Outstanding Service and Support from Justina Merriman! I've been renting at the Dublin Go Store It Self Storage for a few months now, and while I've encountered a couple of minor issues since moving in, I have to say that the experience has been overwhelmingly positive--thanks in large part to Justina Merriman. Justina has been incredibly responsive, easy to reach, and genuinely helpful every time I've needed assistance. She's handled everything with professionalism and care, making sure any concerns were addressed quickly and thoroughly. It's rare to find someone so committed to customer service these days, and Justina truly stands out. The facility itself is in a great location, well-maintained, and secure. I feel confident storing my belongings here, and I'm very happy with the overall management of the property. BEWARE OF SUBSTANTIAL INCREASED COST 3 MONTHS IN... Was a great price at first. Got started and said I didn't need the insurance because I had my own. The next two months I got an additional $15 charge for their insurance. In their defense, when I mentioned it after the second month of getting charged (even though I said it in the beginning) they asked me to email them a copy of my insurance and they would refund it. They did. But then right after my most recent paid notification I get a notification that rates are changing. This is only 3 months after moving in. And it didn't go up just a little. It went from $32 to $55 to "meet financial demands." Going to look for another place, but I feel I did a lot of research to choose this one and the rug is being pulled from beneath me and add spinal stenosis to the mix and this company is my least favorite right now. PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM SUCH AN AGREEABLE PERSON THAT THIS IS MY FIRST AND ONLY NEGATIVE REVIEW. SO YOU REALLY HAVE TO UPSET ME FOR ME TO DO THIS. read more

It was in the non-climate-controlled section of the facility. I paid about 5 months in advance and then monthly after that. I was asked if I wanted to provide my own insurance or if I wanted to use theirs. I opted for theirs as it provided the same coverage for a little less money and was just added to my monthly bill. When I was ready to move out, I was advised - both on my paperwork as well as verbally - that I needed to provide them with 10-days' notice prior to moving out so I wouldn't be charged for the following month. There are signs at the storage location that say the same. Billing details were provided via a monthly Email along with an emailed confirmation of payment after I paid via their online portal. I was only there for 8 months and rates were consistent across the board. Service was terrific, especially when getting ready to move. I spoke to and Emailed Rick on a handful of occasions who reminded me of the need for 10 days' notice prior to moveout so I wouldn't be charged an extra month. Plus, he was able to make a cart available to me to help get the larger furniture out - even left it directly in front of my storage unit. I originally came here on a recommendation of a friend and had a pleasant and safe experience all around. Would recommend and/or use again.

I recently called to confirm details regarding my storage unit billing. During the call, I asked to verify my monthly charges and was informed that I was being billed $12.00 per month for insurance. I explained that I had sent a copy of my insurance declaration page on June 24, 2025. I was then told that my insurance had expired in September 2025. When I asked why I did not receive any reminder or notification regarding the expiration, I was told it was my responsibility to track and update my insurance. My concern with this response is that the company utilizes a third-party service to monitor insurance coverage in order to begin charging customers when coverage lapses, yet there appears to be no process in place to notify customers before additional charges are applied. I then requested contact information for the district manager and was told, "You won't like her answer--she will tell you we are all adults and need to manage our own business transactions." I found this response dismissive and unprofessional, and it further reinforced my frustration with how this situation was handled. I believe a simple notification or reminder would be a reasonable and customer-focused step, especially when insurance tracking is already being monitored. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and the manner in which my concerns were addressed fell well below my expectations.

Manager Chandler, and staff members Tim and Michael provided amazing service, patiently answered my questions, provided a tour of the facility, and thoroughly reviewed and explained my lease. I left feeling confident that my belongings will be completely safe. Most of all, their friendliness and professionalism made me feel that my business is appreciated. Customer service is extremely important to me and these gentlemen receive an A+. Store Space Hilliard-Brown provides exceptional indoor climate controlled self storage in a secure and heavily monitored 3-story building. The entire facility is immaculate and very well maintained. They offer storage units in a variety of sizes to fit the customer's needs. There are two large elevators to accommodate large loads of items. They even have flatbed carts to use free of charge. I love that I can enter my unique building code to open a large garage door and pull my car into a sheltered and heated loading area. Several cars can easily fit in the space at once. The ability to unload and load items into my car while avoiding the elements outdoors is priceless. Store Space also sells a variety of moving and storage supplies as well as enhanced safety locks for the individual storage space doors. I have access to my storage space 7 days a week between 6am and 10pm. I highly recommend Store Space Hilliard-Brown located at 3927 Brown Park Drive. Their prices are very competitive with other storage places that are outdoors and not climate controlled.

There were only two guys moving stuff out of my two bedroom apartment, but they worked quickly and efficiently. I moved in to an old house that had some tight squeezes to work through. Not once did they complain or huff and puff as they worked to get my couch through a narrow doorway. They charge by the hour (aside from if you have any special items, such as a piano) and there aren't any hidden fees. And unlike some other companies, your items are the only ones on that truck, nor do they make multiple pickups and stops. Very straightforward and simple. MVM made what was initially an incredibly stressful situation painless. I have already recommended them to friends and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Formal Complaint - Poor Service, Property Damage, and Unprofessional Conduct…read more This company and its staff were disorganized, damaging, delayed, dismissive, condescending, unaccountable, careless, and overall highly unprofessional. I strongly advise proceeding with caution. My move took place on March 13th and was poorly executed from start to finish. A job estimated at three hours took well over six hours due to inefficiency and lack of coordination. During the move, my property was mishandled, resulting in a broken mirror and damage to the walls. Communication throughout the process was minimal and disorganized, with no clear updates or accountability. I was also charged an unexpected $500 overtime fee. While this fee was eventually refunded, the circumstances raise serious concerns. I was informed that a full refund would not be considered because, in the company's history, they "do not do that," and that as long as the move was completed, the quality of service was irrelevant. While interactions with Shayne (Branch Manager) were frustrating at times, he did make efforts within his authority and indicated that approval was needed from Ben (Regional Manager) to process a full refund. It was implied this would be approved, and Shayne appeared confident in that direction. However, once escalated, communication became inconsistent. Ben was unavailable, and this was later referenced as a reason for delays. When I spoke with Brian (CMO), the response did not reflect a thorough review. Instead, assumptions were made, the tone was patronizing, and there was no meaningful effort to resolve the concerns. At no point was there accountability, de-escalation, or empathy. This experience raises serious concerns regarding service quality, communication, and leadership accountability. Proceed with extreme caution.

However, after weeks of delays and "claim reviews," their attorney and insurance company ultimately denied the claim entirely based on the liability paperwork signed before the move. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that responds one way in the moment, only to later refuse accountability for damage caused during the move. Accidents can happen. What matters is how a company handles them afterward. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unsupported, misled, and stuck dealing with the consequences in my new home. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to carefully review all paperwork and fully understand what protections you actually have if something goes wrong. I brought a high-quality, discontinued $200 lock, the only one I had and one I had worked hard to afford. We returned around 5:30 PM to secure the unit and only used the storage space for about a week. When we came back to retrieve our belongings, I was shocked to find that a sticker had been placed directly on my lock. This action not only defaced it but also potentially damaged a valuable item that cannot be replaced. I'm incredibly disappointed that such a careless and unnecessary step was taken without any warning or justification. I would expect a higher level of respect for customers' property from any professional storage facility.
