown Park Drive. Their prices are very competitive with other storage places that are outdoors and not climate controlled.

I was double checking my auto pay was in place and new increased payment would be correct and processed. Still blocked. Called 800 number, " an additional fee of 10.00 to make your payment ... ( now overdue with overdue fee of 20.00) so to pay on phone was now up 30.00 as my autopay did not work. After I opened chat to complain my app magically worked !!! My auto pay was off ( it had been on ) so I re selected autopay at higher monthly amount and paid my now new 20.00 late fee. After this contract I am not renting from Public ever in the future.

I have rented here two…read moreyears to store my Class A motorhome - I paid full year in advance, always followed all rules, never caused any issues and they jacked up my rent hugely and then just tried to do it again - 50% increase since sign up 2 years ago. Unbelievable. The justification last year was because we had a power outlet and the power bill of the whole place was 'high', even though we barely ever used the outlet and only for an hour the whole year at most. But of course they can't differentiate by unit. This year the the justification for the $50/mo increase is 'well Public Storage does it' from the Property Manager. The real reason the power bill is so high and all the units with power are having to pay more is because they claim no one is allowed to work out of the space, but almost all the back units are constantly open with people working in them with power tools and multiple cars that all seem to have entry codes. As a woman alone I felt uncomfortable going to the unit alone with men staring at me smoking outside the units next to mine. I complained about it last year and the property manager at the time told me the owner knew about the abuses and didn't do anything about it.
