The next two months I got an additional $15 charge for their insurance. In their defense, when I mentioned it after the second month of getting charged (even though I said it in the beginning) they asked me to email them a copy of my insurance and they would refund it. They did. But then right after my most recent paid notification I get a notification that rates are changing. This is only 3 months after moving in. And it didn't go up just a little. It went from $32 to $55 to "meet financial demands." Going to look for another place, but I feel I did a lot of research to choose this one and the rug is being pulled from beneath me and add spinal stenosis to the mix and this company is my least favorite right now. PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM SUCH AN AGREEABLE PERSON THAT THIS IS MY FIRST AND ONLY NEGATIVE REVIEW. SO YOU REALLY HAVE TO UPSET ME FOR ME TO DO THIS.

My unit 5'x10' was less than $20, not bad but not the cheapest, but they keep trying to raise the rent. It's a bait and switch tactic, they know moving is a pain and charge you accordingly once you're settled. I wish there were a way to lock in a rate for 12 or even 24 months rather than have to either pay the extra rent or move to a different unit. If they can't keep my rent the same, I'll have to find a different storage facility.
