Margie is AWESOME .. She knows her stuff, is VERY professional and helpful. I highly recommend this facility as the units are clean and NO MICE PROBLEM, as i have had at other facilities. Think I'll be staying. Thanks again for all your help Margie. Rent here from Margie, you'll be glad you did. read more

The facility is decent, but they lure you in with a low price then immediately double it after a couple months. My unit 5'x10' was less than $20, not bad but not the cheapest, but they keep trying to raise the rent. It's a bait and switch tactic, they know moving is a pain and charge you accordingly once you're settled. I wish there were a way to lock in a rate for 12 or even 24 months rather than have to either pay the extra rent or move to a different unit. If they can't keep my rent the same, I'll have to find a different storage facility. read more

Front gate is constantly broken and won't allow access. After numerous phone calls and messages, apparently the property manager doesn't exist. read more

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. It has been a complete nightmare. I have a vent dependent daughter and any of this getting into her airway WILL be life or death. I have brought this to their attention on multiple occasions and was told by different property managers that there is nothing that corporate will do to resolve this issue and it is my responsibility because they recommend that I cover my items. I was never told this, or I would have never rented here. All of my things are completely covered. How am I supposed to clean this without risking my safety let alone my daughter's health and bring this into my apartment? How am I supposed to clean my cloth furniture? I refuse to believe that I am at a complete loss. This is completely unacceptable. read more

Margie is a fabulous person to work with. When there was a fire near my unit she phoned and guided me through the process. On the day I moved to a different unit she was right there to see that all went well. She even had folks there to help. In my haste to get a new unit I ended up renting 2 units. With 1000 things to do with the fire (they had to move 66 units) she still took care of my mistake professionally and efficiently. Thank you, Margie! read more

They have made this process easy. My area was clean and ready for immediate occupancy.

Amy was so helpful getting us set-up with our storage unit! She showed us how to access the gate and how to secure our space with the lock. She made things much easier on a busy moving day! read more

This was my first storage unit ever!! Miss.Margie made the experience very pleasant and we ran into an issue when I first got there I had to store a car but the unit I reserved had 3 doors instead of one so she helped me find a new one and even referred me to another store to work with my budget she is above and beyond it was a pleasure doing business!! read more

Good experience walking through the door. Margie helped me get the right storage unit for my needs. No complaints!

This was a positive experience from beginning to end thanks to Margie and Nikki. The location is convenient and the unit very clean. They took a lot of time to cover the policies and made sure we understood them. read more

Apparently when it comes to when it's winter, snow removal in front of you 160 a month storage fee is your responsibility. They GIVE you a shovel.. true story.. I went to my unit to get winter coats out and this is what I came across ( picture provided) what about the older or I'll health or frail person that needed to get in there unit, to be told there's a shovel? I go back a few days later, still can't get in, no salt spread anywhere. They claim it's in the contract, buyer beware!! Corporate doesn't care, tried that's. Customer service? There is none. I go to get in it yesterday and my son said he got in but the doors came off the rails!! Said it could be up to a week to get in my unit again!!! I pay 160.00 a month and for what?? Shop around people!! read more

I have rented a 10 x 20 unit for the last two years, storing equipment there for my Home Remodeling Business. I have never had any problems at this location and have always felt my belongings were secure. Access is easy and the alleys are cleared of snow in the winter. Lisa, the manager of the property has always been a great help and a pleasure to work with. I am moving out here soon because I am moving into a larger space I have built on my property. I will miss the prompt and polite service from the manager and staff. I recommend this storage property to anyone looking for a secure place for their belonging. read more

I have been using this facility for just under 12 months. I have been very satisfied with my experience. The facility is well located, easily accessible and secure. Regular maintenance is performed to the exterior of the units. Snow plowing has been quick in the winter. Lisa at the front desk has always been helpful anytime I have a question. I would definitely recommend this Public Storage facility to anyone that may be reviewing their public storage options. read more

Margie was so helpful in helping me to determine the size and answering insurance questions about the storage unit. Very professional and informative about the company. read more

The unit is fine. However, the online offer is not at all clear. I was quoted $24 total move in cost which ended up being $59! You have to purchase their $10 lock, which isn't so bad, but then you have no choice to pay for insurance also. I had no choice but to sign due to movers scheduled and no time to go elsewhere. Lesson learned. Do you homework on these places! read more

I'm very pleased with the service I got from the staff. Very helpful in the selection of my unit. The process was easy and quick from start to finish. The facilities were clean and easily accessible. read more

Lisa was very professional, very nice, informative and helpful. The facility is exactly what we needed. Would not hesitate to recommend and use it again if/when we need to. read more

Don't be fooled by the lower prices. The rental spaces have insulation falling from the ceilings. They charge extra for locks and insurance. They charge a non-refundable 'administrative fee'. I went back less than 24 hours later and they wouldn't refund my money. Other facilities do not charge an admin fee or for a lock, and allow you to use your own insurance. Look for a better facility. I found several. read more

This property is in a great location with multiple storage options. Lisa was a great help at this public storage location. Online or in person this location is a great option for storage for residences in the Dublin/Columbus area. read more

I actually have no complaints about the facility itself. I have felt my belongings were secure and Lisa, the property manager, is extremely helpful and efficient. My 3-star rating is more directed at the company itself. Depending on who I corresponded with, I was told different information about when my monthly payment was due. They kept trying to charge me late fees and I was constantly bickering with a different person every month in customer service about what I had been told previously by a different person. They would remove the late fee until this month when they refuse to talk to me. I have paid the late fee but I am moving my things out when this month is over. I am tired of dealing with the situation month after month. I feel it is simply gouging and a way they make up for their $1 for your first month. They will never have my business again. read more
